I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Been a regular here for awhile. Today, my wife and I came in with an appointment for 60 minute massages. We arrived 5 minutes prior to our appointment. Nobody greeted us. 10 minutes go by and still no one greeted us. Then an employee walks into the door, clearly rushed and late for work. He calls out to somebody else who comes up front from the back. She doesn't greet us. Just asks why we're there. We tell her we have an appointment. She takes us to the back to get settled, now about 7 minutes past our appointment time. They start the massages and then a few minutes in the front desk manager and a group of people come walking in, talking loudly. The manager calls my massage therapist away to help the group that just came in. 5 minutes or more go by and she still hasn't come back. So I sat up and waited, still nothing. I got frustrated with waiting and gathered my stuff and waited up front for my wife. They didn't say anything to me or apologize, they just let me sit there. Then only 48 minutes into my wife's 60 minute massage they bring her up, finished. Unprofessional. Done coming here. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would. Prior to today's visit my partner & I have been to this establishment more than a hand full of time's. It has been our go to place for a couples massage. This evening we go in for our scheduled couples massage that I had called and made an appointment for, upon arriving for our massage we were told we needed to wait that wait turned into a 15/20 minute wait. A few minutes into our massage I realize a male was working on me. I was never asked if I was ok with a man touching me or even entering our private room. I felt so uncomfortable the entire time I kept looking over at my partner in discomfort. On top of that his breath smelled terrible so bad I could smell it with my face tucked in the massage table. Every deep breath he took I almost died. The woman who was massaging my partner kept stopping and running to the door to attend to people coming in. After the 3rd time she ran out I asked if this was going to continue because we're paying for an hour and he's definitely not getting that l. She was so worried about the lobby she gave a half ass massage. When I expressed these concerns they both laughed in my face and when I told them this was a serious matter and not a laughing matter he walked away and the laughed again. Never in my life have I felt so violated, degraded and unheard. We will never return to this establishment again. read more

After reading the reviews on this place, I was pleased to see that not many of the reviews mentioned how they FORCE you too tip. As this was a complaint on many of the other massage places. When I walked in the lady was friendly and smiled but there was a language barrier for sure. I paid for my massage before the I had my massage. I did not tip when I paid for my massage ($15) because I wasn't sure how the massage would go. I did let the lady know I'd tip after my massage with cash. It was an okay massage, my fiancé gives a better massage at home. After my massage the lady did ask for a tip and said "at least $5 tip" at this point it did feel a little awkward and forced to give a $5 tip for an okay massage.
