She tried her best but wasn't able to get in deep and hit the problem spots. The massage was still fine, but I wouldn't go back. I had 3 massages at Unthai my knots. 2 males and one female. The male is the best because obviously he is stronger. The female was also good just not as strong. Both of them did find knotts and work extra to get them out. At this place, I felt she would hit a knott then not know what to do. The massage was kinda all over the place. The killer is whatever cream, balm or just where I put my clothes there was an awful smell. The minute I got in my car, I smelt an ugly smell. Got home still smelt it. Took a shower and smelled my clothes. It was on my clothes. I don't know what it was but it was foul. Seems like good people there and they are very friendly. Just not my cup of tea with the smell and massage.

They do have you pay up front, which I was a little concerned about, but it ended up being amazing so my fears were unfounded. I am SO glad that I found Harmony because Susan's massage ended up being one of the best I've ever had. She listened to me when I asked for more or less pressure, and was very thorough in her techniques. I was having tension headaches for a week or so before seeing her, and after leaving I felt like pudding (and still do, days later). I will definitely be back. I will say this as a side note: the music playing, while relaxing, was one single song on repeat. If you're someone who pays attention to stuff like that, it may be a small annoyance, but the massage is worth it. ;-)

That makes absolutely no sense. You had time for my appointment until you realized I would be using a Groupon gift card. If Groupon is not accepted or is an inconvenience for your business, then you should not advertise or participate on Groupon in the first place. I wasted my time, left work early, and drove there only to be turned away at the door. The way the situation was handled was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I carry a lot of tightness in my neck, shoulders and back from stress, TMJ and an old sports injury in my right shoulder. I've never been a fan of deep tissue massages, so the Swedish and Thai combo is perfect for me. It's mostly a relaxing Swedish-style massage with some stretching mixed in for the Thai portion. I'm able to completely relax during my appointments and sometimes even fall asleep. I always feel so much better afterward and I get the best massages from Patty. I highly recommend booking with her and honestly don't plan on going anywhere else. The spa itself is also great. I also loved how quickly they gave me responses. There is a parking lot that is available for patients, but there is street parking if needed as well. The studio is small but was clean, smelled nice, and cozy. I forgot the name of the therapist who gave me my massage, but she was excellent and ensured that I was comfortable even with my injury. I will be coming back soon for another massage session. I highly recommend Healing Body Works!
