Linda was thorough with every nook and cranny of all the knots I didn't even know I had in my back. I just went in asking for a shoulder massage but I'm glad I ended up choosing the back massage. Feeling all of the knots and stiffness made me realize how badly I let my self care go. As she was working my back, I could literally feel my body being able to breathe again. I even noticed my posture and body movements afterwards was more fluid and relaxed. I will definitely be coming back for Linda's expertise. Every visit here is money well spent because this establishment never disappoints!

We went to the waiting room and there was NO wine and chocolates that are included with the massage. The worst part is that Eva comes to get me for my massage and had NO idea it was a couples massage. It was very disappointing and frustrating. We waited a half hour just to get started bc of the disorganized issues. We will not be returning.

My makeup is going on like silk now and my skin just feels baby soft. The facial that followed was pure heaven. Vanessa was super knowledgeable and tailored everything to my skin type, using products that calmed and hydrated my skin. I walked out with a fresh, radiant complexion. My new go-to

The door was locked and there were no cars in the lot, which made me nervous, but I was early so I just rang the Ring doorbell. No one answered. I peeked inside and it looked closed (only lights I could see were the ones around the giant lobby mirror), but there was a sign saying everyone was with customers, so I didn't panic. 5:10 - still no response when I rang the bell, so I tried calling the number. I got a voicemail. 5:15 - called again, still voicemail, then I rang the doorbell like ten times, but still nothing. (It's a Ring bell--shouldn't someone be able to see that there's a customer at the door?) I waited until 5:20, but at this point, I was boiling hot because it was 85 degrees and they have no shade anywhere in their parking lot. I was worried I'd get a sunburn. I was also pretty upset by this point, as I had a feeling they'd forgotten about my appointment. I ended up making an appointment with a different spa down the street (shout-out to Harmony Massage & Spa for taking me on such short notice and helping get all those knots out, I highly recommend them!), and while I was in that appointment, Aracieli from Lotus called and said "I apologize, I had a mix-up with the time." In today's day and age of phone organization and calendar reminders, that just doesn't seem responsible to me. Not to mention, I received THREE reminders about the appointment in the days leading up to it. I guess they don't receive the same reminders that their customers do? I can't speak for the quality of service, as I received none, but if you book with these people, I HIGHLY recommend calling at least 1-2 days before your appointment and confirming with an actual person that someone will be there, because if you check their reviews, I am not the first person this has happened to.

She does a great job finding the areas that need some extra attention and really works on the tightness and knots. I've never been a fan of deep tissue massages, so the Swedish and Thai combo is perfect for me. It's mostly a relaxing Swedish-style massage with some stretching mixed in for the Thai portion. I'm able to completely relax during my appointments and sometimes even fall asleep. I always feel so much better afterward and I get the best massages from Patty. I highly recommend booking with her and honestly don't plan on going anywhere else. The spa itself is also great. It's easy to schedule appointments, everyone I've met at the front desk has been really kind and welcoming, and everything is always clean and tidy. The rooms are dimly lit and they play soft relaxing music, so the whole experience is very calming. Highly recommend this place, especially Patty!
