Linda was thorough with every nook and cranny of all the knots I didn't even know I had in my back. I just went in asking for a shoulder massage but I'm glad I ended up choosing the back massage. I experienced significant symptoms for the next couple of days. I reached out to them regarding what happened and was told someone would follow up with me about how they would address the situation or compensate me for the experience. Unfortunately, I still have not heard back. I genuinely love the spa, the atmosphere, and the services, which is why I hope they will take this situation seriously and follow up with me.
