Most of the time we get a private room for two, sometimes a room for 4 but we are usually the only ones there. It's always clean, quiet and relaxing. As with many places, the employees change, sometimes I get a person that gives a better massage than an other but I've never had a bad massage and neither have my guests. They're always very thorough, good consistency in massaging arms, legs, back & head and of course the feet. The pressure is usually good for me and hardly ever have a need to ask for a change in what they are doing. Sometimes the people speak little English but it does not bother me and it has never created a problem when it comes to the service or massage I get. It's just something to expect and get used to.
