If staff ask whether you want to swap out a service in a combo but don't clearly tell you the price will change, that's not okay--you should either decline or get the exact price upfront. The front desk told me I should have "read more carefully" when booking. Really? Where on your booking site does it say substitutions are allowed and may cost extra? It's only a few dollars, but it feels misleading and honestly a bit deceptive. That's a service and integrity issue. The massage itself was just average. I won't be coming back. read more

They use hot stones but were understanding when I told them I don't like hot stones. I didn't tip them enough. Next time! and there WILL be a next time. First time here. Full body 1 hour massage was $55. The lady that massaged me was the same lady in the front when you first enter. As soon as she came in the room I thought...if she is here who is in the front?! Oh well. The massage started off good except someone came in so my lady who was massaging me stopped and helped the person. She came back and apologized I thought it was ok until she stopped 2 more other times to help someone in the front. That's 3 different times she took time away from me to help someone else. The massage was good because she was strong and worked on the tense areas but in the end she stopped the same time my friend next to me ended. My masseuse should have extended her time with me considering the 3 times she stopped and left. I did not get my 60 minutes I paid for. I tipped $10 but really wanted to leave $3 for the three times she stopped. read more

I called on Friday at around 6:20pm to ask if they had any openings and they said to come in at 7pm. My usual massage place was all booked up today so I looked on google and yelp for recommendations and found this place. When we got there, the doors were locked. We called and they unlocked the door. My husband and I were the only ones there along with whom I presume to be Andy and Anna, the masseuses. They speak English and Chinese. The place was very clean and very quiet. We stripped down and they got to work. This is the kind of massage where it's suppose to be painful because they're working out all the knots and tension. You'll be left feeling a bit bruised from the massage the days after. They do ask if you want less pressure. This place stands out in that they know exactly where to work on based on what your body needs. And they also know how to work the knots away. Most places will work on your knots but it doesn't completely go away, but definitely not this place. Definitely hands down the best massage to have if your body is feeling beat up. We found our new go to massage place. We got a 90 minute massage for $70 each along with a $20 tip each. They asked us to leave our phone number so they can recognize us next time when we call. Anna also gave us a whole Lindt dark chocolate bar before we left. Overall, it felt like a very nice and intimate experience. read more

It was horrible. I think majority of the good reviews were for Andy, but he no longer works here. The lady that gave me a "massage" was hurting me so bad! And I told her more than 15 times that she was hurting me. I'm not sure if she didn't understand me but she would laugh. She was also going extremely fast, like she was in a hurry. Their ads outside claimed it was $50 for an hour massage and I asked the price before getting the massage as well and they let me know it was 50. Once done I used Zelle to pay and sent $60 which I showed them. Quickly after, they hassled me for a bigger tip and asked why I only tipped $5 and they clarified the massage was $55 and stood there until I sent them an extra $5.
