This approach to customer service is disappointing--it feels like they're refusing to assist me when I need help the most. Instead of relieving my stress, this entire situation has only added to my frustration. I came hoping to relax after a long day at work, but it only made things worse. My friend recommended I come here cause they have new male masseur so I called to make an appointment for 5 pm, they got me a man named Lee, he's probably in his late 60's. I seen the reviews on him, they said he's good. I paid $80 deep tissue for 90 minutes body massage, I gave the lady $100 bill and she didn't give me my change of $20, I thought it was kinda odd. I said I have an appointment with Lee. Then she called Lee and he came out and showed me the room, is not the private room with the wooden door but a makeshift curtains of a room. I was taking my clothes off when Lee came into give me my change, he gave me $30 back and I thought I got a discount for being a new client. Silly me... that's not the case, then he came in again when I was butt naked lol and ask for the $10 back because he made a mistake. Anyway, when Lee starts, he would push my back like he's straightening out the sheets, then a couple of pushes and I thought he was just getting me ready for the deep tissue massage, nope...it was so soft like he was tired or something. He was just rubbing oil and lotion on me like he was trying to straight out some wrinkles. I thought maybe he knows that i was tired and needed some soft rubbing to relax but I couldn't because it was so noisy from the other person, is curtains, I could hear everything from the other bed next to me, the guy was snoring, how can i relax! And every time, you get a bad massage, they management is never in the front to complain about, is only the therapist there with a tiny cup of cold water waiting for his tips. I feel bad for Lee, I know he tried but working 6 days a week and for long hours at his age is hard work, so I still tip him $30. For the same price, I could of went to Asian Rose Massage and got Andy. Andy does great deep tissue. Dang it, I'm not coming back here, I paid $80 for 90 minutes deep tissue and got a soft rub instead, what a waste of money. But good luck to all of you guys. read more

I usually come here every month (sometimes more) and normally have a positive experience, but I was really disappointed with my last visit. My therapist was Wendy, and unfortunately, she came across as tired and not very engaged in the massage. Her technique felt repetitive and even uncomfortable at times, and she skipped several parts of the routine I'm used to from previous visits. She didn't ask how I was doing, or if I wanted the hot stone she just did it not checking to see they were to hot, and overall the massage felt rushed and lacking in fluidity. On top of that, I could hear another male customer making distracting noises through the curtain, which made it hard to relax. I usually leave feeling refreshed and relaxed, but this time I left annoyed and unsatisfied, which is frustrating when you're spending money for a service that's supposed to be restorative. read more

Great massage, bad customer service. While not overly rude, they will ask you to tip first before the service, and they have a minimum expectation. To be transparent my tip was a bit low ($4 on a 46 dollar massage, about 9%) i chose this location because I'm a bit tighter on money at the moment. The bottom line is that the low price tag is not what you'll pay here, as they rely on you to pay thier workers a living wage. Tips should be paid after service to encourage generosity not an up front charge. read more

David provided really amazing pressure and got out all my knots and stress especially in my feet! He checked in constantly to make sure pressure was ok too. The only downside is if you are not in a private room you can hear people coming in and out of the front area. But given the great rate it's a small inconvenience and I would highly recommend the 90min combo body 60min/ feet 30min with hot stones.
