For $85 at this time you really cannot beat it. It's the best massage I've ever had and I've had dozens if not hundreds. The staff are very friendly and the owner is the sweetest lady ever! I wish I lived closer so I can come here more often. Their prices are beyond reasonable and they don't try to upsell you for anything. I appreciate the way all of them conduct business but also make you feel like they're part of your own personal self-care team. My only "warning" for anyone is to ALWAYS arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your appointment - especially if you're a first timer! They have an intake form you fill out and it's always nice to get settled before getting pampered. If you arrive directly at your appointment time, it will cut into whatever your service is. But once you're a repeat customer, it's pretty quick and they make sure they keep their schedule on track so no one falls behind (which I greatly appreciate!!!).

I never actually told her the type of pressure I wanted, but we did X the areas to be worked on on our intake form. The only word we heard was "dandruff," because none of the staff spoke English well enough to explain anything or communicate during the service. The actual massage was unbelievably rough. Our scalps were scrubbed so aggressively it felt like they were ripping our hair out, and the neck massage was so harsh that all of us woke up sore the next day with neck pain. The atmosphere was also far from relaxing. The interior looked run down, with dead plants and broken lamps, and the products they used felt cheap. To top it off, they blow dried my hair without brushing it, leaving it frizzy and tangled. Definitely not the luxury spa experience they advertise. Save your money and buy one of those metal scalp massagers on Amazon instead.
