I am happy that they accommodate last minute appointments but it was $50 for the service I wanted. I gave her $80 at the end and asked for change. She only gave me back $10. Apparently they take it upon themselves to decide what they deserve as a tip? I'm 9 months pregnant and called to ask ahead of time if they do prenatal massage. They said they do so I went ahead and got the service. Nothing was different.. about 30 min into laying on my stomach , I couldn't do it anymore. I was offered a pillow. I wouldn't say this was worth the $20 tip but if you're looking for convenience , this is your place. read more

I am a regular customer and came in at the last minute for a 30 minute back message due to an injury. They did a nice job of fitting me in. I however was surprised the cost went up to $40. The 1 hour is $50 so let the buyer determine what is the best value. I usually have YoYo who is awesome. Coco took care of me this time and she was great. Been here a few times. I appreciate they take walk-ins but they prefer appointment which is reasonable. Price is fair. I work late and have a long drive home so I love that they are open till 10pm all week. I've had 3 different ladies work with me and all have been great. Each one has a slightly differently focus each time which I don't mind because they focus on what they can feel needs more attention. I try to go once a month. I used to live in the area and would come very often. The hours on the door still say 10 AM to 10 PM but I have gone three times and they have no one there to work. You have to wait for them to call someone in and /or make an appointment. They should have a sign on the door that says by appointment only. I understand them, not wanting to sit around all day, but if your business is open, you need to have people available to run your business. read more

Got a good massage with ANNA today. I only had $5 cash for a tip with me and on the counter they have a sign saying $10 for good, $15 for very good, and $20 for excellent. (In regards to their tips). I haven't been here in years and she said "it wasn't good? Since I only gave her $5, I said no it was good thank you, I just only have $5 cash this time with me but for next time I will come with more. She laughed at me the entire time during this conversation and so obviously I was getting the feeling that she didn't appreciate that tip that I gave her so I said "you're appreciative of the $5 though right? " and she literally walked away from laughing. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A RIDICULOUS WAY TO ACT!!!!! Are you kidding. I work in the service industry and I am grateful for ANYTHING. I want to start off first by saying I have been here many times in the past. I was there today and my experience was less than subpar, I don't like to write bad reviews but the experience I had today was the same as the prior time I was here. For my luck it was the same lady. I asked for the back MASSAGE and what I received was 1 hour of back rubbing with oil. There was no massage what so ever, the older lady sat at the table next to my head and just rubbed my back in a forward and backwards motion for about 40 minutes putting no effort whatsoever . She then put hot stones on my back and moved to my feet and did the same thing. I left feeling very disappointed and not relaxed. Also she didn't put anything under my legs for support which made it even more uncomfortable. Prior times when they did was a flat looking log. I think this is really sad as I am paying for a service and honestly felt like a scam. To make things worse I tipped her $10 and she game me the side eye in disapproval. I found that extremely ungrateful as I still tipped her after the mediocre rub down I received. Will not be coming back. Also the last time I was there less than 1 months ago the AC was supposedly not working making it even harder to semi enjoy my rub down. All around not good experiences. read more

Contemplated leaving a review but after reading a few horrible ones I had to share. I went a week ago and got a full body massage. I u dressed except for my panties. The man came in (of course my luck) and "refixed" my blanket as if he was making a bed and of course exposing my panties. Thank god I wore granny panties! The massage was good because I had a ton of knots until he took it upon himself to massage by butt cheeks. He "worked on both for a good 5 mins. I have gotten massages before and have never had my butt massaged. He then went to work on the back of my legs and again "adjusted" the blanket/towel the same way as before. I felt a little violated and disrespected. I chose this place because it was highly recommended by a friend who said they did a very good job and was very professional. I was upset because I really was looking forward to a great massage and her I came out wondering WTH happen?! If your wondering who I had, on the group picture posted on here, it is the gentleman on the far right. Would I recommend this place to a lady? No! I've been coming to this place for a while now since massage spots opened back up. I actually liked this one, but they did me wrong today. I had called this past weekend and made an appointment for myself and my dad to get massages. They confirmed I was set for both appointments today at 7 pm. Dad and I showed up about 10 minutes early and so we were waiting in the lobby area. A few minutes later one of the workers walks out and tells us that they're busy. I told her I had an appointment for both of us. She apologized, but proceeded to tell me they were busy and that we could come back later. VERY disappointing! If they had confirmed appointments, they should not be taking walk-ins. I thought this was highly inconsiderate especially given that we drove a good 20 minutes to get here. We ended up finding another spot down the street that could accommodate us both. read more

Went here last night after Lisa (from Tutti's) put them on BLAST over on her FB wall to say she was that she was going during the day. She went on about how affordable they were. So I had whacked out my body the previous night with a nearly combined 2 hour work out BLEW out my arms and skipped my ankle into a throb at the track... so I am figuring HEY I NEED a massage too! I head over at about 6:30pm they only have a few chairs occupied. This place is one of those "foot reflexology" places but they have you sit in a HUGE comfortable chair that has the massage top (so that when you flip over there is a space for your face) it was quiet and they have Oriental music playing in the background. PLEASE NOTE: These places (in my experience) tend to be deep tissue so keep that in mind when you make your appointment or walk in. If you can explain to whomever seats you in the beginning that you prefer "light" over heavy then you might be okay. This place is amazing! As a first timer, anyone would find it odd that you're getting a massage in the same room as others-- but once you're in you don't even notice. All the massage therapists do a great job and you wouldn't believe that it's only $20! This is a great spot that can always take you for last minute massages. Give them a call prior to going to just to make sure, especially if there's more than one of you. Why pay a minimum of $60 for a high end massage, when these guys will take care of you for $20 (+ tip) and give you the same quality and most of the time, even better! I have come here for a couple of years. I came in on a Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago to get the hot oil and stone massage. Which is best with clothing removed (except underwear). I covered my "bottom" area with the given towel. The masseuse was completely inappropriate. He kept moving the towel exposing my bottom, and when I would pull the towel back to cover myself he would chuckle and move it off again. He touched me over and over again inappropriately as he was massaging, in my crotch and bottom. I was actually frozen with shock. I keep beating myself up for not jumping off that table and defending myself or calling for help. But, I literally just froze. I felt violated. I told the man at the front, who kind of blew it off. It haunted me all night. I went back the next day and spoke again to the guy at the front. I explained exactly what happened. I told him how horrible I felt. I contemplated calling the police or filing a suit. The guy at the front offered a free massage to make it right. I truly want nothing from this. But, I know that warning others may prevent this from happening again. ****I have read other reviews of similar incidents since I posted this. How is this place still in business? I had been here a couple times within the past year for their hour $20 chair massage. I had Tony today for the first time and he was AWESOME!! He worked all my kinks and knots out of my neck and went ham on my bad foot. He also surprisingly worked my legs, front and back for longer than any others, it felt so relieving!! I wear a strapless wrap, with the opening in the back, so when I turn over it can be opened, and they can work on my full back area...I have gone to many other places from here in La Verne to Orange Cou ty, and this place is the best! The value is pretty much the best I've ever seen, but it was kind of weird. I went with a friend and it's an open massage room with tables all around so there's no privacy. We got their special which was a body and feet massage. Their techniques were very Asian- they positioned your limbs in certain ways to help stretch them out. The person that gave me a massage was okay. It wasn't has strong or hard that I prefer my messages. The best part was probably the hot oil and hot stones, it felt so good! My friend however said they initially burnt her, but once they started rubbing the stones around, it was ok.
