The other therapist also left the room several times because she was coughing, and each time she was gone for several minutes without apologizing or explaining why she was leaving. What made the experience even worse was what happened when we tipped. Both therapists made visible facial expressions, started talking to each other in their language, and one of them even walked away, leaving the tip sitting on the counter. Linda was thorough with every nook and cranny of all the knots I didn't even know I had in my back. I just went in asking for a shoulder massage but I'm glad I ended up choosing the back massage. We went today and there was no robes or slippers in the lockers. I had to search multiple lockers to find one. My husband said the same thing in his locker. When he arrived, he was given the half hour and the full hour price . He paid up front for a full hour and was told he was going to get his change after the massage. After a half hour , the "masseuse" proceeded to ask if he wanted some additional (illegal) services to which he refused and decided to leave. They ended up charging him the full hour price and stated the rest was for a tip. He didn't think it was worth fighting and just left. He will report this business and hopefully they'll be shut down soon.
