I had a failed attempt at a massage from another place (see my review for Lotus Health & Wellness…read moreCenter), and when I looked around the area for other massage parlors, I found Harmony. Their Yelp info said they take walk-ins, so I called and Susan told me I could be seen right away. I showed up within ten minutes and she greeted me in a friendly manner, then showed me the pricing. They do have you pay up front, which I was a little concerned about, but it ended up being amazing so my fears were unfounded. I am SO glad that I found Harmony because Susan's massage ended up being one of the best I've ever had. She listened to me when I asked for more or less pressure, and was very thorough in her techniques. I was having tension headaches for a week or so before seeing her, and after leaving I felt like pudding (and still do, days later). I will definitely be back. I will say this as a side note: the music playing, while relaxing, was one single song on repeat. If you're someone who pays attention to stuff like that, it may be a small annoyance, but the massage is worth it. ;-)

I even left work early and drove all the way there for my scheduled massage. When I arrived, they asked me to pay before the massage. As soon as I showed them my Groupon gift card, their attitude completely changed and I was told they could no longer take me because they "don't have time for Groupon." That makes absolutely no sense. You had time for my appointment until you realized I would be using a Groupon gift card. If Groupon is not accepted or is an inconvenience for your business, then you should not advertise or participate on Groupon in the first place. I wasted my time, left work early, and drove there only to be turned away at the door. The way the situation was handled was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this business based on the customer service I received.

Has a musty smell. The bed sheets looked pretty worn. Like they have been washed 1000 of times. White sheets had a brown look. This was my first impression. Massage wise, I guess would be okay if you don't like pain or deep tissue. Im a bigger guy, my masseuse was probably 100 lbs and in her 50s. She tried her best but wasn't able to get in deep and hit the problem spots. The massage was still fine, but I wouldn't go back. I had 3 massages at Unthai my knots. 2 males and one female. The male is the best because obviously he is stronger. The female was also good just not as strong. Both of them did find knotts and work extra to get them out. At this place, I felt she would hit a knott then not know what to do. The massage was kinda all over the place. The killer is whatever cream, balm or just where I put my clothes there was an awful smell. The minute I got in my car, I smelt an ugly smell. Got home still smelt it. Took a shower and smelled my clothes. It was on my clothes. I don't know what it was but it was foul. Seems like good people there and they are very friendly. Just not my cup of tea with the smell and massage.

Such a great experience. We called ahead of time and they were able to get us in quickly at 8 pm. Walking in we were greeting by a sweet lady (I sadly didn't get her name) but she was the sweetest ever. Very patient with our decision on what we wanted to get done. She recommended the 60 min full body with a little bit of foot massage. ($60). It was literally perfect. My mom's lady was the lady that always does her massage (May) and my mom is always very satisfied. My lady was great, her pressure was perfect in all the right places. The hot stones was such a great and surprising touch. I LOVED IT! I wish I had gotten the 90 min massage because everything was THAT good! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone even in my city (La puente). So worth the drive. I love that they have little treats and stuff for you after your massage. We were gifted a hair clip and little toys for my toddler. Such a great touch! I love this place!!!

I was handed a clip board that had a chart to mark the spots you wanted them to work on. Yoyo was my massage person and she worked those knots to the core. She also did deep tissue on my entire back and legs because all the muscles and nerves are connected. She used her thumbs and elbows. Not sure if I was going to feel sore in the morning - which I did but I was ok with it since I walked out of there as if my neck and shoulder never had any pain! Definitely recommending this spot to everyone and anyone with muscle pain. This place was a lifesaver!!!

I usually get the 90-minute Swedish and Thai combo massage and I always have a great experience with her. Patty is very sweet and applies the perfect amount of pressure. I carry a lot of tightness in my neck, shoulders and back from stress, TMJ and an old sports injury in my right shoulder. She does a great job finding the areas that need some extra attention and really works on the tightness and knots. I've never been a fan of deep tissue massages, so the Swedish and Thai combo is perfect for me. It's mostly a relaxing Swedish-style massage with some stretching mixed in for the Thai portion. I'm able to completely relax during my appointments and sometimes even fall asleep. I always feel so much better afterward and I get the best massages from Patty. I highly recommend booking with her and honestly don't plan on going anywhere else. The spa itself is also great. It's easy to schedule appointments, everyone I've met at the front desk has been really kind and welcoming, and everything is always clean and tidy. The rooms are dimly lit and they play soft relaxing music, so the whole experience is very calming. Highly recommend this place, especially Patty!

The door was locked and there were no cars in the lot, which made me nervous, but I was early so I just rang the Ring doorbell. No one answered. I peeked inside and it looked closed (only lights I could see were the ones around the giant lobby mirror), but there was a sign saying everyone was with customers, so I didn't panic. 5:10 - still no response when I rang the bell, so I tried calling the number. I got a voicemail. 5:15 - called again, still voicemail, then I rang the doorbell like ten times, but still nothing. (It's a Ring bell--shouldn't someone be able to see that there's a customer at the door?) I waited until 5:20, but at this point, I was boiling hot because it was 85 degrees and they have no shade anywhere in their parking lot. I was worried I'd get a sunburn. I was also pretty upset by this point, as I had a feeling they'd forgotten about my appointment. I ended up making an appointment with a different spa down the street (shout-out to Harmony Massage & Spa for taking me on such short notice and helping get all those knots out, I highly recommend them!), and while I was in that appointment, Aracieli from Lotus called and said "I apologize, I had a mix-up with the time." In today's day and age of phone organization and calendar reminders, that just doesn't seem responsible to me. Not to mention, I received THREE reminders about the appointment in the days leading up to it. I guess they don't receive the same reminders that their customers do? I can't speak for the quality of service, as I received none, but if you book with these people, I HIGHLY recommend calling at least 1-2 days before your appointment and confirming with an actual person that someone will be there, because if you check their reviews, I am not the first person this has happened to.
