My husband and I had both smoked for about 35 years and my brother had passed away of lung cancer at 60; but we were still smoking. We knew we were playing Russian roulette with our lives and decided to try hypnosis; as we had tried everything else unsuccessfully. I went for 2 sessions and never smoked again; that was about 7 years ago. After about a month of seeing that it had worked for me my husband had me make him an appointment. He did the 2 sessions and he has also never smoked again; and he was a two pack a day smoker. He had always been a sceptic about hypnosis; but he knows it worked and is grateful it did. I highly recommend Susan at the Hypnosis Clinic of Upland to anyone who is still risking their lives smoking. It's very affordable and the best investment you will ever make for you and your family.

I could still feel that same amazing sensation and pressure on my head, almost as if two people were tending to me at the same time. It was such an incredible experience! I also came in feeling a lot of tension in my stomach, and during the session I felt that tension literally begin to deflate. It has now been about three hours since my session, and my entire body still feels deeply relaxed. Lorena is professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable.
