Went to eye massage for a very necessary massage for a first time mom. Keep in mind that they have two locations, so make sure you're going to the right location when you put it into your GPS. Accidentally went to the wrong location and was really frustrated when I walked in. But they quickly put me at ease. The location was very clean and had many services. When I spoke to the front desk, they were very thorough in explaining to me what my different options were, based on what my body needed that day. The location was very clean, I enjoyed the massage and cupping. There was a lot of communication to make sure that I had the right strength in massage. Prices were a little on the higher end, but the massage was worth it. I will definitely be back. read more

An amazing and calming experience was had! The people were so kind and very thorough with explanations on how the massage was going to go. I was able to book an hour and it was perfect. The room was very calming and the atmosphere was peaceful. I was a first time customer, but that won't be my last. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Amazing customer service at the front desk! I've been coming here for a year or so. Best place in Azusa to relax, decompress, and enjoy the rest whether it's a deep tissue or couples massage-- love that I can call in on the same day for an appointment or walk-in. read more

This place was perfect from the moment I walked in! The front desk receptionist was cordial and worked quickly to get me in. My boyfriend booked me a 60 min massage for Valentine's day and my masseuse was so attentive. She was consistently asking if I was enjoying the service and was attacking every muscle with grace. I absolutely will be returning!! Thank you! read more

I've been here twice now and this place is great! It's super clean and the two masseuses I've tried have been awesome, focusing on the areas that need the most attention. They also offer coupons if you come back within a month, which I plan to do soon. read more

The gentleman in the front was super helpful and took his time to explain everything to us. Since it was our first time he included a few extras for free. We got to try the 0 gravity chairs as well. Totally great experience read more

Booked a massage for my partner because she was having discomfort from the gym and was impressed with the quality of work here. It was a very relaxing setting with low lights and comfortable massage chairs and beds. The highlight was the staff and how friendly and helpful they were to ensure that they attended to all the areas of attention. The masseuse was super kind and she recommended some great options to help make the experience better. She was able to fix all the discomfort. Would definitely come back here again as their prices were very fair for the quality of work they provided. read more

The facilities were very clean and quiet. Almost too quiet--at first I thought it was just Cassandra and me there. I was actually relieved when she asked if I wanted a male or female massage therapist bc that meant there were at least 2 other people there. It was getting dark and I prefer to go to massages during the day, but I couldn't get to it until the evening and it's nice to be relaxed and go to bed soon afterwards. Since I was new, she threw in the 20 minute pre-massage at a deep discount. I will say, I wouldn't have paid for it at it's listed price. Personally, I think both the massage therapist AND the client benefit from this because it's a great machine--it definitely loosens you up so the massage therapist can be more effective and not get tired out. But for any machine, I feel like it should be less than $1/minute, and that's if you're buying as a standalone service. I'd say if it's an add-on, it shouldn't be more than $10, personally. I also sometimes worry about going later in the day bc I know therapists get tired after working on people all day and I like the pressure firm. I had Kenichi (I think? It was some name that sounded Japanese) and let me tell you--I DID NOT have to worry about that! She was strong as a horse and it was like 7.30pm! The massage was great, but the pricing is too high, even with all the 'discounts.' But they do have another location, I guess, and that is supposed to be a more reasonable $60/hr. I'll have to try there. Also, don't like that she offered a discount if I showed her a Yelp review. I'm writing this but I won't be showing it to her...haven't decided yet if I'll return. read more

Came in for a 90 min massage with hot stone and took advantage of a special that included foot massage and stretching. Once my therapist felt how tight I was, she recommended adding cupping, and it made such a difference. The atmosphere was calming, the staff was warm and professional, and the technique was incredible. I will definitely be coming back! read more

The service provided the moment you walk in this place is unmatched! I was greeted very kindly at the front desk, and after expressing that this would be my first massage ever I was given a complete rundown of what would happen with my masseuse. I booked a super relax hour massage. The massage was lovely 10/10 had the best experience ever, I was so relaxed I didn't want to leave. I will be coming back soon! read more

This is the best place for a massage in the SGV. The location is convenient. Although it's on a fairly busy road, no outside noise can be heard from inside the building. Everything is VERY clean, friendly, and professional. read more

I had the BEST massage I've ever had at i-Massage Spa! From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, calm, and comfortable--exactly what you want when you're there to relax. I come here regularly for athletic and gym recovery, and it's easily one of the best spots around. The staff really understand body mechanics -- every session feels targeted and professional. Whether I'm sore from lifting or just need a full reset, they always get me right. Clean, calm environment, never rushed, and the quality stays consistent every visit. Highly recommend for anyone serious about training or staying on top of recovery. read more

i-Massage Spa - They allowed me hang out in a relaxation room for free after my massage - Massage Near Me - Azusa, California

Brought my husband for his birthday. Cassandra was very welcoming. Very misleading as well. Not honest. She made the extras sound like she's giving it at a discounted rate but she's not. And this extras are charged on top of the actual massage. And we were placed in a machine but was not told that it's an extra $50 charge. So be careful. This is not an establishment where people conduct business with honesty. Sadly, I would've recommended and came back if there was no dishonesty. Place is clean. The rooms are spacious. The actual massage is good . Enya is a skilled masseuse. Pricey. For this price you could already be getting better services from Glen Ivy. I'm giving two stars solely for the masseuse and the cleanliness. read more

This is my place to go to relieve the stress. They offer the best relaxing massage and every single masseuse is great. I totally recommend this place, plus the venue is super nice and clean. read more

I found this place on yelp and decided to bring my wife here. Mind you, she HATES massages, but for some reason was okay with getting a scalp massage. We spoke with Cassandra and went with a 60 min scalp only massage for my wife and a 60 min scalp & full body massage for me. Katie and Amy were the ones to give us the massage & WOW! We will definitely be coming back. The place was clean, smelled amazing and it was an overall relaxing experience. I even found out that my wife fell asleep during her massage! Can't wait for our next visit!! read more

Unfortunately I'm still trying to get my money back after having Cassandra tell me she never charged me after telling me they were upset that I only left a 15% tip when I booked the massage online. read more

A true hidden gem! From warm-up to deep tissue massage and stretching, Amy is an absolute godsend. She worked out knots I've had for years from long hours at the computer -- I felt like a brand new person afterward. The front desk staff, Cassandra, is so friendly and transparent about pricing. She even offered complimentary services without being pushy or upselling anything. I've already been back for a second visit and plan to make this my go-to spot for regular maintenance. Highly recommend! read more

I like coming here when I feel super stressed out. I have had 2 different massage therapists so far. Both ladies are professional and they do a great job. They always ask if the pressure is right, if I'm doing ok during the session. I fell new and refresh when I'm done. I would totally recommend it. read more

Where to start.....!?!? Upon walking in, I was greeted with amazing customer service. She attended to every need by asking me where I needed most attention and used a chart to pinpoint my areas of concern. She was so delightful and a huge display of great energy! I've received plenty of massages in the past as I'm a body builder and need constant work. But I've never had a pre massage before - it was offered to lay down on a bed to get pre work done to prep for the oncoming massage. She asked what pressure I needed and I specifically said maximum for my deep tissue and I got just that!! The masseuse was AMAZING!!! She was very attentive and for the first time, I felt care through her hands and energy. She was EXTREMELY professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout my massage. I strongly recommend this location - it's not just a massage, it was an energy boost and experience!! read more

This is the best massage place I have ever been (CLEAN, TIDY, GOOD TECHNIQUE and EXCELLENT service) ! Best bang for you bucks. This place was recommended by my coworker and I drove 25 minutes from my home. It was WELL worth of my time. Waiting/ check-in: Area is so clean and I was greeted by the super friendly owner She is so nice and patient explain everything I need to know. She asked the parts I would like to focus on. The interior looks brand new like it was recently renovated. Everything is well represented. Massage room: I LOVE rooms are individual and completed isolated from outside. It's very quiet inside. The sheets are brand new and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned ! I feel very comfortable to be in the room. Trust me, not every place feels this clean. Masseur: Big shoutout to Amanda. Her technique is new to me. I forgot how tight my shoulder and lower back were. I had my pressure at 8/10 and it's a good amount which I love. Overall, this is probably my best experience with massage. I love when a place is clean. It's even better that the owner is friendly. I feel appreciated and this business deserves much more attention ! I'm already looking into my next appointment. read more

I was in need of a full body massage and this place is conveniently located 5 min from my house. I was lucky when I walked in and there was availability for me. Fia was my masseuse and she did an amazing job getting rid of my knots on my shoulders and back. I havent felt this relaxed in a long time. The place is super clean, calm and makes the entire experience feel like youre drifting on cloud 9. I totally recommend this place and will be coming back very soon! read more

Ohemgeee times ten!! This was my first visit and I must give props to the owners whose customer service is unparalleled!! My friends and I were trying to resume our monthly drinks and massage routine that had ended when the pandemic hit - and we were not disappointed. My treatment was a 90 min. full body massage and as first timers we were treated like royalty with enhancements galore: hot stones, aromatherapy, etc. I was especially pleasantly surprised by the thorough attention to details and the opportunity to draw what I wanted special attention for on a diagram. The surprise?? Having my belly massaged!! Word to the wise - don't forego this opportunity; the benefits are amazing!! The ambiance is warm, cozy, and peaceful. The owners also took the time to share their guiding philosophy with us which endeared me to them even more!! See you soon "Doc" and Cassandra! read more

The place is very clean and atmosphere is very relaxing. Relaxing music played throughout the place. I like that it is nice and quiet as well. This is what I expect from a quality massage place. Front desk or owner lady? Was really welcoming. She matched me with Angela therapist and she delivered. I came in w so much pain on my shoulder and lower back and felt relieved after. I love that her technique is something I have not had around this area. It felt like Swedish massage where kneading was great and pressure was as I requested 8/10. I was not getting beaten up. This technique reminds me of my favorite masseuse back in LA. This facility came highly recommended by my picky co-worker. Their price is very reasonable too! Im definitely coming back. You cant stop at one massage once you get a good one. My goal is to try all their masseuse and give honest feedback. Now to put cherry on top, after your very nice relaxing ending massage, they let me use their spinal decompression chair for 15min with relaxing aura. It gave me enough time to relax my body some more and wake myself up before driving out and face my daily task. read more

Ok, I'm a regular here. Love the place because I've never had a bad massage in several years. Today I tried Amy for the first time on the recommendation of the owner, Cassandra. Long story short, Amy absolutely killed it! I've been experiencing pain in my elbows due to my frequent gym visits. Amy got in deep and brought tears to my eyes. I've never had my elbows worked so specifically, or effectively. As I told her... Amy is amazing. read more

My first time coming here. I had a bad sciatica on my lower back for weeks. I met Cassandra and she was so kind and professional. She really cared about my pain and she referred to a specialist named Daphne. I cannot stress out what an amazing experience this was! I didn't expect a soft massage because I needed deep tissue-a level 8 out of 10 pressure. Daphne was very skilled and gave me the best massage I ever had! I had some sweet pain spots she hit but they felt good. I left there feeling better. Daphne used different techniques -not the typical "commercial" massage place where they only massage. Daphne really dug in, used her arms. Elbows, hot stones, pressure points, stretches and more! Daphne kept asking if the pressure was ok-which it was for me. Daphne truly did a great job! This was a unique experience. I will ask for Daphne again. The ambience was calming and peaceful. Everything was clean inside. It was reasonably priced too! If you are looking for a great massage place, come and try this place! You will not be dissatisfied or disappointed! read more

Excellent service quality and vibe. Very professional and experienced. And they know what they are doing.
