We stopped by Eggstasy for brunch on Sunday just before 11:00 am. We were told it would be a 35 min. wait, but we were seated in about 10 minutes. The waitperson was awesome and took our order promptly. The food came out amazingly quick and it was excellent. We both ordered omelets and they were prepared very well and the hash browns were perfect! The only drawback was the sound level of the music. It was loud!! So unnecessary!! I love a good vibe and music is great, but when I can't hear my wife from across the table, that's an issue. Not impressed! $50.00 for an omelet and bacon and egg breakfasts. If you like extremely strong coffee (we don't), you'll love it. Don't expect flavored creamers (there are none), or a "select your own ingredient" omelet. Butter your own toast also. What you see on the menu are your only choices. This was a one time only for us! Deliciousness! I ordered the maple bacon burger with regular fries! The fries are amazing: crunchy, NOT greasy! Burger was delicious. I received a complimentary bowl of tomato basil soup! Bad food and worse service! The chilaquiles were awful, it was more like a soup. But the worst part is that they charged my debit card for my meal and someone else's check! When I called to have it corrected they told me to go back in to the restaurant. When I returned the owner Tom told me that the servers "make this mistake all the time" and that it would be fixed. Over a week later and it was never fixed. I had to call my bank in order to get my money back. I will never go back to this place! read more

Wow...I rarely give five star reviews but this is my second this week. We came here with friends today for one of our regular breakfast get-togethers and what a great time we had. We were seated in about 15 minutes on a very busy morning. The food came out quickly (again...a very busy morning), it was all delicious, the portions very generous and the service was spectacular. Our server, Rashe (I believe that was her name but she went by "Shea"), was the absolute best we've had in a very long time and we eat out frequently. She was so funny, very accommodating with my husband's special request, and is a big part of giving a five star review. Love the other location so decided to come here since it's closer to home. Our server was all over the place. She was really slow on bringing drinks and seems to forget a lot of stuff. My meal came with toast on the side and she asked our table if we're missing anything I told her I still need my toast and she comes back 5 mins later and asks "do you really need it still" ?????? She took forever to check us out and had to ask two employees to ring us out or get our server. Also, LOTS OF FLIES kind of gross they were all over the windows we were sitting by. read more

When a new restaurant opens I usually wait a bit before going, but my husband really wanted to try this new location so we went. First off, our waitress was very sweet but completely clueless when it came to food allergies/intolerances. I think it is the management's responsibility to make sure their servers are informed and what steps to take if they're not sure about something. I have a gluten intolerance and wasn't in the mood for breakfast so I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger (no bun), cooked medium well. I asked the server if she could confirm that the fries were gluten free, without a flour or gluten coating, she said she thinks so, I asked if she could check and when she came back she said they were ok. When the food was served, the burger was under and virtually raw in some areas, there was a white soup on the plate that the server said contained gluten (not sure why it was on my plate then, but glad she said something at least) and the fries were coated in a crunch texture. When I pointed out the fry texture/coating, she went back to the kitchen again and she said they do have gluten on them now. Luckily I did not eat them. They remade the burger patty since it was so undercooked, I ate about 5-6 bites of it, but it was so salty, that's all I could take. My husband (no allergy or intolerance) ordered breakfast items and enjoyed his food. Had I ordered breakfast or had a different server, maybe I would have had a different experience. read more

Great breakfast! The menu is large enough to satisfy the pickiest of diners. The food was served on actual patterned stoneware. The hash browns were cooked on both sides as opposed to crisp on one side and warm on the other as most other breakfast places serve them. The choices of toast from thick-sliced fresh bakery bread was ample and the thick sliced apple cider cured bacon was cooked to perfection. I chose the fresh fruit option instead of the hash browns enjoyed by my friend. The fruit served on a skewer was a combination of large chunks of fresh pineapple, sliced strawberries, a raspberry, a blueberry and a blackberry. It looked as inviting as it was delicious. My friend and I decided we will make our way through the entire breakfast menu over the coming months. The building is brand new with lots of indoor seating and a very nice patio. The wait staff is pleasant and efficient. It's My new breakfast go-to establishment. I haven't tried it for lunch yet, but i'd bet it won't disappoint. read more
