My family has been coming to this Eggsmart location for years now, and have watched this place change management many times. The menu here keeps expanding and expanding with many different classic yet creative brunch options! My parents love the keto bowl with an added side of pancakes because of the variety it offers. I was finally able to try out the signature hash this time, and while it tasted good, there was nothing that really blew me away. The few servers here are super nice, but given the size of the restaurant so seem to be overwhelmed - especially during brunch hours when the place is filled! All in all, a good local brunch classic with an affordable price and good portions , but don't expect to be wowed by your experience here! A great location for coming with family!

You were lucky I wasn't going add more negatives to an already stressful day. Came here to grab a quick brunch during the weekend and it really wasn't that busy. It took forever until someone came to ask if we were ready to order and then over there behind us, I was wondering why that one table needed two servers. Asked for dry toast and got wets ones. Sure, send more carbs on the way. Now that's just gna be a waste of food. But the turn off was when i saw the avocados on my plate. Tell me if u think this is acceptable? They're literally black.... With a filter and all, you can still see black dots on the avocado in the picture. So here, ill also attach an unfiltered and unedited picture. I dont know why any place would serve your customers that. Thanks for asking how was my food too. NTY!

Classic Eggsmart breakfast $5.99( early bird )

Eggsmart obviously is great for breakfast! They have really good options like traditional breakfast combos and pancakes, egg Benedict and sandwich/burger options. They also offer a kids menu and is really kid friendly. I wish they had more freshly squeezed juice options but no big deal. I ordered the classic breakfast and came for the early bird price of $5.99 which was great value. The food is good nothing special however I'm not a big fan of their home fries. Also my boyfriend got his order with a hair on the orange slice so we sent it back, our waitress then asked if we wanted a new one? Which yes obviously and I'm not sure why even ask that. We still are paying for it so obviously. Other than that the place was clean and decent.

Bagel with cream cheese (I ordered with Nutella. Oops)

It was quite busy on a long weekend Saturday morning but we were seated quickly. The early bird special runs until 10 am for only $5.99, what a steal. I believe it's 3 eggs, potatoes, toast and bacon. The only minor issue was that I was given a bagel with cream cheese instead of Nutella. Once the waitress was informed she brought out the correct order. She was polite and friendly and the food didn't take long to come out.

I been here a few times with family and friends It's always clean and the staff is accommodating The food quality is good. It's a nice place to go for a quick breakfast It can get busy on weekends but turn over of customers is fast so you won't be waiting long

This place is spacious and clean. I ordered the early bird special for only $5.99 from 7 am to 10 am. The triple sunny side up eggs along with bacon and toasts were pretty good breakfast for me. The server was quite polite and attended to our request rather quickly. Good place to visit if you want a traditional egg and toast breakfast.

I've never had the chance to go to Eggsmart since the go-to breakfast spot for me was Cora's, or the one-off breakfast diner, but the wife and I figured we'd give it a shot. Waitress was very polite and friendly - not often do you hear "Good morning." But then again.... how often do I wake up at 7am on a Sunday? Rarely. Prices are pretty comparable to Cora's. A plate of food will cost you anywhere from $10-20, depending on if you get a drink or not. Our food came out pretty quickly - much faster than Cora's. Ended up getting your typical breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled, bacon, toast, fruit and "Jersey Shore" fries which, much like the cast of the show, were crispy and golden brown. If you like the fries at Costco, these are pretty close to them. My only comment is that my scrambled eggs were cooked just a tad too long, a bit on the fried eggs side, but no biggie.

Went here for Father's Day and it was super busy. I can honestly say that this restaurant is one of my go to places for breakfast. The servers are really friendly and nice. They are always aware of the things you need and when you ask for something you don't ever need to remind them twice. The portion size is really big. I usually order the 4 egg omelette and it is quite filling. It comes with your choice of home fries or french fries and 4 pieces of whole wheat or white toast. The eggs Benedict is also a very good dish as well. It is a bit pricey but you are paying for quality food with amazing service.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for breakfast and was pretty impressed by all the selections on the menu. I got fresh squeezed OJ and a Belgian waffle with whipped cream. Being from the US, we were so stoked to here our waiter say 'eh?' We will definitely be going back next time we head out to Canada.

Service is really good here - friendly and quick! The inside is a bit old and worn but still fairly clean. I had the classic breakfast and it was alright, not bad but not spectacular either. My bf had the omelet and it had a lot of stuff inside. The home fries were a bit dry.

Pretty fast service, scrambled eggs are usually a little over cooked and sometimes I feel like it's less than 3 eggs. Staff is attentive and nice. Overall: good

We arrived at the small plaza with a small parking lot today (Saturday) around 10:15 a.m. & luckily enough, it was a quiet start to the day as parking was plentiful though I can imagine it being a bit hectic during busy times. This location (there are 2 others) is in the plaza right next to the Richmond Hill location for AI Sushi. As soon as we entered, we were promptly greeted & seated at a nice corner table. Shortly after that, a nice gentleman came to placed a QR code at our table asking if we've been here before. After we said no, he explained to us how to order using the QR code. We can all scan and order individually then it shows up as one large order for the table. I think he said he can split the bill if needed & we would just need to let him know. The place itself was nice. A bit above casual with around 20 tables inside. Well light and seemed clean. I ordered the Thai red curry pasta with clams, hubby and our friend both ordered the chicken and waffles, and my cousin ordered the mushroom benedict. We all ordered a drink (hubby a flat white with the rest ordering some type of latte). Our food came pretty quickly. My pasta was delicious and had good heat (spicy kick) to it & the red curry sauce was full of deep rich flavors. I enjoyed the clams but they were a bit small so it's taste got overpowered by the sauce. I would have preferred it if they gave me fewer but larger clams. I had a taste of my hubby's fried chicken & it was really good. The batter was well seasoned & crispy but not oily and the chicken thigh was moist. The staff know what they are doing there. We were asked whether we are enjoying our food & they always made sure our water glasses were full. I highly recommend this place & am looking forward to my next visit there!

There was another person preparing drinks and we only saw him come out from behind the counter when there were no drink orders. It took a while for her to clear our table. What was ordered: Kale Caesar Salad - fresh croutons with generous bits of bacon; very lightly dressed Chicken and Waffles - 2 drumsticks and a breast served with 4 pieces of waffle and a small side salad Shrimp Eggs Benny - 2 deep fried shrimp patties; served with baby potatoes and a side salad The chicken was very crispy and still juicy but based on the colour of the fry the oil needs to be changed. It came with 2 small containers of syrup (not real maple syrup) and some that looked like plum sauce. The potatoes on the eggs Benny were good but when you deep fry the shrimp patty you wonder what other filler there might be in the patties. Service was decent despite the fact that there was one person who served and cleaned. An okay experience....not sure it warrants another return.

The waitlist I think is a little crazy for the food, as I don't think it necessarily is better than other brunch spots in the area. All the food we've tried is still pretty solid though, just not quite at the price point that would justify revisiting often. They have some Asian-fusion menu items we thought were interesting, but didn't quite meet expectations (compared to other fusion brunch spots). The lap cheong hash, for example, was mostly only hash. I think there may have only been 4 slices of lap cheong in the whole plate, which adds up to maybe 1/3 of a lap cheong? The hash was simultaneously too salty when you hit a lap cheong, but under-salted when you eat a lone hash. Although it sounds like I'm dunking on it a lot, the lap cheong hash was overall pretty good! The poached eggs were perfect and it was interesting to try--just not something I would order again. Their chicken and waffles are actually quite good though! The chicken is crispy and moist, and the sauce is a great pairing. I can see why this is one of their most popular menu items. Overall, I think it's worth visiting to check off a bucket list item.
