I had a wonderful brunch at this cozy little spot. We walked in on a busy Monday morning, but got seats right away. I got the Bacon Avo omelette, which came with a side of either grits or home fries and pancakes or toast. I picked the grits, as I'm visiting from New York and grits is not a common option for us. The grits came out with a dollop of butter. It was a little thick, but very hearty and comforting. The omelette was a perfect size and came with good amount of avocado and spinach, which was much appreciated. The syrup had been delivered warm to the table, but cooled off quickly as we did wait a little bit for our food and it was very cold outside. I also loved that besides the normal assortment of strawberry and blueberry jam, there were packets of apple butter on the table. My pancakes were not super thick or moist, but perfectly fine as an accompaniment to the omelette. This is a locally owned business, and my aunt, who was the one who took me to this meal, explained that there has been a recent change of ownership, but the food hasn't changed. She chatted with the new owners and was happy to find that they will continue to honor the loyalty point system from the previous management. For this price nowadays, I'd be surprised if you could find better brunch food options. The ambiance is not what we're shooting for here. If you want to do a fancy-looking boozy brunch, perhaps go somewhere else. But even with the business, the server was very attentive about refilling our coffees and checking up on us.

The food and service is ALWAYS amazing here. This is the first breakfast place I came to when I moved here. Importantly the prices have not changed as well.

I made a reservation on the phone and the wait was 15 min on a Saturday morning. I got the eggsellent skillet. I really liked the sear on the applewood sausage. The overeasy eggs were delicious too. I liked the balance of meat to veggies. I did have to add salt and pepper to the dish.

Traditional breakfast with chicken apple sausage and very berry pancakes

Recently tried this spot for the first time as takeout.... OMG! I am rarely impressed with traditional breakfast but this place is AMAZING!

Visiting a gud friend for the day, as soon as our plane landed, he was waiting for us to exit. Of course everything is a 15/20 minute drive in TX. Once we arrived it was probably 9am. They weren't too crowded and we promptly got a booth for 3. I had to use the restroom. It was a large single person bathroom. N it was clean. The establishment isnt very large, I guess the capacity is about 75 people or so. The place has an ole Tuscan charm. The servers were efficient and checked on one another's tables. My coffee was constantly refilled and I didnt have to ask. Breakfast came out quickly and was as ordered. It was scrumptious. I didnt even have to butter my toast, they already did.. N as you can see, good sized portions. Happy Eating

Still a local fave for breakfast! Stopped here on a weekday late morning so the wait was short for a table. I always come prepared for a wait because they are always packed and busy, everyday of the week! We ordered a skillet (with side of fluffy pancakes) and kids mickey pancake (huge portion) with berries. The portions are large and the food is super fresh wirh quality ingredients. Service is a bit slow but friendly and decent.

Went here for breakfast and were just so happie with our decision! We ordered coffee, which btw was just amazinggg!! Also ordered some banana nutella french toast, along with a veggie omelette with hash browns and pancakes on the side! (Cause gotta eat a little healthy too :p) Anyway, the food was sooo good! We loved everything! They were prettie full even at like 10 am on a weekday, which tell you that they are good! Service was awesome too! Very friendly staff! Will be going back!

Breakfast/brunch We have ordered to go & have at here at the location too. Prices for breakfast to me must be decent. Cause it's the beginning of the day meal & the simplest of breakfast can always make the day start off as a good day.

Welcoming environment even said goodbye when we were leaving. Isaac is personable, and efficient. The chairs and tables were wiped down. Lighting not too bright and architecture is beautiful. Outdoor seating option. The skillet was well cooked the spinach lacked flavor and a tad bit more cheese would have helped the dish. Pancakes were moist. Cheese Omelette with addition of sausageand waffles were very good.

The space has a bright, sunny feel that instantly makes it inviting, and I can already picture how cute and lively it would be as a brunch spot on the weekends. I ordered the Baja chicken omelette, and it did not disappoint. The eggs were light and fluffy, and the chicken had really nice flavor throughout. It was topped with a scoop of salsa and a crema sauce that added just the right amount of freshness and richness--everything worked together perfectly. The home fries were another standout--crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside, and seasoned really well. And the biscuit? Absolutely delicious. It was cooked just right--soft, warm, and the perfect complement to the meal. When I first arrived, I was the only one there for a bit, but more people started coming in shortly after. The server was very friendly, attentive, and did a great job making sure everything was just right. Overall, such a great spot with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back--and next time, I might have to check it out for weekend brunch!

You can't beat the $15 shrimp and grits with smoked sausage, onion, green bell peppers, tomatoes topped with 2 eggs. Mine are over easy so I get a runny yolk. Also comes with a grilled lemon and toasty bread. So much flavor. Today the shrimp was a little tough but you could spend $30+ and get the same elsewhere. The farmers omelette is 4 eggs and loaded with potatoes, jalapeños, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and cheese then covered with sausage gravy served with good bread and a side. This is enough for 2 so making $14 a bargain. They have mimosas but I really wish they had Bloody Marys. Service is fine and the place is comfortable and bright. Go hungry and you will be happy.
