    Potato egg scramble with salsa.
    Camaryn M.

I went here for brunch on a Saturday. They seemed pretty busy, and the servers seemed to be having difficulty making it to everyone in a timely manner. I ordered the potato scramble, and my friend tried one of the boxes. The food was delicious, full of cheese and eggs and as savory as you could hope for. The only things keeping me from giving 5 stars were the slow service (my water sat empty for quite a while) and the price point striking me as pretty high for some of the simpler dishes.

Service and food were eggscellent! We enjoyed the vibe and ambiance of the restaurant. Brenda and Rafa provided fantastic service and were great at everything. We will definitely be back.

Jose was our server. He did a great job keeping our glasses topped up and he got our order right. The food was good too. When we visit Vegas we will come back.

I'm not one for crowds so I enjoyed how there wasn't much ppl in the restaurant during the weekday. Our server JOSE was the greatest. This was our first time eating here and he couldn't have recommended anything better than these 2 items (croissant French toast & the nasty box). The croissant French toast was a perfectly great cross between soft and crunchy. The jam it came with was perfect pair bc it wasn't sour or overly sweet. The nasty box was tasteful with the brisket and hollandaise sauce. I gave this restaurant a 4/5 starts bc the nasty box needed just a lil more meat than bell peppers and just a tad more of the hollandaise sauce. I got a side of the hollandaise sauce and that was the best side to add more of to this entree. I can't wait to come back here again with more family and friends!!

The food was great! Hit the spot after an early morning. Coffee was nice and hot and the service was on point. There wasn't much of a wait and the staff were super friendly, especially Brenda! Definitely coming back again to try more of the menu.

    Irish Box!!

What a great find!! Service was amazing shout out to Jose!! Tried the Irish box .. so delicious, eggs were perfect as was the corned beef hash!! Stop by and give this place a try.. we will definitely be back!

The stuffed french toast was awesome, could have used a little more mascarpone filling

I'm always looking for a new breakfast spot to check out. So was super excited to find EGGcellent off of Eastern in Henderson. Since the name is not on the building front, it can be a little difficult to find. But if you are next to Cleopatra's tattoos, you're right there! Plenty of parking. There is definitely plenty of seating, but I can imagine this place packs up when the after church crowd gets there. There. You would do well to get there between 8:00 and 9:00 in the morning Jose was our server, and did an excellent job explaining the dishes and all of the options available. One thing I like about a good breakfast place is good service, and good coffee. Jose was able to deliver both! If you have never been, I highly suggest you try the box Box specials. They are a work of art and almost too pretty to eat. The spicy Hollandaise sauce is absolutely amazing and you will probably want to order extra. The stuffed French toast was really good, take two croissants, cut them in half, dip them in egg and fry them up. Super tasty and good, although the stuffed french toast could have used more marscapone filling. But that's just me cuz I'm a glutton. Bottom line? You definitely need to check this out when you are in Henderson. Great food, great prices, friendly staff, it is well worth the drive.

Interesting place with high reviews so we we're taken back at 8:00 am it was almost empty? Good service and a nice open seating concept. Good menu choices (a lot of them). The omelette were done well even with some small mistakes in ingredients. Tomato juice on the menu but none available when we visited. And experience but the background music was loud and not quite what we're used to for a breakfast dining experience .

I just finished one of my fastest 10K times around Sunset Park and was starving. Hangry as I was I checked out Yelp and found Eggscellent ( @eggscellentlv ). Sitting at the bar my gut told me to devour the burrito. The waitress helped me design it. This was one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had, best in Vegas so far. I loaded it up with chorizo, carne asada, and extra cheese. It lasted minutes on the plate. Phenomenal after a hard run!!!    IG: @eggscellentlv  Address: 7425 S Eastern Ave

Half eaten chorizo hash, the best!!!
    Alyssa V.

Eggcelent is officially my new favorite breakfast spot! I had the chorizo hash twice now and it's hands down one of the best breakfast dishes I've ever had. So flavorful, perfectly cooked, and just SO good! The atmosphere is cozy, not too busy, and filled with plants which makes it feel really warm and inviting. It's the kind of place you can actually sit, relax, and enjoy your meal. Solo or with friends/family. The service was also great! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. And the coffee was on point, which always matters for a breakfast spot. I'll definitely be back AGAIN AND AGAIN, I already have my eye on a few other things to try. Highly recommend if you're looking for a go-to breakfast place with amazing food and a really cute, comfortable atmosphere!

The food was absolutely delicious!!! Today was our first time trying Eggscellent and man am i glad we did! Jose was our server and he was not only kind and attentive but very helpful giving suggestions on all of the popular items and things he likes as well, considering how big the menu is we definitely needed the help. The Chorizo Hash was hands down my favorite thing we got, it had great flavor and it was a huge portion. The reuben was quite yummy as well, i wouldn't say it was the best i've had ever but it's the best one ive had in las vegas so far. I tried some of the spicy box as well and it was quite delicious too, my boyfriend absolutely loved it. not only would i recommend this place for the food but definitely the service as well. Jose did a great job of making us feel welcomed, not rushed, and very cared on. we will definitely be coming back and i hope to have Jose as our server again.

There was about a 10 minute wait to order, which we didn't mind given how crowded it was. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when it was our turn. The staff member taking our order said, "do you know what you want?" in an unwelcoming tone. Even though, his tone turned me off, we still placed an order (...probably shouldn't have). We ordered the Freckled Redhead burger ($16) and the Chicken with Mac Waffle ($17). After ordering, we were given a number and waited outside. The food came out after about 20 minutes and we took it home to eat. A different staff member served our to-go order and she seemed nice. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the food was just OK. The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

The Grilled Oysters were not a favorite. However, I think that's just personal preference because of the style they are prepared in. We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. We were so full that we passed on dessert, but would definitely be back because the options were inventive and looked so tasty. A doughnut bread pudding, a bourbon brownie; yes to both please!

Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
