Upon walking in you can go to one of two computer screens to put in your order, if you aren't computer savvy the staff is there and willing to help and answer questions on any of the menu items! There are several tables indoor along with bar area for hightop seating and a few seats outdoors as well. The location is in a shopping mall center so plenty of parking. The place was hopping when we went in so opted to get our food to go and drive back to our house just ten minutes away. We both ordered the Avo Egg which included scrambled eggs, fresh avocados and chives it includes an egg sauce and sririacha. The eggs are divine they way its prepared the whole sandwich was bomb but the eggs and fresh avocado made it all that more memorable! I've ordered Egg Tuck twice from the Hollywood location, so I about lost my shit when I found our they were opening a Burbank store about a 5-minute drive from me. I decided to order a ham and cheese egg sandwich one day, and drove over to pick it up. There isn't a space to add tip when ordering online, which is weird. I never carry cash so I prefer just to include it on my card. My sandwich was ready within 10 minutes. Since this location just opened up last week, I assumed there would be positive, welcoming vibes. The staff who gave me my sandwich were okay, not overly friendly, but maybe seemed a little stressed. I'm obsessed with sriracha aioli and put it on everything, so I asked for a side of it (since I didn't have the option to order it online). The cashier told me it would be an extra 50 cents, so I had to tell them never mind! It would have been nice to provide that with an $11 breakfast sandwich, or even just "here you go, but next time it's 50 cents." The nickel and diming just felt like kind of a turnoff (and more like super-corporate chain vibes), especially since they're new to the community. When I left and opened the sandwich, there wasn't even any sriracha aioli! I should have gone back to ask for 50 cents from them! Overall, the sandwich was super delicious. The brioche is soft, fluffy and slightly sweet, and the eggs are equally soft and fluffy. It got super salty! I always just order the #1(egg only), and I liked it for the very delicate and simple flavoring. Today's (8/28/25 @ 10:20)was SO SALTY from the first bite, the egg itself was salty and so much salty sauce oozed out too. I had to drink lots of water to finish it. Tried it for the first time. Pre ordered thru Yelp and it was ready for pick up within 5 minutes. The sandwich was soft & creamy but had sweetness to it. I added their aioli hoping to cut the sweetness back a but and that made it worse because their aioli was a sweet & spicy sauce. The bacon in my sandwich gave it a little saltiness (thank goodness) but the other sandwich was just the avocado one and that had no salt kick which wasn't good. There is a restroom I didn't go in but it's there. They offer lemon water (yumm) and a condiment station as well. The food! Fantastic even with putting the sauce on the side the food with out it is fantastic! Not a small portion which made the price well worth it, only spent 30 for two drinks + two entrees!!
