HUGE FAN! The patty in the royal west is so tender and the bread in unreal. they have it packaged so nicely in a cute box and it actually helps you eat it neatly. The fluffly egg tots you have to get. Ok, YUM!!! We ended up here by a whim. I called next door for a quick bagel, but they said it would take 25 minutes because they were busy, so I remembered seeing Egg Tuck and decided to give it a try. We ordered the original egg sandwich and SO glad we did. They were absolutely delicious! First of all, the presentation is neat and cute, secondly, the toasted bread is soft and a tad sweet, and third, the eggs are the most fluffy, moist delectable eggs we've ever tasted. And not moist in a runny raw way, (not for me) but maybe whipped and buttery? Whatever they do, they got it right! My 14yr old "foodie" son said it was the best breakfast sandwich he's ever tasted. So excited for Egg Tuck to be in Burbank! Upon walking in you can go to one of two computer screens to put in your order, if you aren't computer savvy the staff is there and willing to help and answer questions on any of the menu items! There are several tables indoor along with bar area for hightop seating and a few seats outdoors as well. The location is in a shopping mall center so plenty of parking. The place was hopping when we went in so opted to get our food to go and drive back to our house just ten minutes away. We both ordered the Avo Egg which included scrambled eggs, fresh avocados and chives it includes an egg sauce and sririacha. The eggs are divine they way its prepared the whole sandwich was bomb but the eggs and fresh avocado made it all that more memorable! I've ordered Egg Tuck twice from the Hollywood location, so I about lost my shit when I found our they were opening a Burbank store about a 5-minute drive from me. I decided to order a ham and cheese egg sandwich one day, and drove over to pick it up. There isn't a space to add tip when ordering online, which is weird. I never carry cash so I prefer just to include it on my card. My sandwich was ready within 10 minutes. Since this location just opened up last week, I assumed there would be positive, welcoming vibes. The staff who gave me my sandwich were okay, not overly friendly, but maybe seemed a little stressed. I'm obsessed with sriracha aioli and put it on everything, so I asked for a side of it (since I didn't have the option to order it online). The cashier told me it would be an extra 50 cents, so I had to tell them never mind! It would have been nice to provide that with an $11 breakfast sandwich, or even just "here you go, but next time it's 50 cents." The nickel and diming just felt like kind of a turnoff (and more like super-corporate chain vibes), especially since they're new to the community. When I left and opened the sandwich, there wasn't even any sriracha aioli! I should have gone back to ask for 50 cents from them! Overall, the sandwich was super delicious. The brioche is soft, fluffy and slightly sweet, and the eggs are equally soft and fluffy. It's more of a "pocket" style sandwich so all of the best stuff is at the top end, but it's one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches. Looking forward to going back to try other items! read more

It got super salty! I always just order the #1(egg only), and I liked it for the very delicate and simple flavoring. Today's (8/28/25 @ 10:20)was SO SALTY from the first bite, the egg itself was salty and so much salty sauce oozed out too. I had to drink lots of water to finish it. Please re-check the amount of stadium being used lately. It was not salty 4months ago here at this location. Tried it for the first time. Pre ordered thru Yelp and it was ready for pick up within 5 minutes. The sandwich was soft & creamy but had sweetness to it. I added their aioli hoping to cut the sweetness back a but and that made it worse because their aioli was a sweet & spicy sauce. The bacon in my sandwich gave it a little saltiness (thank goodness) but the other sandwich was just the avocado one and that had no salt kick which wasn't good. I've passed by this place and decided to try it! I went in and began looking at the menu before noticing a touch screen ordering screen. I was happy the cashier working there approached me and still offered assistance despite the screen. People who like minimal to 0 interaction will love this place. The cashier was sweet and welcomed me in, and welcomed me warmly as a first time customer. For seating there's outdoor tables, indoor tables, and high top seating along the wall. There is a restroom I didn't go in but it's there. They offer lemon water (yumm) and a condiment station as well. The food! Fantastic even with putting the sauce on the side the food with out it is fantastic! Not a small portion which made the price well worth it, only spent 30 for two drinks + two entrees!! I got the New Orleans latte w oat milk- incredible! I may come back just for the latte also got the orange juice, yum! Got the bacon & cheese sandwhich, packed with love and egg! Solid 4 stars. The egg and the bread are very soft to the point where the bread is falling apart in your hands when you eat it. The ham was too intense, overpowered everything else. They probably use the cheapest one. Tater tots are decent, not memorable. Good paired with in house sauce. The entire thing without a drink was almost $20 which is pretty pricey. I got a sandwich with egg, cheese and a beef patty (you couldn't pick between sausage or beef, it was whatever is available). The beef patty made it taste more hamburger lunch style. The taste was too strong and the sauce didn't make it better. They don't have any seating as well which is a bummer. read more
