Avocado Tree Omelet
Nicki S.

Food was good. No complaints, Just kind of bland. All seemed fresh though so maybe it was just what I ordered that was meh. Hash browns were so overcooked they were hard to eat. Pancake was super tasty though as was the omelet. We also had the short rib bowl which was ok. I've learned adding plants and flowers as a garnish don't change flavor and good quality.out waitress was wonderful though. Five stars on hostess and waitress. Try to sit NOT facing the kitchen. Their staff stands by the kitchen entry and it's creepy having so many people standing there staring at you eating. It's like hovering.

Cannoli Donuts

Tried The Egg Posh recently and overall left a little disappointed. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, but unfortunately the poached eggs were overcooked and the hollandaise sauce was served kind of cold. The cannoli donuts also didn't have much presentation and looked a bit sloppy on the plate compared to what I expected. The biscuits and gravy had very little sausage and gravy, and when I asked for extra gravy, I was charged additional for it, which was upsetting. The staff was polite, but for the price and hype, I expected better quality and attention to detail. Pretty decor and seating area.

Had breakfast here recently as I was drawn in by the beautifully plated menu items and high reviews. I'll start by saying there was nothing wrong with my experience here, especially customer service wise. The hostesses were lovely and our server was Sergio took very good care of us. We ordered: an iced latte, short rib benedict, berry explosion french toast, and the lobster omelette. Everything came out timely and looked very appealing, however flavor-wise I just wasn't impressed. The iced latte was not good in my opinion - would not recommend. For the food, it was okay but it really is not memorable nor something I would feel enticed to return to have. All in all, I had a decent experience here and am giving it 3 stars as I consider this an average place. Personally, I wouldn't return but would say try it for yourself!

Cute decor with great food and friendly staff. The food was presented well and the pancakes were light and fluffy. The booths would be a little snug for 4 adults but they have tables too.

I love eating at a restaurant when the food meets the positive reviews. They don't take reservations, so expect a little bit of a wait on the weekends, we waited about 30 minutes for 2 people. Let me tell you it was worth it the French toast is thick, fluffy and flavorful. And best of all the Maple syrup is brought to you warm. Who does that?!!! The veggie bowl chef kiss, soooo tasty. Staff was super kind. I will definitely be back.

This place was a solid find! We were visiting from out of state, staying in The Colony, and this was our consensus for brunch. The service was great. The space was clean, light, airy, and trendy. This place give a very influencer/social media vibe. As always, the food is my main priority. The beignets were absolutely to die for (better than some I had in NOLA) and the mimosas were pretty divine. The rest of our food looked a bit better than it tasted. It was good but not life-changing. I recommend giving Egg Posh a chance of you're in the area. DEFINITELY get the beignets and a drink or three!

Avocado Tree Omelet with the fresh sprig of rosemary and flower garnish

Overall I had a positive experience at Egg Posh. I came in a while back on Easter Sunday for brunch, and we loved the service, and were very impressed with the food presentation. We split the Dubai beignets, which we were delicious. I enjoyed my avocado tree omelet, and my husband gobbled up his Breakfast ensemble with berry explosion pancakes. All ingredients were fresh, down to the rosemary spring and other garnishes. While our drinks were tasty, an iced honey bee late and a hot cookie butter latte, the quality of the espresso itself could be better. That is the only reason why my review is four star instead of five. The interior was beautiful, very bright, inviting and perfect for spring weather.

2026 - Yelp 100 #6 Visited January 31st around 10 am and they had a 30 minute wait time. We opted to wait in our car because there is limited space inside of the restaurant. Ordered - Cinnamon Roll Pancakes - Kids Chicken Tender - Birria Burrito Service was fast and food was made to order. There were no online wait list options and you will be added upon checking in at the front.,

Their food was simple yet amazing presentation with orchids and marigolds. Service was prompt and good. Ambience was good Plan ahead of time as it is a very busy place.

Veggie Omelet

Super cute place! Cozy booths and they decor up for the holidays that added to the ambiance. Service is pretty fast as well and everyone is friendly. Ordered the veggie omelette with a side of hashbrowns and pancakes. They don't skimp out on portions but everything does tend to run a tad bit unseasoned and in need of hot sauce + salt/pepper. Pancakes were good but nothing to write home about. Solid brunch spot!

Service, food, and ambiance are all amazing. The portion sizing is large and in my opinion priced well for what you get. The atmosphere is very clean and comfortable with a smaller dining area I'm sure they get busy on weekends. The donuts are a must! The plating of the lox & bagel was new for me but still very good. Would recommend.

Ask the Community - Egg Posh

Is the food halal?

Hello, We have halal options and are halal friendly. Thank you

What happened to wait list?

Last time I was in they had eliminated the wait list process. You have to go and sign up in person. Too bad for those of us who used it, but from their perspective, they really do not need it. The place is always busy. Great food and service.

Can I make a reservation?

You can do one on Yelp to hold your seat and when you get there tell the attendant and they will write you in and you have to wait a little bit

Is it dog friendly?

No.

Can you deliver?

No.

Warm wood tones, beautiful lighting, and that perfect upscale-yet-cozy feel make the whole place feel special. The location is ideal too -- easy to get to and surrounded by that lively Shops at Legacy energy without any of the chaos. But the food? Next level. The elk tacos were straight-up fantastic -- perfectly seasoned, tender elk, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of heat. I could have eaten a second order without hesitation. Then came the chicken fried steak, and it did not disappoint. Crispy, golden crust, juicy and flavorful meat, and that classic creamy gravy that tastes like it was made with love. Every bite was pure comfort food elevated. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and elevated, yet still warm and welcoming. If you're in Plano and want a restaurant that nails both the food and the atmosphere, Haywire is it. I'm already planning my next visit. Hands-down 10/10. It's got that Texas feel to it, but cleaned up a bit. Comfortable, but still a little polished. The food was really solid across the board. You know how brunch can sometimes just be... fine? This wasn't that. Everything tasted like someone actually cared about it. Good seasoning, cooked right, and just enough creativity without overdoing it. It still felt like brunch, just done properly. Drinks were great too. Not over-the-top, just well-made and easy to enjoy. Definitely the kind of place where one turns into two without much convincing. Service was smooth--friendly, attentive, but relaxed. Nobody hovering, nobody rushing you out. Just a good flow to the whole meal. We ended up sitting there longer than we planned, just hanging out and enjoying it, which probably says the most. If you're in Frisco and want a brunch spot that actually feels worth going to, Haywire's a safe bet.

It is a very cute restaurant and the ambiance is very calm. Chicken parm: This dish was alright. There is a lot of cheese on the dish which can be overpowering. The marinara sauce is very light which I enjoy. They were out of pasta so I did not get the full experience with this dish. Moreover, I still had to pay full price even though half my dish was missing. Burger: The burger is great! It is extremely juicy and I loved the thousand island dressing on it. It is a great portion and tons of flavor. I loved getting truffle fries on the side with this burger! It came with a huge seasoned pickle on the side which was too sour for me. I went for a Crushed Velvet Mule in addition to Cali, Buffalo (both grilled versions) and Burg B Q. We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.

We walked into the bar 90 minutes before kickoff and found a table in the middle of the bar that could accommodate our party and had good viewing of the screens. As we went to sit down, a man approached us and told us that the table we were sitting at was for some "regulars" and asked us to move. The table had no sign on it that it was reserved and this man did not identify himself as an owner or manager of the establishment. Choosing to take the high road, I moved our group to another table that could accommodate our party that was off to the side. Sure enough, the "regulars" came rolling in shortly before kickoff to their "unreserved" reserved table. This is just bad business. And discourages people who are not "regulars" from coming to the bar. I regularly attend a Chicago Bears bar in Los Angeles where I live and have never had such issues. There are no unspoken "reserved" tables for "regulars." It's completely first come, first serve as it should be. If you want your "regulars" to have their table waiting for them when they arrive, just stick a reserved sign on it. Or tell them to get there early. Not difficult. We also waited forever for our drinks while the "regulars" at their "unreserved" reserved table were kept fully stocked. The service and the food was mid anyway and not worth the price.
