Food is great but the atmosphere in this restaurant is so weird. I've been there twice--once when it first opened, and just a couple days ago. Both times the employees were oddly cold and acted like they'd rather be anywhere else. No greeting when you walk in. They look at you like they don't know why you're there. When I went in last time, the girl at the register didn't look at me the entire time I was ordering. After she took my order she walked off without saying anything, and didn't even hand me my receipt. Their only saving grace is that their food is really excellent. So my wife and I went there today at around 10:30 am with our son. a young man took our order then we went to a table. I heard a number called and it was our order number. I looked towards the cashier and he was there waiting for me to go get our orders that were on 2 trays so I did no problem. we were the only customers in the restaurant so it was very very slow. a couple walks in and orders and a few minutes later another couple walks in. A little while later I noticed this young man walking with 2 trays of food and walking up to the first couples table and giving it to them and asking them if there's anything else they might need. Then a few minutes later he is walking holding 2 more trays of food and taking them all the way to the 2nd couples table and asking them if there's anything else they may need. So I was Just wondering why he made me walk up to the counter for my trays of food when there was no other customers in the restaurant and he wasn't busy but all of the sudden he can do it for these other customers?! Only thing I could think about that would make sense is that the other customers were all white like him and we weren't! It was pretty obvious! Sad but True! read more

I got the Signature Egg n Bird and it was fantastic. Loved the size of the hash brown. Was offered a sample of banana pudding from Issi and it was awesome! The inside is very nice and well decorated, will definitely come back with my family! Service was fantastic, the only negative was the breakfast menu kept changing to a promotional while I was looking at descriptions! So much I want to try and can't wait to be back. read more

Went for the first time today for lunch. Had the Korean Hot sandwich, & it was perfectly lightly breaded, beautifully crispy, non-greasy solid chicken breast with delicious sauce and slaw in it (everything is from scratch!!!), and I loved it so much that I brought my husband for dinner. We both tried the bowls, and for $7.50ish each, great portions, excellent flavors--I looked it up, and there are only 4 locations in the US, & this is the only one in TX--in Plano, Plano Pkwy@ Accent, in an admirably ballsy way, right across from the new ChickfilA location, IN the remodeled former ChickfilA building, but the food is actually way better--and I liked ChickfilA. I want them to get plenty of business so they'll be around for a long time! And for dinner I got the chicken avocado bowl with rice & cilantro aioli (gluten-free option!), & it was really delicious! read more

We tried this place on a whim from being out and about for kids sports. The inside is like an oven (not sure if the AC was even on). We got chicken tenders, Mac and cheese and an avocado chicken sandwich and it was all sooooo good. Our kids even asked to come back here even though it's a drive! Breakfast was pretty mid, and their drive thru speaker barely worked so they got our order wrong the first time and had to go back inside to have it fixed. We got the chicken biscuit and burrito, the tender on the biscuit was lukewarm at best and stale. The burrito was better but still didn't have much flavor. read more

The dining area is cute with great themed decor and very clean! Staff was professional and friendly. The food was great! Hot Korean sandwich was delicious! Not too hot either. My daughter had the Hot Korean Salad and it was a winner too . The fries are seasoned and extra crispy yummy. We will definitely be back when we are in town. Service was good and fast. Original sandwich was REALLY good. We ate in because I wanted the food to be hot and didn't want the food to get cold driving it home on our first visit. The reason I am giving it a 4 is that the fries weren't hot when we got the food. So even though they tasted good, they were cold. I should have taken them back. read more

I got the grilled chicken sandwich and my husband got the Nashville sandwich. Both were so good! The sauces on the sandwiches are delicious. The fries are seasoned and crispy. Everything felt fresh. Went by this place today. First off, the lady taking orders in the drive thru was so friendly and pleasant. She offered to explain anything I may have questions about. Ordered Nashville hot (extra hot) sandwich and the original bird sandwich with a side of fries. Fries are similar to Arby's. They were great. The sandwiches are just massive, messy, crunchy and delicious! Extra Hot Nashville Chicken was just the right amount of heat. These make Chick-fil-A sandwiches seem bare. We can't wait to return and try more things! read more

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and was so sweet to give my daughter a stuffed baby chick. The food was fresh, and reasonably priced, and very tasty! The food was amazing and reasonably priced. We were greeted immediately when walking in and the staff were very patient with us taking so long to order. We basically ordered the whole menu, my favorite was the original sandwich. The loaded fries well good as well, I got the half size though because it's super filling. Naomi rung us up and she was nice and friendly. While we waited Naomi gave us some banana pudding samples! There was another nice lady that was in the kitchen I did not catch her name, but she was friendly as well and made sure we were taken care of! We were even given coupon cards and they made sure we were satisfied. When we left we caught an employee cleaning not only the tables, but the chairs too (which is rare at most places!) The place has a cute modern train theme, and they are spotless in there. I would definitely come back again! read more

We stopped in during their soft open. Had one Korean Bowl with grilled chicken subbed for the fried and grilled chicken avocado bowl. The service was patient with customizations for my kid (thanks, Denis!) and checked in on us (thanks, Issi!), and our meals were ready quickly, tasted fresh, and were yummy. Garlic Parmesan were ok and The fries were loved by my kids but I was not a fan and the toast would be much better if thick Texas toast like Canes or Laynes. Overall a little pricey for chicken tenders but the food was worth a trip and will definitely be back to try chicken and waffles read more

This was so much more than I expected. The food was delicious, even crispy hours later as leftovers. The staff was so friendly.
