I'm still a fan of Egg N Bird. My disclaimer: the grilled chicken bowl is still my favorite! Tried a few more items. The Egg N Bird signature sandwich. It has Fried Chicken, Fried Egg, Bacon, American Cheese, Spicy Honey and Crack Sauce on a Toasted Brioche Bun. ITS HUGE! It's very good and I love the combination of crack sauce and spicy honey. It was juicy and moist and full of flavor. Grilled Chicken & Avocado Sandwich is also good. It's tasty and I love all the flavors on it. If you want something a little healthier this is the way to go. Grilled Chicken, Vinegar Slaw, Cilantro Aioli Sauce, Avocado on a Toasted Bun. 2 PC Hand-Tossed Tenders...I chose the chicken tenders with crack sauce. The crack sauce is yummy, I just wish my tenders would have been longer and flat. I received short and chunky. I would request this next time. Mac & Cheese is my least favorite item. It's a fake cheese taste to me. Like a powder cheese. They need a better recipe. Overall I have enjoyed most items on the menu. The portions are great for sharing, I'm always full and satisfied. The chicken sandwiches are great. Service has been pleasant. I have had good service dining in or carry out.

2/21/26: First time visit. This was a to go order. I had the Dirty Fries which were seasoned fries topped with chopped chicken, cilantro, nacho cheese and drizzle with Crack Sauce. I also had the Egg N Bird Sandwich, which was fried chicken, fried egg, bacon, American cheese, spicy honey and Crack Sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Both of these entrees are shareable. Both dishes were freshly prepared and had great flavor. The order did not take very long to come out. The food was wrapped well, and was still hot by the time I got home. Highly recommended! PSA: Cash is not accepted.

I would give 5 stars but the cashier that took my order was not pleasant. I started entering my number for the rewards and she hit the total button before I could finish. Of course you are not able to scan the receipt to earn the points for the visit. However, the food was hot, chicken tenders were a good size. The sandwich is filling. I. could only eat half of my sandwich, I'll see how it warms up later for leftovers. I would return but maybe not have the unpleasant cashier with the raspy voice. There was a very pleasant cashier that gave me a to go bag.

SO GOOD! Customer service and vibes from Nicole, Trevor, and Roderick were exceptional. The establishment has a chicken, egg, and railroad theme. This is the first location in Texas. I ordered the #1 signature egg n bird sandwich with fries and coffee. The fries and chicken were crispy and well-seasoned. The chicken patty was thick and juicy. The bacon was good but needed to be cooked a little longer. The fried egg, hot honey, and crack sauce had a burst of flavor. I requested cilantro aioli sauce. I mixed it with ketchup and used it as a yummy dipping sauce for my fries. I'm a coffeeholic and can confirm the coffee is good. I had the pleasure of trying the banana pudding. It was decent, but not an item I would purchase on my next visit. I'm glad everything is made in-house. Hours of operation are great for early birds and late-night customers. Note: I love their no-tipping policy.

Came here with my kids when the restaurant first opened. Service & atmosphere was amazing, food was really good as well. Only downside was the kids' grilled cheese, not melted enough, or real warm.. other than that, I will be coming back to try other menu items! Stopped by after my son's soccer practice close to 9pm because Google said they close at 10pm, but it was the drive thru that closed at 10. Dining area closes at 9 but they were kind enough to let us still stay and eat. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I picked hot spice level but it tasted more like mild for me. The sandwich was good. Brioche bun wasn't too sweet and didn't fall apart. Slaw was tasty. My only complaint is that the chicken used was served warm, like it wasn't freshly fried but warmed up. And it was more of a chicken tender as the chicken didn't cover the whole bun but less than 3/4 of the bun. I would still come again to satisfy my hot chicken sandwich cravings. Price was reasonable too. $12 for a combo and the fries were fantastic. It was crispy and not greasy. My son had the 4 piece chicken tender combo for $15 with crack sauce. The crack sauce had a sort of honey mustard flavor. My picky son seems to have liked it. $15 seems a bit pricey for 4 pieces of tenders but they were 4 good size pieces that could have been consider 8 pieces at chick fila.

Small tables, cocktail height tables, or unpadded booths. ADA wheelchair access is good, restrooms also. Child highchair available. From super spicy fried chicken w/ Crack sauce, or cool down with grilled chicken, mild green sauce + sliced fresh avocado on plain white rice. Breakfast Burritos also that are very popular! I went w/ Grilled Chicken × Avocado Bowl on white rice w/ seasoned fries & drink for $12 The fries are great w/ thin batter coating. Eat them first, while hot. Grilled chicken breast, sliced, was good. Mild green Sauce was good. The fried onion chips are tiny, but powerful. I ate half of these onion chips, then stopped; with my throat full of onion taste! Small avocado half was fresh, and white rice was cooked correctly. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Next visit will be for the Breakfast Burrito! Hot or Not? That is the question!

Food was good and fast. Ariana and the crew were very helpful and friendly. The crack sauce is a little too sweet for me, but I am looking forward to trying the Korean Hot on my next visit. Oh and the app setup was confusing for me. They give you a QR code, but that isn't for the app, that's to sign up, then you also have to install the app.

Decided to finally try this place today. I had it delivered after a long day at work so I can't speak on the ambiance or the service. Food was about a 7 out of 10 but some of it was due to it being delivered via doordash. The sandwich was pretty darn good in theory but there's so many chicken competitors around here it's a tough market. Next time I have to try their Korean bowl but this time I got the signature egg n bird sandwich and half dirty fries. Next time I'll have to try their Korean bowl and maybe go in person.

Super delicious! Tyler my fast food attendant was very kind and gave the kind of service and politeness that would put the workers across the street at chicfila to shame! I got the brekkie bowl and while I'd order it again, holy cow proceed with caution if you're sensitive to spice. My mouth was on fire after drenching my bowl in the sauce that came with it to where I couldn't finish it. But the quality was delicious and that was my mistake for just dousing it rather than adding as I went. Can't wait to try the breakfast burrito next! And omg they have a drive thru. If you're like me and hate human interaction in the AM and are sick of the typical fast food joint breakfasts, this is such a wonderful change! read more

Saw this was a new spot and decided to try it. I was drawn in by all the chicken offerings and waffle. First the food was not hot. Waffle was cold and hard. Tasted like a Belgium ego waffle that had been sitting out on counter. Sandwich was really sloppy, the cheese stayed cold and never melted. The egg looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a long while. The wrapper of the sandwich was messy too which makes me feel like their kitchen and employees MAY not have the cleanest habits. If I had sat down to ate I would have asked for a refund. I would not recommend it based on my impression of the employees. I don't think it's going to get better. Chick fil a is across the street and their sandwich's are always hot! I gave 2 stars because the sauce did have a good flavor. read more

Food was actually Pretty good my girlfriend and I enjoyed it. But the front staff ruined the experience. As soon as we walked in, a lady who seemed to be the manager loudly complained about six customers arriving. That's not how you welcome people. Went to the soft open with my family and it didn't disappoint. Everything was great. I specifically had the Nashville Hot with the loaded fries. Nashville Hot was crispy, juicy, and just spicy enough to not be overbearing but with just the right kick. Loaded fries were delicious, had its own chicken tenders in it as well so it could very well pass itself off as its own meal. Staff were friendly and hospitable even in the midst of the chaotic packed restaurant. The decoration was very fitting too, enough to grab my children's attendance. This might be one of the best meals we've ever had. We tried chicken & waffles, Avocado Egg, chicken breakfast burrito, and banana pudding. All were spectacular!! Unique menu items with unique flavors. Strawberry milk shake was out of this world and we would not ordinarily even be interested in trying one. Service was truly excellent. The service we got from Arianna, Issi, Trevor and Tyra was as good as it gets. We asked if they were related to the owners because it's rare you that a staff of young people care about the restaurant experience and the customers like they each did. There were several examples of them going way above and beyond . Then, we watched them do the same for a couple that came in as we were finishing. The food is phenomenal, but lately, every time we've come here, they've stopped selling certain items. They don't sell breakfast items anymore, they took the mac 'n cheese (which was delicious) off the menu, and they stopped selling large sizes of their sides. First impressions are incredibly important to the success of return business. When a new customer approaches to order, they shouldn't be witness to a dressing down of the staff. That is best to be conducted in an office/private. Based on the activity of the staff, it appears this location has recently opened and may be working through some opportunities. The dining area is clean. Regarding the time to prepare the food, be ready for a wait. They do have a sign posted that your order is prepared fresh. I ordered the Korean Hot sandwich combo. Now where the sandwich was good, I feel the "crack sauce" overwhelmed the overall flavor. I did not taste the Korean spice or sauce at all. The fries lacked pizazz and would probably be better if paired with their various sauces. Perhaps I need to retry this location once they work out the kinks. read more

First time was awesome. Second and third were not so great. Second time chicken was undercooked Third time today was overcooked. And the tenders on the sandwich were great size but I got the 4 piece on 2/3 trip which is like 13 bucks a la carte and the tenders were tiny. Like what the heck. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but still. People one the first and third trip were great though. Just the second time I'm chaulking up to maybe they were having a rough day read more

The good was the food. We ordered the Burger special and the Korean chicken bowl,both were delicious. BADD was we arrived a few minutes after they opened and we can definitely say that every worker there had on the filtese dirty shirts even with holes in them and their pants was just as nasty looking. That alone is a big turnoff for a return. Come on now, you can do better than that. The customer service was also great. Let's clean those uniforms please. read more

Somehow our orders got missed (2 different orders). Order 46 and 48. Once they got to 56 and we didn't have our food I decided to ask. We told them our order number, they scrolled through the display, and asked us what we ordered. We gave them our receipts so they could produce the order. Weird. Chicken quality was ok, but flavor profile on the Nashville hot was quite bland. I can't imagine how bland the plain would be. Sauces were good (crack and Korean) but ranch was packaged. Bread was borderline inedible. If I'm paying $16 for 4 a la carte tenders with a side cole slaw I expect it to be much better. We were not the only ones with extensive wait time for the food and several people were very irritated. (though I think our delay was the only because they vanished from the kiosk). There would have been a chance to get me to return if the issue with our order was somehow acknowledged (since I realize flavor profiles can change trip to trip). But since it wasn't, it's a one and done for me and I'm not feeling like I'm missing out on anything. read more

I so much wanted this restaurant to be a success but it seems to be struggling. I came for the first time in May and it was so good! Drive-thru service was great. The grilled chicken and avo wrap and fries were delicious. I was looking forward to coming back. Second visit was last week. I got one of the bowls. It was alright but pretty basic for the price, and it was missing the friend onions. Today, I went and they changed the drive thru to online mobile orders only. Bummer but I understand having to cut costs when a restaurant is struggling to survive. I went inside to order and they had discontinued the wrap that I enjoyed so much. Bummer but ok. So I got the sandwich. They charged me to swap the aioli for ranch! Then left off the vinegar slaw and substituted spring mix. And I'm pretty sure used dark meat for the chicken breast. That's a lot of strikes against you in one visit. You're going to have to step it up if you're going to survive with Chick-fil-A across the street. I probably won't be back. read more

We were in the area attending a conference and read several good reviews of Egg N Bird. We were not disappointed to experience hot honey chicken for the first time. Everything we ordered was delicious. Service was good considering it was counter service. Ambiance was good for an upscale fast food restaurant. Just tried to order food if you can deliver you shouldn't offer deliver my husband and I tried to order over 130 dollars worth of food and they canceled it saying they couldn't place this order you just lost a large order. The only things I think they could improve are the fries, which were a little soggy, and the fountain drinks are quite expensive for a casual chicken place.
