I've heard great things about this place so I came here for breakfast when I was in the area. We arrived right when they opened so we were the first ones there. A steady stream of people made their way in to eat or grab something to go. The robot delivering food was entertaining for a lot of customers. We tried the avocado and egg toast, the chicken and egg croissant, and the bulgogi and egg burrito. All of the flavors were delicious. The food is a bit rich and rather filling. I dare to say that this place is better than Eggslut! I got to the egg sandwich with hashbrown which came with American cheese and sauce. The toast was crisp on the outside but still really soft and fluffy. The eggs totally tasted like clouds as it was super light and fluffy. I was excited to try this place and it's been on my go to list for a while. I finally got to try it last week. I ordered the avocado egg sandwich and my husband ordered the bbq pork egg sandwich. The toast was thick and fluffy and buttery. The eggs filling was so fluffy and soft. The sandwich comes with a mildly spicy sauce drizzled on it that was delicious. We added a bit more hot sauce to give the sandwich a bit more kick. The restaurant is very casual and is self ordering and seating. When you place an order, your food gets delivered on a little robot server which was really cute. The place is easy to find on the first floor of the plaza. I was hoping it for it to be a buttery brioche bread. They're pretty bland in term of flavor, but the bulgogi had the sweet bulgogi sauce in the meat that makes it a better flavor overall. Enjoyable overall, but it was little too much eggs for me personally. One thing I will say is that the ordering from the kiosk. It doesn't print your order number or text you your order number. So you have to pay attention and mentally remember your order number right after you pay for it on the iPad. It was cute getting your food delivered by the robot. I've seen this place on IG before, and have wanted to try it out. We were doing a day trip out to the East Bay, so this was the perfect reason to stop by for lunch. The restaurant is located in a plaza full of other restaurants and businesses. It's very lively during the weekend, but not overly crowded like I thought it would be given it was Labor Day weekend. It was easy to find and right in front facing the parking lot. It's a very simple setting with the ordering kiosk next to the register and the food pick up area all on one side. The rest of the restaurant is the seating area. The prices are very reasonable. We ordered the spicy pork and egg sandwich, chicken and egg sandwich, and a cold brew for a little over 26 bucks including taxes. There's a little robot that brings the food out to the pick up area at the register as it calls out your order number. You just walk up to the area and grab your food. The drinks are called out for pick up by staff, only food comes out on the robot. There are other options like croissants and burritos if you're not in the mood for toast. The sandwich is pretty hefty. The moment you take it out of the little paper container it comes in, that's it, everything will fall apart. It was a pretty messy meal, not the best place for a first date (lol). They do provide paper plates and napkins when requested, and that caught all the egg and protein that fell off. The bread is soft and nicely toasted with a good amount of butter, because you can definitely taste the butter and it's gooooood. I really like the spicy pork flavors, it's very similar to actual Korean restaurants. The egg is VERY fluffy and creamy. The cheese can be tasted, but there isn't any visible mini cheese pulls when bites are taken or when the egg falls off the sandwich. I know egg is the focus, hence the name, but it was a bit too much egg for me. The egg consistency is fluffy and creamy. The texture over all is one note, the bread is soft, the egg is fluffy and mushy, the meat is soft. The meat is the only item that had more of a bite. The bread soaked up all the juices from the meat and eggs, so the texture was on the soggy side. The hubs had the same thought process regarding one noted texture and egg heavy sandwiches. If they had an option for fried chicken or fried egg, I think the different textures would be nice. This was a cute little spot that my Sis chose for brunch before shopping last week. We split Egg and Avocado and Egg and Ham sandwiches so we could try both, with a side of tator tots. I've been eyeing this place since it's been open. I had Korean toast for the first time in LA a year or two ago and I've been craving for it since. I just haven't had a reason to head to the Dublin area and today I just HAD to have it so I made the drive from Oakland. My little brother also got the bacon & egg and a strawberry fantasy. They have a self serve station filled with paper plates, utensils, napkins, and condiments. They have a robot where you can pick up your food but for some reason they delivered my food directly to my table which is okay today. I thought the eggs were really fluffy, I think I wish I got it with regular sauce due to the egg tasting a bit bland. I felt like there was enough bacon but it was a bit thick and I kept pulling the whole thing out so half of my meal was just eggs, hash brown and toast. I did love how sweet the toast was! We found ourselves in the Ulfert Center ready for an early lunch. As we walked around downstairs, we couldn't help but notice a lot of people huddling around a place called Egg Happiness. I remembered reading positive yelp reviews and my friends were anxious to take a look inside. As we stepped inside, we could see almost all the tables were filled with people enjoying their meals. We noticed one table was available in the corner so one of us went to save the table while two of us ordered at the kiosk. You have a choice of croissant, toasted thick bread, or tortilla and for the filling we ordered one sandwich with egg and avocado, another with egg and bulgogi, and the third was a burrito with egg and bacon. We also added a side of tater tots. For drinks we ordered a latte, iced coffee and OJ. We were a little confused about how to pick up our order but we soon figured out that we have a number and a little robot about three feet tall takes the prepared food to a certain spot near the front counter and you go pick it up! Our food was good. Definitely a new taste sensation. The toasted bread is not two separate pieces of bread like a normal sandwich. It is sealed on the bottom so the filling doesn't spill out. Novel idea! My egg and avocado sandwich was large, the egg was really fluffy and soft and there was a lot of egg filling. There were a couple slices of avocado on top. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I finally did this past weekend! This place did not disappoint. When you walk in, there's an ordering kiosk to the right. My friend and I ordered the Avocado & Egg Toast and Hash Brown & Egg Toast, respectively. There were no free tables when we initially walked in, but luckily a group left when we were ordering. While my friend finished ordering for us, I grabbed the empty table. More tables began freeing up around the same time. I loved my Hash Brown & Egg Toast. It was so good. I ordered something new on this visit which was the spicy pork burrito and an iced latte instead of my typical order of the egg sandwich and the dolce coffee, while my gf did her typical order of the avocado egg sandwich. If you order the burrito, expect to be SUPER full as it's a very massive breakfast burrito. And while the iced latte is great on such a hot day, it's a lot less sweet than the dolce coffee. We have been seeing Egg Sando places popping up in the bay area so was looking forward to trying this one out. Egg Happiness is located in Ulferts Center so parking can be a challenge depending on the time of day. We came on a Saturday morning (10ish) and quickly found a spot. Based on the employee's recommendation, I ordered the Bulgolgi and Egg Toast whereas my husband opted for the Bacon and Egg Toast. We also got a side of Tater Tots. While both Toasts were delicious, we both thought the Bulgogi one was slightly better. There is a condiments table that has salt, ketchup, and hot sauce (Tapatio) packets that you can also add to your sandwich. The sandwich includes cheese and a house signature sauce which along with the buttery toasted brioche bread, can make this rich. Next time I want to try the Spicy Pork which was the employee's second favorite. My husband noted that the filling did not spill out as the bottom portion of the bread was not cut through and formed a pocket which he greatly appreciated. In addition to the regular American drinks, they also carried some coffee drinks along with some beverages from Korea (e.g. banana and strawberry milk) which brought some K Drama nostalgia. The place is a small spot that was very clean and had a good amount of indoor seating. They wer very friendly and greeted me when I walked in. So good customer service. I should preface this by saying I'm not much of an egg person. I will eat them occasionally when they're mixed into a meal and the egg flavor is subdued. I'm no expert on egg dishes, but I did come into this with an open mind, hoping the other flavors would enhance the meal. This spot offers traditional egg sandwiches on buttery brioche bread (points for bread), croissants, or in tortillas as breakfast burritos. Several options such as bulgogi or spicy pork can be incorporated in with the egg along with a side of tater tots. We opted for the bulgogi egg sandwich and expected the meat to shine, but it was disappointing. Texture was chewy, typical Korean bulgogi marinade flavor wasn't quite there, and the egg itself lacked salt. Thankfully, I split the sandwich as it would have required more effort to finish alone. The sandwich size was generous, but the amount of egg and creamy substance (Mayo? Cheese? Cream?) was too overwhelming. The tater tots were good, but you really can't mess those up...they were also they only side that's offered here. The saving grace was their beverage, Strawberry Fantasy. A high-tech fast food place with friendly helpers. Food delivered to the pickup location with an R2D2 style robot. You can order from a Kiosk or from a helpful staff member. The restaurant is clean and has a movie-like setting. The eggs are nicely fluffy. The owner calls them Korean fusion. The fluffy eggs with the fusion ingredients were extremely tasteful. If you are on a diet, like we are, this will not be your top egg place. There are no low-carb/low-fat dishes that we could find. We got the toast thinking that would be healthier than a croissant. Well, not exactly. Think about a grilled cheese sandwich that is nicely slathered with a lot of butter and fried to perfection. The lattes are made by pushing a button. Yum! We stopped by this place on a weekend around 10AM for a quick breakfast grab for our roadtrip. The place had about three tables full, but otherwise empty. Parking was super easy, but would be difficult on a weekend. The staff were really friendly, and the robot brought us our food which was a a highlight for my boyfriend. What we needed up getting: - Oreo scone - (4/5) This was definitely an impulse buy, but it was definitely very tasty. It's sugary and tastes more like a dessert than anything else. Not really a breakfast with tea scone. Not Mmmm definitely made me feel really unhealthy with the amount of sugar in it! - Avacado and egg sandwich - (4/5) Tasty, but nothing too special about. - Chicken sando - (4/5) Good, but I'm not sure why I thought it would be fried chicken! It's just grilled chicken inside and not a lot of it. Flavorful, but there was so little chicken. Overall, really cute and great place to try unique egg sandwiches! Would I come regularly, no.
