Came here with the BF on just a whim. I was craving something and we found this on Yelp. We loved Eggslut in SoCal so we were hoping to find something similar here in the Bay. (Technically this place is the Tri-Valley). **Spoiler Alert! This place doesn't come close to Eggslut** Upon entering you can either order at the self service kiosk or the one worker who may or may not be standing there that can take your order. There was an unreasonable line at the kiosk to order so thankfully we got the one front worker to take our order. We ordered the tots, I go the bulgogi toast and the bf got the bacon and egg. I personally did not like my sandwich. I'm not for a soft scramble and there was barely any bulgogi. For the price they could have dished out more especially when they paid the same cost at Costco for the meat. It was also dry, it need a condiment to go on the sandwich, not ketchup packets. I get they have a special bread for their sandwiches, but it felt like too much bread and it was just lightly toasted. The tots were also nothing to write home about, just hella basic. Not sure why this place comes up as Korean?? I guess if you have bulgogi and Asian brand drinks for sale it's qualifies. But other than that not much else was Korean. Maybe the service robot identifies as Korean?? I get the gimmick of the robot, but it just went in front stated the number and hoped the customer picks up the right order and no one messes with it. I found the inside really dim and unorganized. Its bust your own table here so hopefully you're table is clean upon sitting. There was literally only one person who was taking occasional orders, while making all the drinks, while handling the online orders and maybe cleaning if she had the time. By the time we left it was Jenga style to throw our trash away. Given new business save some money with Costco essentials (eggs, bulgogi, thin paper plates, plastic utensils, salt and pepper packets and ketchup packets, etc). At least spring for more decor organizers for them. I can get those organizers from the Dollar Tree. For me hella overpriced for what you get. Overall come to say you went there, but overall I wouldn't waste my time or money. read more

I want to like this place because the food is actually good. But there's some food safety issues that should be addressed. I came here one morning and they were getting delivery of the toast that they use. The loafs of toast were stacked in multiple bread racks, within 2 feet (at most) by the restroom doors and they were not covered in any kind of packaging. Kind of got sick to my stomach and I hope the manager address this asap. read more

I've heard great things about this place so I came here for breakfast when I was in the area. We arrived right when they opened so we were the first ones there. A steady stream of people made their way in to eat or grab something to go. The robot delivering food was entertaining for a lot of customers. We tried the avocado and egg toast, the chicken and egg croissant, and the bulgogi and egg burrito. All of the flavors were delicious. The food is a bit rich and rather filling. I unwrapped everything for pictures but wouldn't do that again as the food is easier to eat when more wrapped up. Looking forward to coming back and trying the hash brown and egg combo. read more

I was looking for a good Korean toast egg sandwich place after being disappointed by a different place I've tried recently. I found this place and went here on a Saturday around 2:20pm recently and there was no wait! It was pretty empty when we went. At this restaurant, you can order at the counter or you can order through the tablets on the side. We ordered through the tablet, so we took our time to look through the menu. They have items like burritos, croissant sandwiches, sides, and drinks too! Anyways, we ordered bulgogi & egg toast, kimchi burrito, tater tots, spicy pork & egg croissant. I was so happy how their toast sandwiches are actually stuffed with fluffy eggs and your choice of meat! The burrito was ok, but probably my least favorite item from what we ordered. My favorite was the Spicy Pork & Egg Croissant and also the Tater Tots. I'd recommend this place! I love the variety they have here since it's not just sandwiches! Wanted to try something different for brunch. Egg sando pics looked really good. Tried out a few things here: - Tater tots - Ham and egg croissant - Hashbrown and egg toast - Bulgogi and egg toast First off, lots and lots of eggs. It's like a wall of eggs, which isn't a bad thing, but it is pretty filling. The croissant is buttery, but very warm/hot to hold in the foil. The toasts tasted or like a Texas toast. I was hoping it for it to be a buttery brioche bread. They're pretty bland in term of flavor, but the bulgogi had the sweet bulgogi sauce in the meat that makes it a better flavor overall. Enjoyable overall, but it was little too much eggs for me personally. One thing I will say is that the ordering from the kiosk. It doesn't print your order number or text you your order number. So you have to pay attention and mentally remember your order number right after you pay for it on the iPad. It was cute getting your food delivered by the robot. Little gimmicky because it rolls up near the front register. And you have to wait for it to completely spin around before grabbing your food. read more

I did not expect to be this impressed by a local breakfast sandwich shop, especially when Asian fusion spots can be a hit or miss. Egg Happiness is 100% a hit. For $11, you get a large sandwich made of the fluffiest brioche. The bread is cut out to essentially be a pocket so as you eat the sandwich, nothing falls out. The fluffy eggs, flavorful bulgogi, cheese, and delicious sauce is the perfect blend of flavors. Next time, I would probably split this as it's a huge portion but I would totally recommend this as one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. read more

Came here during Black Friday and it was really busy at 11am. There were about 5 customers waiting in the lobby for their food while all 10 tables of 4 seats were occupied. Came here based on Yelp reviews and ordered the bulgogi toast & burrito and also the spicy pork toast with hash browns. No staff members in the front as everything is self serve, with an ordering kiosk and a robot that delivers and brings out the food. Super smart with labor costs, but inconvenient if u had a question about the menu. Breezed in here on a busy Sunday at lunchtime when our first choice of restaurant was completely full. Being on a time crunch, we figured it would be a quick and simple meal. Their scrambled eggs are the perfect consistency: fluffy, light, softly cooked. They have a good amount of salt but I add pepper; they have a self serve condiments area which many places don't have anymore. They are generous with portions like avocado and have reasonably priced items, also unlike many places. Tater tots are crispy and delicious. A robot brings you the food, literally! This is my new go to for my egg cravings, and I'll try the whipped coffee next time! In the middle of a business park in Dublin, lies this wonderful sandwich shop. Legends from mukbangs that I've watched of Korean Sandos, that I wish to have tried during my last overnight stop over in Incheon, only to find that I would have my try at an egg sandwich while in the Bay Area. This place did not disappoint. I had the Spicy Pork Egg Sando - flavorful and so buttery, the right amount of spice and was so large, the pictures don't do it justice, don't let the mess scare you away, it was amazing. My partner had the Ham and Egg Sando (no picture) - he scarfed it down within minutes. Tater tots - crispy and just what you need with this breakfast/brunch sandwich Kimchi burrito - OMG the kimchi flavor was out of this world. We ordered online and the order was ready within 10 minutes, and was ready for my pick up as soon as I got there. Self service in utensils and condiments. I was in the area and decided to stop by as I was really hungry for some breakfast food! This is a great quick stop, the interior is simple but clean, you can order quickly and while the food doesn't come out immediately (there were quite a few others waiting when I was there and I waited maybe 10 minutes or so for my food) But it was well worth the wait, as the burrito was cooked to perfection and had a nice satisfying crisp on the outside. It was filled with delicious fresh ingredients on the inside and it was a really satiating meal. The drink I got was new to me, I'd never seen these drinks before but thought I'd try it and it was unique but quite yummy. This was a cute little spot that my Sis chose for brunch before shopping last week. We split Egg and Avocado and Egg and Ham sandwiches so we could try both, with a side of tator tots. These creamy, fluffy, glorious eggs were drool worthy and packed with protein happiness! Holy sh**. Good stuff. I'm not exaggerating, my Sis and I giggled with our first bites. The bread was buttery, crispy, big, and proud, if bread could be proud lol! Tator tots were perfectly crispy and delightful. Hot tea, slightly sweetened, nothing fancy, hit the spot. I've never tried these types of eggs before in this type of toast and I loved it the moment I tried it. the eggs are nice and fluffy and the toast.. oh man I can just eat the toast by itself. it's perfectly buttery and flaky/crunchy/soft wherever it needs to be. you order on an iPad and receive a number. there is a little robot that calls out the numbers and you get up to retrieve it from the tray of the robot. with this method though, I cant really say much on service because there's very limited customer service. read more

My little brother also got the bacon & egg and a strawberry fantasy. They have a self serve station filled with paper plates, utensils, napkins, and condiments. They have a robot where you can pick up your food but for some reason they delivered my food directly to my table which is okay today. I thought the eggs were really fluffy, I think I wish I got it with regular sauce due to the egg tasting a bit bland. I felt like there was enough bacon but it was a bit thick and I kept pulling the whole thing out so half of my meal was just eggs, hash brown and toast. I did love how sweet the toast was! I was watching the family next to me eat these toast so neatly and I couldn't relate, I ate mine so messily but thank goodness for the paper plates. The hash brown didn't add much, wasn't crispy enough to give it a crunch to improve the texture. Instead, I'd order the spicy pork, bulgogi, avocado, bacon, ham, fried chicken, or kimchi versions. We found ourselves in the Ulfert Center ready for an early lunch. As we walked around downstairs, we couldn't help but notice a lot of people huddling around a place called Egg Happiness. I remembered reading positive yelp reviews and my friends were anxious to take a look inside. As we stepped inside, we could see almost all the tables were filled with people enjoying their meals. We noticed one table was available in the corner so one of us went to save the table while two of us ordered at the kiosk. You have a choice of croissant, toasted thick bread, or tortilla and for the filling we ordered one sandwich with egg and avocado, another with egg and bulgogi, and the third was a burrito with egg and bacon. We also added a side of tater tots. For drinks we ordered a latte, iced coffee and OJ. We were a little confused about how to pick up our order but we soon figured out that we have a number and a little robot about three feet tall takes the prepared food to a certain spot near the front counter and you go pick it up! Our food was good. Definitely a new taste sensation. The toasted bread is not two separate pieces of bread like a normal sandwich. It is sealed on the bottom so the filling doesn't spill out. Novel idea! My egg and avocado sandwich was large, the egg was really fluffy and soft and there was a lot of egg filling. There were a couple slices of avocado on top. I had my gf begrudgingly drive me to egg happiness on a Sunday afternoon after demolishing her in a game of TFT and I'm glad I did! I ordered something new on this visit which was the spicy pork burrito and an iced latte instead of my typical order of the egg sandwich and the dolce coffee, while my gf did her typical order of the avocado egg sandwich. If you order the burrito, expect to be SUPER full as it's a very massive breakfast burrito. And while the iced latte is great on such a hot day, it's a lot less sweet than the dolce coffee. Cute little spot I visited while in town! Quick and easy service. I got the dalgona whipped coffee was delicious, I got the egg toast sandwich with bacon. So delicious! The eggs were so fluffy and bread nice buttery crispy. Also got hashbrowns which are Tator tots but it was hot crispy and fresh. My husband got the croissant sandwich with avocado which I docked a star for. We love croissant sandwiches but with the texture of the eggs it was all so soft it felt like mush. Didn't taste bad but missing texture with how soft both the bread and eggs are. Would def go back tho if visiting again it's very convenient. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I finally did this past weekend! This place did not disappoint. When you walk in, there's an ordering kiosk to the right. My friend and I ordered the Avocado & Egg Toast and Hash Brown & Egg Toast, respectively. There were no free tables when we initially walked in, but luckily a group left when we were ordering. While my friend finished ordering for us, I grabbed the empty table. More tables began freeing up around the same time. I loved my Hash Brown & Egg Toast. It was so good. The toast was crispy and buttery. The egg was soft and fluffy, and there was a lot of it. The hash brown provided a nice crunch and contrast to the egg. I ate almost half of it without adding any sauce, because it really didn't need any. However, I did want to try it with ketchup so I did add a little bit later on. To my friend and my surprise, the toast was closed/blended together on the bottom. Think of a Pac-Man. Having the bottom closed/not opened made it less messy, because the contents didn't fall out when I picked up the sandwich. We have been seeing Egg Sando places popping up in the bay area so was looking forward to trying this one out. Egg Happiness is located in Ulferts Center so parking can be a challenge depending on the time of day. We came on a Saturday morning (10ish) and quickly found a spot. Based on the employee's recommendation, I ordered the Bulgolgi and Egg Toast whereas my husband opted for the Bacon and Egg Toast. We also got a side of Tater Tots. While both Toasts were delicious, we both thought the Bulgogi one was slightly better. There is a condiments table that has salt, ketchup, and hot sauce (Tapatio) packets that you can also add to your sandwich. The sandwich includes cheese and a house signature sauce which along with the buttery toasted brioche bread, can make this rich. Next time I want to try the Spicy Pork which was the employee's second favorite. My husband noted that the filling did not spill out as the bottom portion of the bread was not cut through and formed a pocket which he greatly appreciated. In addition to the regular American drinks, they also carried some coffee drinks along with some beverages from Korea (e.g. banana and strawberry milk) which brought some K Drama nostalgia. I should preface this by saying I'm not much of an egg person. I will eat them occasionally when they're mixed into a meal and the egg flavor is subdued. I'm no expert on egg dishes, but I did come into this with an open mind, hoping the other flavors would enhance the meal. This spot offers traditional egg sandwiches on buttery brioche bread (points for bread), croissants, or in tortillas as breakfast burritos. Several options such as bulgogi or spicy pork can be incorporated in with the egg along with a side of tater tots. We opted for the bulgogi egg sandwich and expected the meat to shine, but it was disappointing. Texture was chewy, typical Korean bulgogi marinade flavor wasn't quite there, and the egg itself lacked salt. Thankfully, I split the sandwich as it would have required more effort to finish alone. The sandwich size was generous, but the amount of egg and creamy substance (Mayo? Cheese? Cream?) was too overwhelming. The tater tots were good, but you really can't mess those up...they were also they only side that's offered here. The saving grace was their beverage, Strawberry Fantasy. This patriotic-looking drink was as tasty as it was pretty. A strawberry puree bottom with milk and butterfly pea tea (super light), topped with a sweet/salty cream top. I found this place on my yelp closest to the site I was working at. It had a lot of good reviews so I figured I'd give it a try since I was craving a breakfast sandwich. The place is a small spot that was very clean and had a good amount of indoor seating. They wer very friendly and greeted me when I walked in. So good customer service. I ended up ordering the bacon breakfast sandwich and some tater tots. It was a little pricey for both but what isn't during these times. After paying and waiting about 10 minutes they said over the speaker my other was ready for pick up. Next thing you know a robot comes out with my food on its unit it was pretty darn cool. Never seen this before so it was no contact. Just grab your order and go off the robot. I thought this was neat. Well back to the food, I ended up trying it out and the sandwich looked so good. Some super soft toasted bread, a special sauce eggs and not a lot of bacon. To be honest the presentation was great but it wasn't that good. I looked for another egg sando place, as the only one I know of in the South Bay is Egghead Sando. This is located in Dublin in a massive plaza with countless restaurants and an abundant of parking in the parking lot. Upon walking in, there are no servers; it's everything self-service as the staff works behind in the kitchen. The kiosk is where you place your order, and you seat yourself afterward. Once your order is ready, there is this cute robot that rolls to the front where you can retrieve your food. I ordered 1 Hash and Egg and 1 Original Hash with Iced Latte to share with my fiance. The sandwich is MASSIVE, especially the Hash one, it was so filling that it could split between two people. Yum! We stopped by this place on a weekend around 10AM for a quick breakfast grab for our roadtrip. The place had about three tables full, but otherwise empty. Parking was super easy, but would be difficult on a weekend. The staff were really friendly, and the robot brought us our food which was a a highlight for my boyfriend. What we needed up getting: - Oreo scone - (4/5) This was definitely an impulse buy, but it was definitely very tasty. It's sugary and tastes more like a dessert than anything else. We decided to go out to eat breakfast one morning and checked on Yelp for any places near our home that we haven't tried. We came across Egg Happiness, and wanted to give it a try. We drove down to Ulferts Center around 10:30 AM, and we easily found parking. We walked into the restaurant for the first time and it was about half full. We noticed the kiosk on the right side to order and pay and a big menu right in front. We took a little bit of time to figure out what we wanted since we've never eaten here before, but long story short you have about 10 different selections of egg "dishes" and 3 different serving formats - burrito, croissant, toast. I ordered the ham burrito with no cheese, and my wife ordered the hash brown croissant. Upon ordering, we sat down at a table. Within a couple minutes, somebody came out with our coffee. About five more minutes passed and our food was brought out by the robot server. The number is called out over the intercom and you go up and get your food. The food was piping hot since it came right off the serving tray. The egg was really soft and fluffy. It was still wet as well. My wife was OK with that. However, I'm not a huge fan of wet egg. I didn't realize the egg was that wet. Other Yelp reviews - at least the ones that were at the top said the egg was soft, but I thought soft eggs could also be drier. The hash brown croissant was big and had a lot of egg in it. Hashbrowns are generally a little salty, however, we needed to add salt to this as it was missing something. It was also so wet that we couldn't eat it by hand, and had to use a fork and knife to avoid making too much of a mess. The burrito had ham and tater tots in it. It was a little saltier, which is how I liked it however, it was so wet, the wrap was getting really mushy. I also had to use a fork and knife to cut and eat it. It was dripping everywhere, and even through the foil wrap and paper plate. All in all, this is a 3 star in our books. We may give it a try another day, but I will monitor the reviews more to see if the eggs are gonna come out a little bit drier. We only saw a total of four people working there. Two in the back and two in the front. I think this place could benefit by having the staff greet more people as they come in the door. There was very little interaction between the staff and us while we were there. Not even a "good morning" when we walked through the doors. read more

So happy I found yet another egg theme cafe! Reminded me of egghead / eggslut in SoCal, which I miss so much! Each sandwich came out to around $10-12 depending on toppings. My boyfriend's included egg and bulgogi and was very flavorful - we both loved the bread, which was buttered and fluffy. I thought the dalgona coffee was ok, I actually liked the canned grape drinks more! You order either on kiosk or at the front cashier, and the food comes out on a cute little robot, and you walk over to pickup. Overall glad that I found a Korean fusion/sando place near Bay Area, now a great go-to breakfast/brunch option. read more
