This place is awesome. I have used them twice for body work (attaching a new side mirror that my hubby tore off on the trash can LOL) and a new bumper on my Lexus RX350. Recently, I stopped by to see how much it would be to get a long scratch out of my brand new Lexus 460 and a quote to repaint it because it was that bad (in my opinion). Because the scratch involved 3 panels, the bid was about $1000 to paint, but he said "let me try and buff it, etc. and see where we stand before painting..." So, he buffed it, put a little touch up paint on a edge of the panel and it looked BRAND NEW! This took about 45 minutes, and the owner came out and told me it was on the house and to come back when I needed him in the future. I was referred to this SHADY business that is located in the middle of no where near a GARBAGE DUMP from Bobs car wash (which I also wrote a review for), in Roseville, after they damaged my wheels and this body shop wanted 1300$ to repair the wheels but Joe, the owner, said that I would need to buy new tires because their wheel repair guy would not put the tires back for liability issues. What was very suspicious was the fact that they mentioned that they could sell me some new tires or refer me to a shop they deal with to buy new tires! Both these businesses are Wall Street closers!! It seems like they were working closely with bobs car wash to milk me for my money because they saw that I have a nice car. Working Mon-Fri 9-5 during the hours of most businesses, they were very flexible! He came by my workplace; picked up my tire. Within a couple of days after the rim was fixed. I was pushed to go to this place by my insurance after a car accident and I regret that I did!!! They're not open on the weekends, you have to make special appointments with them; you can't just talk to someone or leave a message on voicemail as their phone hangs up on you if you don't know the last name of the person that your working with; Joe, the person I was working with never calls you back and it seemed like forever before I got my car back. And then when I did get it back, they didn't even fix my windshield which was a part of the accident! I wish I would've just went to my car dealership to get my car repaired, they're open all the time, they answer the phone, and they get the job done. The only thing better Edwards Collision Studios has is their chocolate chip cookies in the waiting room... and that's only if you are lucky enough to have had someone answer the phone so that you could make a special appointment to be seen. Amazing service, I took my car into the dealership and they were going to charge me almost $500 for a small repair and parts on my rearview mirror. I was referred to Edwards Collision Studios and I stopped by hoping to see if they could do it for cheaper. I walked in and all of the staff was extremely friendly. The repair technician took a look at my mirror and informed me that I did not need any new parts and simply fixed and cleaned my mirror for me all within 5 minutes. I know nothing about cars repair and would have quickly paid as much as anyone would charge me, so I was amazed by their honesty! I know many other shops could easily lie and charge me for parts and repair even though it was not needed. 100% would recommend this place to anyone. read more

When I was involved in my first car accident (mostly body and paint damage) I went to my families trusted mechanic of 20+ years. (K.C. at GM specialties, (shameless plug)) K.C. immediately gave me a referral to Edwards collision studio and told me that Joe would take care of me and the body damage on my car. When I called Joe, he walked me through the process of getting the repair done (something that the insurance company of the guy that hit me for some reason could not) and scheduled me an appointment for the next day even offering to stay open late to work around my work schedule. When I got to Edwards, (which is not near the garbage dumb like that guy from another review claimed, but right off of Sunset) Joe met me outside, greeted me, and began the process, even going as far to ask me if I needed him to reserve me a rental car, which I did not, but should have because my rental car experience was not nearly as good as my experience with the team at Edwards. I told Joe that my main concern was my back axle and he assured me he would take care of it. Joe was able to negotiate with the insurance company and get my car in for repairs the same week. When I went to drop off my car the process was as simple as that. When the time for the rental car company to pick me up passed, Joe called and when they told him that they didn't have anybody to send to get me, he told them that he would take care of it instead. He called his runner who came as quickly as he could. During the process of my repair they sent me updates via text (they ask if it's okay with you first) and kept me constantly in the loop. I just picked up my car today and it looks brand new. And even cleaner than when I dropped it off. But most impressively, the axle alignment was not approved by the insurance company, but Joe did it anyway at no cost to me. recently had my c5 corvette repaired and repainted at edwards. could not be more pleased with the work that the team of technicians did on my car. i would recommend this shop over the corporate body shops that are all over town. the personalized service they provide is a welcome pleasure compared to the larger companies. again the quality of their work is outstanding, i am glad that i was referred to this shop. they worked on my car like it was their own and took great care to do a good job. color match proved do be difficult on an older vehicle but they did not stop until they got it spot on. again i would totally recommend this shop for your car repair needs. great job.... read more
