He was thorough and open for any questions. I was able to go back the following morning to have my wisdom extracted. Once again, everyone in the front were awesome. I didn't get a chance to warm my seat up before I was called to complete my paperwork and be placed in a room. On our first visit yesterday, after filling out the paperwork, we did wait about 45 minutes to be seen for the initial consultation. Today, when my husband returned for the procedure, he had a morning appointment and there was no delay. They are following all of the Covid-19 protocols. Dr Menendez was very clear about what he would be doing, and he met with us again after the extraction to show us the x-ray and to discuss post-surgery care and followup. I was very impressed with his clear, straightforward manner. If you are waiting, I am sure it is because he is dedicated to providing each patient with a high level of care.
