He was thorough and open for any questions. I was able to go back the following morning to have my wisdom extracted. Once again, everyone in the front were awesome. I didn't get a chance to warm my seat up before I was called to complete my paperwork and be placed in a room. I am in and out within 30 minutes for a cleaning. They are a small office-- so no long waits. There was only one time where I had to wait 15 minutes and the doctor offered a free service. Today, when my husband returned for the procedure, he had a morning appointment and there was no delay. They are following all of the Covid-19 protocols. Dr Menendez was very clear about what he would be doing, and he met with us again after the extraction to show us the x-ray and to discuss post-surgery care and followup. I was very impressed with his clear, straightforward manner. If you are waiting, I am sure it is because he is dedicated to providing each patient with a high level of care.
