My husband was ultimately "fired" as a patient after raising concerns directly with the doctor about the front desk's cold and unwelcoming treatment toward people of a certain hue--an experience my daughter also shared. Aside from one newer staff member who was friendly and helpful, this behavior went unaddressed. Instead, my husband was promptly dismissed as a client. I initially overlooked the front office's behavior because I really liked the back-office staff. But just as the doctor chose to side with his employees, I chose to side with my family.

They said that he only used a vibration chisel tool and nothing else. They were not asked any questions about their dental health and I didn't fill out any forms. Not sure the other 3 practices she owns. Dr Garza is very nice and professional but I believe she pushes big buck procedures for lots of money , not covered by insurance and produces little results. I stopped after spending $1400 plus that was not covered by insurance. We have insurance through the govt and most of what she did was not covered. Be ware. It made zero sense to pay for dental insurance only to have things done which were not covered by the insurance. She is only there maybe 2 days a week!
