The first time I came in they took full mouth digital x-rays with a machine that rotates around your head while you just stand there. So much easier than sitting through a dozen individual x-rays! Unfortunately, my insurance only pays for one full set of x-rays per year, and at the time it had only been 11 months since my last x-rays. Uh oh. I told the hygienist and she made sure they took the full set out of my file and didn't charge me. The hygienist, I think her name is Carol (?), seems more knowledgeable and skilled than others I've had clean my teeth. She's very friendly and has a good sense of humor, which is nice when you're letting that person poke around your vulnerable gums with sharp metal hooks. I actually enjoyed meeting and conversing with my hygienist! I've only seen Dr. Brewster, and he is absolutely pleasant. Also has a good sense of humor, and seems to really want to help his patients. For example, I have a bad habit of clenching my jaw and should get a night guard to protect my teeth. Insurance won't cover any of it, and when Dr. Brewster found that out he was ready to talk financial options in a very non pressuring way. Just trying to make sure I could afford the necessary treatment. As I said, the office is up-to-date. TV right in front of you while they clean or fix your teeth. Nice waiting room. I'll be back!

Appointments get cancelled or moved the week of quite often, so I'll call to get rescheduled earlier or later in the week if I am busy during the school year. And I am usually quite happy with that. As for the experience, I find that Dr. Chow does a really thorough job. Sometimes people will complain about dentists missing certain spots, I have never had that since coming here. Dr. Chow also gives good advice on how to take better care of your teeth. So it's definitely worth checking this office out if you are looking for a great dentist.

I am in and out within 30 minutes for a cleaning. They are a small office-- so no long waits. There was only one time where I had to wait 15 minutes and the doctor offered a free service. The ladies in the front were outstanding. They showed the upmost customer service. Once I was seated in a room, the Dr. came in and thoroughly explained the procedure that was going to take place. He was thorough and open for any questions. I was able to go back the following morning to have my wisdom extracted. Once again, everyone in the front were awesome. I didn't get a chance to warm my seat up before I was called to complete my paperwork and be placed in a room. Lifesaving Emergency Dental Care - Forever Grateful!…read more I am writing this review with tears of happiness because of the incredible experience I had at Dr. Bryant's Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Glenn Dale, Maryland. My three-year-old son had been suffering from severe tooth pain for weeks, crying in agony and unable to eat or sleep. I desperately visited five different offices across DC, Maryland, and Virginia-- including two emergency room visits-- only to be turned away each time because appointments were booked months out. It was a heartbreaking and frustrating experience. A friend recommended Dr. Bryant's office, and I am beyond grateful that I made the call. To my amazement, they told me to come in immediately. Within two hours, my son was seen, sedated, and had his problematic teeth extracted. The relief and gratitude I feel are indescribable. From the moment I walked in, Mazie, his assistant was an absolute angel. She listened to my concerns, reassured me, and stayed by my side throughout the entire process.
