Her nurse practitioner also appeared inexperienced and unprepared--they expected me to know everything, even though they are supposed to be the medical professionals guiding me. To make matters worse, their automated phone system is frustrating and poorly designed. Overall, I left feeling confused, unheard, and disappointed. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking thoughtful or respectful care. Dont waste your time here, they dont care about you

My experience at this practice was going well at least I thought. Toward the end of 2025 into the beginning of 2026, I made several tele-health appointments, to which the links would not allow me to open them, causing me to miss my appointments. I expressed the issues with the person who answers the phone. I'm not sure if my messages were getting through to the provider. I thought maybe if I scheduled an in-person appointment, that would solve the issue. On the 27th of the month, I arrived in-person for my appointment, early. I was given some forms to fill by the short admin assistant who sits closest to the toilet. After signing the forms, and asking questions about the use of artificial intelligence during my visit, which I declined, the office manager, Cluedia, came to the front where all of the other patients were seated out in the open, and stated provider Roundtree would not see me today'. I became upset simply because she voiced this out in the open when in fact she could've handled it in a more professional manner without all of the attitude, I.e, offered to speak with me in private and explain why my first in-person visit was being refused after I've traveled on the bus for 4 hours. The short admin assistant who sits closest to the toilet at the front desk laughed. I asked for a closing account confirmation in writing, I was told to sit and wait, which I did up to an hour. I then left after asking to email it to me. 3/10/26, I went to GBMS to request provider Roundtree to fill a form, since she had been the provider I was seeing over the last year. Her assistant kindly walked me to her office to speak with me. She offered to make an appointment to come in and have provider Roundtree fill the forms. I made her aware about the rude and unprofessional experience of my last visit, when the office manager Cluedia stated provider Roundtree wouldn't see me on my appointment day. The assistant said she was confused because there are no notations in the system, and no notes provided. Provider Roundtrees assistant asked for me to wait in the waiting area while she asked provider Roundtree why she refused the appointment. After waiting about 10 min, the office manager, Cluedia, came to me in the waiting area and handed me my form back along with an envelope. Here is your dismissal letter'. I handed back the form for provider Roundtree and stated since provider Roundtree has been my provider, I'm requesting her to fill this form, you can email it to me, I don't need to come to the office to pick it up. On my way out, I handed the unopened envelope to the other receptionist who sits closest to the copy machine at the front desk and asked her to give the envelope back to the office manager, Cluedia. As I was walking towards the elevator, she said, I don't know what this is'. The other admin assistant that sits closest to the toilet said out loud, it's her letter stating she can't return here anymore', then she laughed. I overheard one of the patients, who sat in the waiting area, make a comment as I was leaving out the door. What may improve, a new manager. One who is more empathetic, considerate, genuinely kind and professional.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday to correct my fillings that…read morewas previously done in the office, only to be told that the doctor who did the filling was not in when I arrived, and I would have to wait another week to schedule an appointment with her. Why wasn't I told that yesterday when I scheduled the appointment? Then I was told she had a health emergency. Then why wouldn't you call me to reschedule my appointment? The office manager was no better than the front desk staff, lying to say my appointment was noted as an emergency, so they assumed I was to see whatever dentist was available. I thought she had an emergency? Then I was told in order to see another dentist, I would have to pay a co-pay. And this would just be in order to be seen and SEE if the doctor could correct the filling. If the filling has to be redone, I would then have to pay for the filling to be redone or wait another week to see the doctor who initially did the filling. Mind you, this is the third time I have been back to correct dental work that was done in this office. I ask if They could ask the dentist if the fillings would need to be redone. The front desk staff told me, repeatedly, that she could not answer my questions and the only way my question could be answered by the dentist is if I paid the copay and was seen. She was extremely rude, stating, I am not a doctor over and over again. Well, obviously, since your working at the front desk. So the front desk staff nor the office manager could tell me if I would be wasting my money, paying for a visit and still have to come back next week anyway. And they refused to pose this question to the dentist that they wanted me to pay to see. I'll add that I have never been in the office under 3 hours waiting to be seen or sitting in a chair waiting on services. And I have had to return three times to correct my bite and sensitivity of fillings done. It appears to be a cookie cutter dental office with unprofessional staff that is not knowledgeable. And from my return visit to correct dental work, apparently the dentists are not very skilled either. Terrible customer service as well as dental services. I asked for my medical records and will not be returning!

I must say out of all the medical appointments I have and had in my lifetime, dental appointments were the hardest for me until Dr. Watts became my dentist. He makes visiting the dentist very easy because he is gentle and patient. After he greets you and makes you comfortable, Dr. Watts will provide information about the dental work he is performing before, during and after the procedure. At least 10 years ago, I went to sleep in his chair and I was so embarrassed. He said it was okay. It happens. I have never fallen asleep in a dental chair no matter how tired I was. I was also too tensed to even relax before I started going to Dr. Watts. Another example, whenever I needed a shot for numbing, I did not feel that needle going deeply into my jaws and he also got it right the first time. This was a rare experience for me. Last, today, I got a crown and he informed me I had one before departing to see his next patient. I asked the front desk if I needed to return for the crown. They went to consult him about the crown. I already had the crown. I am so happy about the smoothness of this crown that I had to write this review. I am so happy that Dr. Watts is my dentist and I don't have to dread going to the dentist anymore.
