A big thing for me is that I have never had an issue of being charged incorrectly on my insurance. Plenty of times there seems to be a problem with insurance and what is covered but they get it right at Audubon. I do appreciate that they go over what is covered and it provides me with edification of what I have as being covered. They also do not try to upsell you on unnecessary procedures because it is "recommended". Overall, it is a good place if you are just looking for cleaning and the routine twice a year exam. I cannot speak about anything like tooth removal or any other dental procedures. Actually, I am glad that I do not have experience avoiding getting in those situations.

If they are unable to answer your question, they would talk to the Dentist, Dr. Williams to find an answer immediately. There's a high level of comfort there knowing that you will be taken care of. During my visits, I was constantly asked about my well-being to make sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Williams is also extremely kind and has great "bedside manners". She focuses on her patients which means that her patients can trust her. I believe this is an asset because that level of comfort makes me more likely to follow any recommended treatment plan. The staff here are very detailed when explaining your procedure and while working on you, they continue to detail what the next step is so that you don't have to worry what they are about to do. They listen intently, are very empathetic and very observant. I also found that contacting them is very easy because if they are unable to answer at the moment there's an automated text that you receive and can respond to, and they will contact you very quickly. Despite this, I waited approximately 30 minutes after my cleaning was complete. During that time, I observed the dentist see a patient who had arrived after me before attending to my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, and by 3:30 PM I had completed everything except the dental exam. By 4:00 PM, after continued delays and no clear update, I chose to leave. I understand that delays can happen, but being told multiple times to expect a short wait, only for it to extend significantly--and to see another patient taken ahead of me--was frustrating and disappointing.
