They handle everything with our insurance directly, so we're never stuck in the middle or confused about coverage. That alone is such a relief -- but what really sets them apart is the people. I have been terrified to go to the dentist every time I go. I have had several bad experiences. Paris reached out to me after seeing a Facebook post I made about the dentist, and she scheduled me an appointment. Upon my arrival I was very nervous and shaken up; they relieved me of my misery, and my appointment went very smoothly. I then came to my second appointment, and Paris and Dr. Chapman were very efficient, very fast, and very knowledgeable. They definitely changed my view of the dentist, and the fear I had is no longer there. The staff at the front desk was even amazing. This was my first time going to Toothsome. I was looking for a dentist that was closer to home. I found everything thing about the experience, superb! The wait time and the professionalism of the staff. Dr. Chapman was excellent ...! He did a great job of assessing my issue. He explained what was going on and what he thought the treatment plan should be. He took the time to show me on the monitor the condition of the tooth in question. First, called us when they had an opening for both my husband and myself. Our appointments were for noon and 1pm. Since we got there early I had time for new patient paperwork while they started with hubby. Colleen the hygienist was extremely thorough and was constantly asking if we were okay. I absolutely hate going to the dentist as much as I hate eating liver. I don't eat liver but I still need to keep this mouth in order, so I'll take a trip to the dentist if needed. But I'll tell you this is the best dentist office I've ever been to. The office is very neat & clean. The customer service is outstanding! Everyone is professional and so cute. Oh! and the office playlist is great too. You'll be singing and dancing in your head to some familiar jams. You should try this place out. read more

Very disappointed! I had to cancel my appointment due to my medical disability on one date. As a courtesy because I called the same day they waived the last minute cancel fee. I was told to call a day or 2 before the appointment to avoid the fee. I called the day before on my next schedule appointment. I wasn't told I had a cancellation fee. In fact, there automated systems tells you. Came in for my scheduled appointment today to find out it was for January and not December. The person that rescheduled me was making sure I got my 2nd cleaning in before the end of the year. So I was confused. While accepting the date issue I was asked well, while you are here by the office manager do you want to rectify your $75 cancel fee? Wasn't aware that I had one, nor when I canceled in the time-frame I was advised to, that I would still accrue a cancel fee because I called the day before. She was adamant of me making arrangements to pay it. The doctor is aware of my autoimmune disease. I can't avoid getting sick. It just happens. The cold weather is my worst time. She made me feel like if I didn't pay, it wouldn't be any service. I told her I'm on disability income and couldn't afford that. I also explained that I called the day before. She then went on to say it's 2 days before to cancel. So now the days have changed to cancel in advance from being told 1 to 2 days before. I followed the policy I was advised to do. So I didn't feel I needed to pay that. The office manager went to speak to the doctor Shannon. She came back with a form for me sign as a breach stating that they will waive the cancel fee but no longer wanted to service me. Her words were part ways. I was shocked. I went to my car and she followed me out to my car still wanting to discuss it and trying to get me to sign this form. Departing ways and signing it will also allow them to send my records to another dentist I go to she stated. I couldn't believe she was following me out to my car. I have sent a lot of people to them, and I have called each one to no longer support you. If you have a disability this is not the place for you. read more

I've been to this dental office a few times and had never experienced an unprofessional staff member until today. I expressed my concerns/worries with the hygienist before she started cleaning my teeth. I expressed my concerns again while she was cleaning my teeth. She just abruptly stopped pushed back her stool and walked out. I was confused and furious to have been treated in such an unprofessional manner. However, Dr. Chapman came into the treatment room and offered a resolution in a professional manner, which is the only reason I rated this experience 3 stars. Wow.... this dentist office was absolutely awesome. I recently switch to this office and I am so happy I did. I do not usually leave feedback but I had to take the time to just say how great my experience was. They are timely, courteous and have great customer service. The office is clean and up to date. The ambiance was almost spa like. Rachel cleaned the heck out of my teeth. I go to the dentist regularly and this was indeed the best cleaning I have received. Look don't take my word for it try them for yourself. Dr. Chapman is doing a great job. He and his team really know how to make the patient feel comfortable. My 90 year old grandmother has been given the runaround since July 2023 to resolve an ill fitted device for her mouth that has brought her much pain! She wanted to handle the situation on her own and has been driving back and forth to appointments, only to for her to receive a phone call in the parking lot that her appointment has been cancelled. She has been patient as they made excuses for delayed labwork and poor fit, despite telling them how painful the fit is. They keep asking her to come back to try and resolve. Her request is simply to get a full refund for the horrible way they have handled this situation. It's amazing to me how businesses treat elderly patients when they think they have no one in their corner! She should not have to have her children and grandchildren step in to demand decent and professional customer service. She spent ~2500.00 with this business and as of the date of this review, she still has not received her money back. It is December 2023. With all the great reviews on this business, I would expect better care for our senior citizens and honesty if you are not established enough to handle the request she made to you in july. The office was clean and sanitized. The atmosphere was relaxing and I wasn't even the one being seen. However, I will make an appt for myself in the near future. Absolutely great dental office! WOW! Dare I say I ENJOYED going to the Dentist?! I had my first appointment at Toothsome Dental and my experience was phenomenal! The front receptionist, Khnajyi was very welcoming and personable. I was offered a bottle of water as I completed new patient paperwork on a tablet. Did I mention the office was super clean too?! Next, I had X-rays taken, an exam AND a cleaning.... in ONE appointment. Ummmm, yes please and thank you! That alone saved my day, no more back and forth trips! Now let me tell you about Dr. Shannon, WOW! Xrays were a piece of cake and super fast, she didn't even have to go out of the room to push a button. It was all right there. My exam was thorough and Dr. Shannon answered all of my questions to where I could understand and with such kindness. My cleaning was painless too! All in all my visit was AMAZING. When I checked out, I made appointments for the rest of my family. I have told all my friends about Toothsome and I felt like I should do a review to tell YOU about Toothsome Dental as well. If you're looking to switch, if you're scared of the Dentist like I was, do yourself a favor and at least give them a try.
