He completed a very difficult route canal procedure and did it with complete calm and ease. His assistant held my hand and helped keep me calm. I have been a patient at Silberman Dental Group for about five years. My son recommended them to me because he was so impressed by the gentleness of having his cleaning maintenance performed by Mece. I have difficult teeth to maintain and have not always had the most pleasant experience when visiting a dental office. I can honestly say that my main reason for loving this facility is knowing that I will not experience much discomfort when having my teeth cleaned and examined. The office is a very pleasant and clean facility. The support staff has always been helpful. And both Doctor Silberman and Dr. Barakh are very caring, friendly, and offer very helpful advice. Silberman Dental was recommended to me by a coworker. I am so glad she did. The staff was so nice, very pleasant and professional. My appointment was scheduled easily and they catered to my scheduling needs. When I arrived, the staff was welcoming and my wait was very short. My hygienist was a dream. She was so professional yet friendly and approachable. She was gentle, and did a great job. She inquired into my needs. She kept me engaged, and my mind off the work. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Silberman was thorough, he did not try to sell me unnecessary dental work, and was clear on the suggested treatment plan. My entire family has been seeing Dr. Silberman for many years now, and the practice just keeps getting better and more convenient. I always tell my friends that if I drive from Rockville to Waldorf, Maryland for my dental care, they know it must be something special. Right before the pandemic hit Dr. Silberman found I had an issue with a bridge and sent me to a specialist. I appreciated that he didn't try to deal with it in his office and cared about me enough to send me to right person. To make a long story short I had a special x-ray taken at a root canal specialist office and had my issue taken care of right away. I'm so appreciative not to have that worry hanging over me for all these months. The office staff has called to check on me during this pandemic and I feel this level of care is rare. This dentist office is the WORST because they are not transparent in their business practices. They had a misleading ad claiming free teeth whitening. I figure they are trying to obtain new clients, which worked. However after I went and paid my copay . They then said I can not receive the whitening mold and whitener until i get a tooth refilled. It already has a filling! They just want to charge my insurance company!!! I am a trustworthy person and i expected the same from this office. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND WILL MISLEAD YOU. I wish I could give them a 0 but the lowest with this app is 1 star read more

I had a fine experience when Dr. Silberman put in a new crown. 4 months later I was in great pain, shooting up my jaw. For quite a fee, he took ex-rays and said the problem was under that same crown and that I needed a root canal. He prescribed antibiotics but the pain only worsened. I was in pain for over a month and finally found a new, excellent dentist. Turns out that Dr. Silberman completely misdiagnosed my problem: My pain was the tooth adjacent to the crown and the crack in it was even visible to the dentist's naked eye! I was fixed up in two hours. My recommendation: Find a different dentist. read more

I hate going to the dentist with a passion. There is always a lecture by some haughty hygienist and reception is usually super grumpy. The team made my day. Maria who is the hygienist was so incredibly thorough and sweet, worked on my teeth. The Dr made some suggestions outside of regular treatment but there is and was no pushing products but instead just offering you alternative suggestions. This practice delivers hands down the best dental experience I've ever had! The office is calm and inviting. Dr. Silberman is an excellent doctor, very patient and warm. You know you're really getting procedures you need and he takes into consideration any special circumstances or concerns you may have. The staff are also very welcoming and professional. My dental hygienist, Maria, was outstanding. She is friendly and carefully explains everything she is doing and the reason it's done, which I've never had someone do before. I have been a patient of Dr. Silberman for over a year and I am extremely pleased. When first entering his office, it is inviting and the atmosphere is pleasant. I have minimal to no wait time and the hygienist are extremely professional and pleasant. He doesn't try to push unnecessary procedures on you and oh his dental filling procedure that I had was without anesthesia and it was painless. His support staff does billing accurately, and will check in advance on procedures in terms of what your insurance will cover.
