My appointment was for 11am, I arrived a few minutes early to get through the paperwork. Moments after completing it, I was called to the back where they took x-rays and then got me settled in a room. Dr. Martin is the primary dentist and he's got decades of experience - practiced in D.C. for about 15 years before he opened his current practice and location 8 years ago. I found him to be professional but also friendly and personable. The office staff are polite and efficient as they explained to me how the appointments are held and what I owed after insurance coverage. All in all, it was a pleasant experience; I was out of there 1 hour and 15 minutes after I walked in, got x-rays and a cleaning - now that's what I'm looking for, fast and professional. One of my pet peeves is having an appointment somewhere, showing up and having to wait extra time before I get in the back, then waiting more time to be seen. I'll be back.

Angela holds fun conversation while cleaning and makes the experience much less of a bore. They tend to remember anything you tell them there, so you know they really do care. Dr. Adensanya and his new partnrr Doctor (forgot her name, apologies) were both extremely patient with me after I explained to them that I have pretty severe anxiety surrounding doctors and dentists. I had a procedure today and Dr. Adensanya and his team were extremely comforting, supportive, and understanding, all while doing an excellent job on the procedure itself. Talk about multitasking! I would highly recommend giving them a try, especially if you're uneasy at the dentist like I've come to be. Can totally feel the warmth! The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. The only critical feedback is that I was almost accidentally charged twice. I paid for today's procedure after my cleaning in October, because they explained that they prefer payments ahead. Today, as I was leaving, they requested the same payment again. I told them I paid on 10/31 and they were able to find the payment. But if I had forgotten or misunderstood, I may have been overcharged. Before he could schedule the procedure, Shannon at the front desk stated she needed to contact our insurance company for a treatment plan. After waiting over a month with no update, my husband contacted our insurance provider directly and learned they had already sent the necessary documentation to your office. My husband then emailed a copy of the treatment plan directly to Shannon. At that point, Shannon informed us that payment was required upfront in full before the appointment could be scheduled, which we paid. However, when my husband arrived for the procedure, the doctor determined the tooth actually needed to be extracted, and no treatment was performed. Shannon assured my husband that our credit card would be refunded. Despite multiple follow-up calls over the past several weeks, we have still not received the refund. Furthermore, our insurance company has contacted your office directly to confirm that their payment to you was sent and OUR out-of-pocket responsibility is $0. We requested several times that our full payment be refunded back to our credit card and to date we have NOT received it.
