Check in and check out went smoothly. Dentist: Dr. Polizois is fantastic and if you say be gentle, he actually listens! His bedside manner is excellent. His Assistant Janet was great. She explained everything and delivered service with a smile. Most of the staff has been there for years. That says a lot. All of them do a great job. The space is very tidy. I had a lot of questions about what I was seeing in the X-rays and the answers weren't satisfactory; he was pushy and against my better judgement I let him drill the one (I had never previously had a cavity). This caused a lot of anxiety and hadn't been to the back to the dentist since until today. As for the 5-6 others, it has been 8yrs, I finally just went back. I have only 1 small cavity now that just started to form. Get a copy of your X rays and get a second opinion. There are online services that do that now. They advertised bubbly friendly staff and I didn't not get to experience that. Though the older folks did seem to love the staff I wouldn't say my experience is true for all but speaking just on mine. The x-ray was really rough felt like I was being manhandled through the process. "Open - Bite - Close" while shoving hard plastic around my teeth with a weighted blanket on. (I've done this before somewhere else but this time it felt it was rushed) Hygienist assistant when I got to the chair was a little rude , she was talking to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about, saying I should call my dentist from back home and verify the work that got done as if what I was telling her was not true. My wait time in the waiting room was one hour no exaggeration and that's what's an appointment I see people coming in after me that got seen before me When I left, I called back a few days later to verify the work that I was getting done so I can mentally prepare and was told that I was getting something done that was different for what I was told on day one So I waited a few days and called back and then was told something different again before I hung up. I asked her to verify what the doctor said, which was the original work that I was told. At that point, I didn't understand why you were communicating with me telling me information that wasn't true. That made me believe that nobody is on the same page so I felt uncomfortable and cancel my appointment.

So glad I selected them. Lisa Daniel was my dentist and everything from cleaning to cavity was quick and relatively painless. The front desk customer service and dental assistant were also amazing. The front desk took the initiative to double check my insurance before I arrived to ensure I was covered. Once my cleaning was done, I had to make an appointment for the cavity and they didn't have an appointment until the new year but offered to put me on a waiting list for cancelled appointments. I got a call same day that someone had canceled for the coming week. All work was quoted prior to service and final amount aligned with the pre-service quote. Highly recommend.

To start, EVERY TIME I went in, they recommend getting a night guard with long description why (EVERY TIME, even though I said no EACH TIME....same to my husband too. Dentists have never told either of us we had a problem before here). It got to the point where I would l walk in and say, "I don't want a night guard", before they would start talking. They recommended a filling on my 12-year-old daughter's Baby Tooth cavity (which was not in critical shape), the tooth fell out 2 weeks later (thank goodness I went with my gut). My friend who has NEVER had a cavity her whole life, had to get a filling at THIS office. They recommended my husband get a filling the next visit, (spoiler alert, our new dentist, didn't see a problem with that tooth.) Final straw, they recommended I get a crown on a tooth that was not hurting, and I could not see what they were talking about on the Xray, which would cost me over $500. Done! Found a new dentist. My new dentist DID NOT recommend a crown, they replaced the filling and I still have my $500. (FYI, new dentist does not recommend a night guard to either of us).
