I have been to well over a dozen dentists in my lifetime; most ok, some horrible. I have always had bad teeth, no matter how well I take care of them, so I am in his office more often than a normal patient. Dr. Ritter has the BEST bedside manner of any dentist I have ever met! He always explains things thoroughly, takes his time, and constantly checks to make sure you are comfortable during procedures. His staff is consistently kind and professional and the office is always clean and organized. I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially if you have a history of bad dental experiences, or if you struggle with any phobias about seeing the dentist.

Check in and check out went smoothly. Dentist: Dr. Polizois is fantastic and if you say be gentle, he actually listens! His bedside manner is excellent. His Assistant Janet was great. This caused a lot of anxiety and hadn't been to the back to the dentist since until today. As for the 5-6 others, it has been 8yrs, I finally just went back. I have only 1 small cavity now that just started to form. Get a copy of your X rays and get a second opinion. There are online services that do that now. So glad I selected them. Lisa Daniel was my dentist and everything from cleaning to cavity was quick and relatively painless. The front desk customer service and dental assistant were also amazing. The front desk took the initiative to double check my insurance before I arrived to ensure I was covered. Once my cleaning was done, I had to make an appointment for the cavity and they didn't have an appointment until the new year but offered to put me on a waiting list for cancelled appointments. I got a call same day that someone had canceled for the coming week. All work was quoted prior to service and final amount aligned with the pre-service quote. Highly recommend.

I took it to Aria to get repaired and shared with them I needed it back in one week because I was going out of town on business and didn't want to be toothless. They assured me it would be repaired on time and Dr. Daniels last comment to me was "I'll stay on top if it". It did not arrive in time, and I was forced to cancel my business trip. Once it did come in (a few days late), it didn't fit properly. This experience was a total disaster. There are many dentist in the Annapolis and surrounding areas. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
