Even having the office staff call and check on me the day after I had, had extensive dental work done... They called just to check and see if everything was OK and how I was feeling... THEY CALLED TWICE!!! Does your office do that?? I highly recommend Dr. Dele ~ his staff is extremely friendly and kind... The place was impeccably clean... Upon first contact with the office, the front desk was so friendly and helpful. A patient canceled and I was able to get in a couple of days after my call to the office. Office was clean, modern, and welcoming. I did not have a long wait and if I printed out the paperwork at home and filled it out before coming in, my very short wait would have been shorter. Stephanie, the dental Hygienist was both warm and informative. She wasn't afraid to tell me what I needed to hear and also answer any questions that I had. She walked me through every step of my x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Russel was so great. He walked me through the steps of my following visits and addressed my concerns. My youngest daughter's first visit to the dentist was at Patton Smiles, and she was absolutely terrified. To start, EVERY TIME I went in, they recommend getting a night guard with long description why (EVERY TIME, even though I said no EACH TIME....same to my husband too. They recommended a filling on my 12-year-old daughter's Baby Tooth cavity (which was not in critical shape), the tooth fell out 2 weeks later (thank goodness I went with my gut). My friend who has NEVER had a cavity her whole life, had to get a filling at THIS office. They recommended my husband get a filling the next visit, (spoiler alert, our new dentist, didn't see a problem with that tooth.) Final straw, they recommended I get a crown on a tooth that was not hurting, and I could not see what they were talking about on the Xray, which would cost me over $500. Done! Found a new dentist. My new dentist DID NOT recommend a crown, they replaced the filling and I still have my $500. (FYI, new dentist does not recommend a night guard to either of us).
