My son hadn't eaten for awhile because he wanted his teeth to be clean and his sugar dropped in the office. I was afraid he was gonna pass out but one of the kind and awesome staff gave him a bar to help with his sugar. I wanted to kiss them all I was so Grateful. We arrived a bit early (lunchtime) and they were still kind enough to allow us in so I could fill out the paperwork. I love the location and staff and see they even have extra services for me (Botox, fillers ect) so I definitely will be looking into some ME time when I go in. I am literally in and out in 30 minutes or less - and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes upon arrival. Watts Negative Review…read more So let me start off with I usually don't write long reviews unless people are rude or the establishment is just ill fitting. I recently spoke with Jackie from the Watts Dental front office and she was...not the best but I have a big problem and am displeased with the Watts Dental office and how they handle their patients bills and balances! One, not telling people that they will owe money after their appointment is wrong. You are customer service at the front desk your main motive is to insure that patients feel welcomed, comfortable and supported. They should feel they can trust the business that they are spending their money on. If you are not telling patients they owe money until the last minute or even explain your policy (the balance is due at the time of your appointment and cancellation fees are $50) then you can't get upset that the patient feels blindsided or tricked. Be upfront and let patients know their bill is due and what it is. I asked for an itemized invoice of our bill and I have yet to receive it. Why can't I get the itemized bill?? Two, I asked Jackie if they had any dentists in their offices that take our insurance and she said they do take our insurance and we would only have to pay a $26 co-pay. No that's not taking my insurance dental insurance should cover fully your routine cleaning I should not have to pay anything! $26 adds up and why is it that when I went to a different dentist I paid nothing! Also, they charged me for X-rays and didn't tell me. Why couldn't you take the X-rays from my previous dentist? Thirdly, my husband and I aren't the only ones with this problem with Watts dental, another family member goes there and they were the ones who warned us about them charging us without telling us and how they scheduled them with a different dentist who did not take their full insurance and then told them they owed money. And they were upset because Watts could have easily just scheduled him with the dentist who took his insurance so they wouldn't owe anything! Trickery!!!! To top it all off Jackie has a bad attitude and one think I dislike the most is people who have attitudes for no reason I didn't get smart with her I was kind I even apologized for the inconvenience and asking so many questions but she kept her short and snobby attitude and again I am not the first person to say she has an attitude. Long story short, we will not be going back to Watts dental. the dentist industry has been having a bad reputation of scamming patients so prayerfully we can find a dental company that's trust worthy and their customer service standards are based off of kindness and honesty! Do better! Also, we live in Baltimore so we have to drive about an hour to get to this dental office and we only came here because we were referred but the person who referred us has been having issues with them as well smh! So we wouldn't drove all the way up there to find out that we could not be serviced because we had a balance! When they sent out the reminder appointment text you could've let us know we had a balance that needed to paid! Common courtesy!

Upon first contact with the office, the front desk was so friendly and helpful. A patient canceled and I was able to get in a couple of days after my call to the office. Office was clean, modern, and welcoming. I did not have a long wait and if I printed out the paperwork at home and filled it out before coming in, my very short wait would have been shorter. Stephanie, the dental Hygienist was both warm and informative. She wasn't afraid to tell me what I needed to hear and also answer any questions that I had. She walked me through every step of my x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Russel was so great. He walked me through the steps of my following visits and addressed my concerns. I'm happy to say that I have found a place to call home.

I have only 1 small cavity now that just started to form. Get a copy of your X rays and get a second opinion. There are online services that do that now. I had a dentist when I live in Wheaton that was less than a mile away, and she was good, and it's a hassle finding a new dentist. I moved to Russett in 2020, and I kept going all the way back to Wheaton for my dentist through 2023. My girlfriend recommended her dentist Colesville Dentistry, and she was right! I first arrived here in May 2024, then November 2024, & most recently May 2025. Wow, this dentist is top notch, blows the Wheaton dentist I had out of the water. The staff is friendly, efficiently gets you in. Dr. Chai, other dentists, & technicians have been friendly doing a great job with the cleanings as well as advise on better dental habits. Also, this is a state of the art dental office. When you are lying on the dental chair, there is a TV screen above you with high definition nature scenes which is peaceful when the dentist isn't exactly the most pleasant experience even with Colesville Dentistry being the best case scenario goes as far as the dentist goes. They have great technology with computer modeling of my teeth & more, which the prior dentist I had fell short. Although it's still not super close to my home, still easier than going to Wheaton and worth the drive. Overall, I highly recommend Colesville Dentistry.
