I am so happy to know Dr. Adensanya and his team are still going strong! I am a returning patient after 10+ years. Dr. Adensanya and his new partnrr Doctor (forgot her name, apologies) were both extremely patient with me after I explained to them that I have pretty severe anxiety surrounding doctors and dentists. I had a procedure today and Dr. Adensanya and his team were extremely comforting, supportive, and understanding, all while doing an excellent job on the procedure itself. Talk about multitasking! I would highly recommend giving them a try, especially if you're uneasy at the dentist like I've come to be. Can totally feel the warmth! The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. The only critical feedback is that I was almost accidentally charged twice. I paid for today's procedure after my cleaning in October, because they explained that they prefer payments ahead. Today, as I was leaving, they requested the same payment again. I told them I paid on 10/31 and they were able to find the payment. But if I had forgotten or misunderstood, I may have been overcharged. I'm certain it would have been returned if that was thr case, but I think its important for patients to be aware of what they paid, when, and which card they used to eliminate any potential hiccups! Overall, good experience, especially considering my anxiety. read more

I went in for a cleaning. I had an Appointment with Careen (sp) the hygienist. I was the second one in but the person who came after me was taken back by Careen. I was called by a woman who identified herself as a temp. She said she was sorry I didn't have an appointment with Careen. I feel like I was singled out to go with the temp. Nothing against the hygienist because she tried to do her best. I have worked as a temp in the past so I understand. Why wasn't I told this before the appointment??? I would have rescheduled. I don't like to complain but I was really disappointed. I felt a push to reschedule with whomever for my next appointment. I was told I had to wait until September 2023 to get in with Careen. Obviously there is a shortage of hygienists. Who's to say that I won't get bumped again? This is not the first time this happened. An associate did my crown before the pandemic. I will not get into that story. But I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a proper crown a few months later. Another time a dentist did my cleaning. read more

My whole family goes to Dr adesanya's office. For hygienists Adelaide and Kristen/Kirsten(don't quite remember her name) are great!!!!! I personally have only gone for cleanings and am ok with the office. My mom says she is going to switch dentists. She went in for a filling and one of the associates worked on her. She says the pain from the lidocaine injection was so bad that she could feel it in her bones and her heart was beating faster. She has had other fillings done from other dentists/other offices and they very rarely hurt this bad or last this long. She had had root canals before and this pain was worse. It's been about 8 hours and she says her face is still numb. Word of advice STAY AWAY FROM ASSOCIATES THAT LOOK LIKE THEY JUST GRADUATED! Or ask for Dr adesanya to do the work not the associates. read more

Dr. Adesania and his staff have taken care of my family and myself for almost 2 decades. I used another practice for a couple of years when I moved to Eastern Shore Maryland, but there was no question who was going to be my dentist when I moved back! I have literally watched this practice grow from a 3-4 person operation to current. In most service businesses that normally means customers service and quality takes a hit, but that definitely didn't happen. Even the newest staff members are just as welcoming and understanding of me and attentive to my dental needs. Thanks Dr. Adesania and staff. I am not leaving again. I have had nothing but bad experiences with the front office of this place. The first time I went I was there a little early. I was the first person scheduled for the day and waited an hour and a half though because their staff meeting ran long and still hadn't been pulled back by that point so I had to reschedule for later in the week. Reception was super rude about it. The second time I went I waited 45 mins and watched reception be super rude to an older lady who was trying to ask questions about her bill. I also thought a lot of their paperwork was questionable as a provider who runs a small practice as well I elected to not sign some of the forms. The Dr was great but dealing with the rest of the staff just does not seem worth it. When I called to reschedule my appointment this time the receptionist was again super rude. I am overseas right now and didn't even get the chance to explain to reschedule before she was super rude and I decided no doctor is worth this so I just straight cancelled and will be changing providers. They want to charge a $75 fee for cancelling even though I'm calling days in advance they wanted four days notice instead of two. read more

Great office personnel. I love Karen! She's the best hygienist I ever experienced. Dr.A is kind and gentle and listens to his patients.

To be fair, the Dr. Adesanya Abiodun and the back office are professional and friendly. Any time there was a billing issue, usually billing the incorrect insurance company; Cheryl, the receptionist / billing clerk has always been abrasive and argumentative. I understand errors happen, we are all human but how you handle it with your patient is what makes the difference and Cheryl has horrible customer service skills. They lost me and my immediate family as patients. read more

It's always a pleasant experience at Dr. Adesanya's Office. His staff is friendly, and assistants are gentle with care. They are sure to keep you on schedule. I recently recommended my dad for an emergency appointment, they fit him in and he also fell in love with them. He's now a patient. Another satisfied visit at Dr. Adesanya's office again!!! This time I had two crowns put in. A few visits ago it was a new bridge. And they all fit just perfectly! I go to the best medical doctors I can find. And Dr. Adesanya himself is Top Notch" !!! That's why he's been my doctor for several years now. Very experienced and does really great work! The staff is terrific too! A very warm and friendly group of people!!! Dr. Adesanya is amazing as well as his staff. My family and I have been his patients since the 90s and I would not go anywhere else (I currently live in Baltimore). His office is clean, and well stocked with a variety magazines to keep you entertained while you wait (not to metion an awesome salt water fishtank). His dental assistants are gentle and well aware of any sensitivies or other concerns when you go in for your cleaning or other dental procedures. Dr Adesanya and his team are the best dentist and office our family has ever worked with. Very thoughtful, very compassionate, and thorough. He also has a good sense of humor. We love him. As my teeth have grown increasingly sensitive, and my husband's dental issues more complex, its great to have a dentist like that. I have a daughter who has a lot of fear of dental procedures, and he suggested a valium prescription, and she does fine. His staff are very supportive with reminders, no hassle rescheduling, etc. I you are looking for a dentist, you could not do better. If you have a lesser dentist, trade up. read more

dr. adesanya has a family dentistry practice, and is a nice man. his office is nice, his staff are nice, everything's nice. but it's just dental care, ya know? who really raves about the people who ram metal instruments into your mouth a couple times a year and ridiculously try to carry on a conversation with you at the same time? cleanings, scraping, swish, spit rinse, and don't forget to floss regularly. that's about it. how much can you say unless they're spectacular? (for spectacular, see my review of the dental group.) the boy and i used to go to dr. adesanya for all or our regular check-ups and such, for a few years. then one year the boy had to have a root canal and the doc had to refer us out to an endodontist for the procedure. (i'm not sure why the yelp category says "oral surgery," b/c if dr. adesanya's office couldn't do a routine root canal in-house, i seriously doubt that oral surgery is their specialty. and in the dental provider directory for our insurance, it just says family dentistry.) that was what cost him our business. not the fact that he referred us out but these two factors: 1 - the first endodontist he referred us to was HORRID. i mean so bad i made him stop the procedure and took my kid outta there faster than you can say cavity. (and it was a serious exercise in self-control b/c i wanted to deck him in the face and make HIM have a need for some significant dental care. do NOT mess w/ my kid or i will go mama bear on your ass! gggrrrr!) i then returned to dr. adesanya and told him a thing or two about his referral. 2 - the second endodontist we went to was part of another practice (again, the dental group) and they were spectacular. so spectacular that we switched to them in all their friendly, organized, extra office hours-having, full-service glory. so, i'll still give dr. adesanya and staff a solid 3 stars b/c they are good. clean office, good staff, okay/regular hours, good service. the location isn't great or convenient, but i suppose if you live in the area and/or have flexible hours it works fine. use them if you have basic dental care needs. read more

Dr. A and his staff are amazing. I've been going for years and nothing but the best! Even when you have a procedure done, Dr. A calls that same evening to make sure everything is OK. Trying out a new dentist can be challenging and cause anxiety. I was referred to Dr. Adesanya by a friend and he and his office staff exceeded my expectations. From the first phone call to make an appointment the ladies at the front desk, Tanya and Geraldine will create a pleasant experience that will last throughout your visit. Upon my arrival, they provided all the assistance I needed with forms and the protocol of the office. I was greeted by Dr. Adesanya's assistant, Megan who walked me through the procedures I would be having and was professional and courteous. By the time I got to the hygienist, Adelene, I was so relaxed. Adelene did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Adesanya! I have referred 4 friends since my visit a few weeks ago. He is gentle and thorough and the office is high-tech. If you are looking for a new dentist, I encourage you to make an appointment with Dr. Adesanya. read more
