    Kimchi Fries!
    Barry T.

I saw Kevin L's review on Edition so I decided to pay them a visit because they do have Kimchi Fries, and the other place in Hong Kong which sells it kinda sucked. Does this place meet my standards? It sure does. It's good, but still room for improvement. This place notably has a good happy hour deal on weekdays for $38, and as all korean fusion places do it also has soju cocktails. Final verdict. 4 stars. Will give it 5, if they can match (or come close) the same taste as the original Chi'lantro kimchi fries in Austin

Salt and pepper wings and fries
    David B.

This was one of those restaurants that I was super excited for. I went for a late lunch. The first thing that happened was a pleasant bonus of a free popcorn chicken appetizer when I checked in on Yelp. The appetizer was very tasty, as it was accompanied by a zesty sriracha mayonnaise. For my entree, I went against my instinct of ordering the spicy chicken wings and went with the Salt and Pepper wings. That was a mistake, as the wings were covered with some kind of floury coating that I found unpleasant. It didn't really scream salt & pepper. The fries were very good. Crispy and salty. The service was also very pleasant. But I did find myself looking across to Chicha and wishing I was there instead. I won't write off Edition, but I hope my next experience is a little more in line with the reputation of the restaurant.

    $48 lunch sets?!?!
    Rory B.

I'd read good reviews of this place so decided to go and try to the lunch set. Despite the price tag of just $48hkd, the options didn't sound that appealing compared to the à la carte menu items. My friend and I split a few items - kimchi grilled cheese, kimchi fries, popcorn chicken, Korean style roti - but we're left a bit disappointed with all. The kimchi fries were the best item but even those were just mediocre. Maybe it's better alongside a few drinks, which seem to be what their known for anyways.

Chicken wings nights on Mondays! It's only $5 a wing.
    Maggie L.

We went here on a Monday night after grabbing drinks at Bobby's Rabble (https://en.yelp.com.hk/biz/bobbys-rabble-%E9%A6%99%E6%B8%AF?hrid=AF6lqhzlzuRMII5FA4urFQ) and it was wing night! Chicken wings were only $5 each. Needless to say, we over ordered...with 48 amazing, fresh chicken wings in front of us a couple of minutes later. We got a variety of flavors including original, spicy, and vinaigrette. The chicken wings were plump and flavorful. In addition to the chicken wings, we also order several skewers that included chicken skin and beef. Being a Korean fusion restaurant, one of the unique things about Edition is that make their own infused soju! There is a large variety of them that are written on a chalk board. The people who run the shop are super friendly so if you ask, they'll let you try the soju. It is rather small inside though. We had 6 people and it was a squeeze. Including the drinks, we paid a little over $300 a head so it's not cheap but it is in the trendy SOHO area so can't expect too much.

Pork Belly Lollipops and Sweet potato fries, Edition

I have been to Edition many times since the soft opening, and already in the first month it has constantly been evolving with many new things to try. Going often gave me a chance to try out many of the offering the the growing menu. I love the special limited Edition items like the pork belly lolly pop. The pork belly comes out on a hot skillet of melting cheese, and it's great for dipping for the pork or to dipping your french fries. But do get it before it runs out, since it's limited, it sold out last night and I'll have to go back another night to try to order it again. The drinks are great too. There are so many soju cocktails and variety to choose from. The Chilli Mango is a must try, the drink is unique and has a nice kick from the chilli infused soju. There are also more than a dozen of fruit infused Soju made from fresh fruits. This is the only place I know in Hong Kong that does this. Besides the specials, you can get Heiniken on draft, a few Korean bottled beer and all you standard drinks. For those who have been to Korea, you can get the Somek (beer and soju bomb) to remind you of this popular drink in the Korean Bar scene. The stable menu items like the Bulgogi sliders are always delicious. And don't forget the wings, espcially on the Monday $5 wings night. The salt and pepper wings are crispy and tasty. With the extented happy hours from 12-9pm, and the discounted wings night, it's a great deal. It's a great little gem in the soho area and a great place to eat and drink before heading out to the clubs in LKF.

    Somak - "the bomb"
    Kerrie C.

After coming here for 2 times ( each time not going home without a shot of "Somak" / Soju bomb), I found this place do master the Korean fusion very well consistently. With a Korean twist, the bar menu offer a range of choice like Kimchi fries, Korean beef mini burgers, chilli wings etc which match perfectly with the cocktail n flavourly soju here. The staff are super friendly. Most of all, the happy hour starts frim 12pm till late and there is lunch set till 3pm. So you know the best time to come! Just joking, more people and even greater heap in the evening!

My husband and I went with pretty high expectations, and honestly, it didn't quite live up to the hype. Now let me be clear, the views? Absolutely unmatched. The panoramic city and harbor views are what truly make this place special. And aesthetically, it's definitely Instagram-worthy. But outside of the scenery, everything else fell a bit short. The food and drinks were pretty basic, especially for a spot with such a luxe reputation. One thing I did appreciate was the service and hospitality. It was my husband's birthday, and they kindly gave both of us complimentary shots that tasted like wine, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I'd say come for the views and experience, but maybe lower your expectations when it comes to the food and cocktails.

Attended on NYE 2024 entering 2025 the experience can largely be summed up as a disappointing money-grab with food no better than an AYCE buffet and service that was frankly dreadful. First, the booking process was laborious and error-filled despite staying at The Ritz-Carlton. Second, on arrival we were tucked in the back and largely ignored despite a costly "bottomless" champagne package. Third, servers were overworked and sparse, with the lone entree so protracted that we were told Dessert Buffet was going to close before savories even arrived. Finally, forced to leave mere seconds after finishing, we opted against remaining for fireworks. Ozone's apology was to come back for a free drink sometime...from America. Seemingly a partnership, as the Hotel and Bar refer to one another as separate entities, The Ritz-Carlton did try to make up for all this with a free bottle of Champagne delivered to the room but at $450USD for lousy food and dreadful service Ozone is an embarrassment to the Ritz-Carlton Brand.

We decided to check out The Sky Bar. It is located on the 13th floor, and overlooks other restaurants and shops within the mall. So, don't expect an actual "sky" view. The Sky Bar offers a variety of cocktails and mocktails, but limited beers and wines for their All You Can Drink menu. However, it is still a steal! I ordered all of their cocktails, and my favorite was the Nothing (vodka, coconut liqueur, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, lemon juice). My boyfriend ordered rounds of their beer and wine, which were okay. We also ordered the Crispy Calamari Rings with Wasabi Mayo to go with our beverages. Again, it was just okay. It did the job, but nothing spectacular or memorable. I wouldn't recommend it. Lastly, service was extremely slow, especially for having no other customers in the restaurant. It was a bit frustrating consistently trying to find staff members. By no means is this a go-to place, but if you are already in the area and want a place to sit and chill, The Sky Bar is an option, especially for their All You Can Drink menu.

Every Wednesday, WOOBAR has an incredibly good deal priced at $278 per person, including free flow of wine and cheese from 8pm to 10:30pm. You can choose from rosé, white, red, sparkling and more. I usually start my night with a glass of sparkling rosé, which is sweet and appetizing. I like having my wine with nibbles from their cheese and charcuterie selections.
