Have been hearing good things about this pizza for awhile and finally stopped in to try for myself. Highly recommend! Dive bar atmosphere with good service, and plenty of tvs.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT overlook this spot. The food is amazing! They have the same food as the next door spot LOT 46. The pizza cuts sandwiches are to die for. I think it is officially my favorite food in Denver. The crispy pizza dough as the bread for a sandwich is unbelievable!!

Good vibes (browns bar), pizza is delicious, and the ranch is by far the best in Denver. Excited to have found this spot so close to home!

The best place for a home made pizza with fresh veggies (tomatoes, mushrooms, meat) which was absolutely delicious and filling They have a great happy hour Monday-Fri from 12-5 pm with $5 & $10 deals. One the oldest and best place to eat.

Wow, what a total hidden gem. How have I lived a mile and 1/2 from this place and never been? Super old school cool decor and building. Reminded me of some of my favorite neighborhood bars back in Chicago. Delicious pizza. Super friendly and attentive service. Cozy and friendly vibes all around. And so affordable. Can't wait to go back!

Does the bar still serve chalices of beer? Never mind, after seeing the reviews I won't be going out of my way.

They work hard, care about customers, and do their best in what are clearly difficult conditions. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for management. From what I've seen and experienced, management consistently makes poor decisions, shows little regard for employee well-being, and creates working conditions that drive good people away. These choices have resulted in harm to the business in its entirety. Their wine list is constantly changing not because of choice, but because their ordered stock is always late or poorly done, and it's noticeable to those who were regular patrons of the restaurant. Let me be clear: I returned to this restaurant as a regular purely because of the frontline staff's amazing team. I've slowly watched the team dwindle entirely due to poor management. It's genuinely disappointing to watch such a strong team of employees be undermined by leadership that refuses to listen, adapt, or take responsibility. This restaurant could be something special if management treated its people with the respect and care they deserve.

The "Restaurant Kid" Litmus Test: Parisi Passes with Flying Colors…read more On my first day in Denver, a childhood friend took me to lunch at Parisi, though he was admittedly a bit apprehensive. Having grown up with Italian heritage on both sides and parents who owned an Italian restaurant, I am notoriously hard to please when it comes to authentic cuisine. He was worried I'd be overcritical; instead, I was completely charmed. Located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood, Parisi offers the kind of authenticity that is rare to find. Here is why it earned a perfect score from a tough critic: The Main Course: The Tagliatelle Ragu was balanced and traditional--exactly what you want from a high-caliber kitchen. The "Woodfire" Factor: The aroma of the woodfire pizza oven hits you the moment you walk in. While we opted to eat inside rather than on the lovely patio, those scents alone convinced me that I have to return specifically for the pizza next time. The Grand Finale: I had to finish the meal with my favorite, Stracciatella gelato. It was the perfect creamy, artisanal end to a fantastic lunch. The service was seamless, the ambiance was inviting, and the food spoke for itself. If you're looking for a spot that feels like a true slice of Italy in the middle of Denver, this is it. I'll definitely be back to tackle that pizza menu!

So happy that the Parisi team decided to repurpose the basement space to Parisi Sotto. Recommend to make reservation in advance through online platforms. We celebrated a birthday and Phil aka Filippo aka Julio took care of us. He made great recommendations and brought us a house made tiramisu that was TDF. There are seasonal items highlighted on the menu in orange and those get rotated out seasonally (or maybe monthly, I forget). We had the seasonal bruschetta - bread is crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. They provide complimentary bread that had 3 options, one of which is the familiar bread from upstairs. We loved everything. We ordered the pici alla norcina - the thicker spaghetti with mushroom and sausage in a cream sauce, pappardelle alla chiantigiana - the ribbon pasta with slow-cooked beef tenderloain in a chianti wine and tomato sauce, and the arista al forno con patate - which is an over-roasted pork loin with herbs and vegetables, served with "patata duchessa mattonella" that was a baked mashed potatoes side. The portion for the pici was really good but the pappardelle and the oven-roasted pork were slightly smaller in portion size but overall really good flavor, the gravy on the pork was super tasty as well, went well with the extra bread. We ordered aperol spritz and a couple negronis, thought the cocktails were priced well. Finished off with a complimentary tiramisu due to the birthday celebration. Overall, super amazing experience, elevated Parisi style. We love this so much!

It was hands down the best thing we had and some of the other items we ordered were amazing too. If you're going to order anything here, do the burrata with the focaccia bread. You can thank me later. Next up, we had the carpaccio and crudo with caviar. If I had to choose only one, I would pick the carpaccio but the crudo with caviar is great. Freddie recommended the crudo with caviar and what a wonderful harmony of flavors. These were both standout winners. And the carpaccio meat was incredibly soft. Best carpaccio I've ever had, and I love carpaccio. Last, we had the paglia e fieno (rabbit ragu) and branzino. The branzino was the item I was most excited to try leading to our reservation and it was the item I liked the least. I am a huge branzino fan and order it any place that has it. This was probably my least liked branzino I have had. The olive sauce was just way too strong for this fish. The fish itself was beautiful but I couldn't get past the sauce. I would pass on this, even if you like olives. The rabbit ragu really surprised me and it was my 3rd favorite thing we ordered. I would definitely order that again. We passed on dessert since we were full and nothing sounded too good. We did valet at the hotel next door. I immediately told my friends this was one of the best Denver restaurants we've had.
