All seemed to go well initially the carpets were ordered and fitted, everything seemed fine. Then I started to get emails saying the invoice was outstanding and I was due money. This was a problem on so many levels but the main one was I did not pay for the carpets and could not go back to the person whose card was used to get proof of payment. What really annoyed me was the lack of remorse shown by the firm, no apologetic emails, just, you are due us money , pay now threats. When I asked the perpetrator of the emails to escalate the matter I got push back! Eventually the matter was escalated and after some email exchanges things went quiet for a few months, I wrongly assumed that Flooring Warehouse has resolved the matter internally or used common sense not to pursue the sum outstanding ..... then threats started again, this time of legal action. Talking to other business owners they said they would have owned the mistake and written off the sum outstanding (50% was paid upfront). Not with this lot, they seem to have little regard for their reputation or the inconvenience and stress caused to the buyer as a result of their own incompetence. Buyer beware, use someone who values their clients and puts the customer above their bottom line. The customer, after all, is always right.

Soleil Floors exceeded every expectation I had for a flooring company. Having remodeled two homes…read morebefore, I can honestly say I've never worked with a company that handled a flooring project this well. We had them replace existing hardwood through out the entire home with luxury engineered hardwood. Their communication was exceptional, especially since I was living out of town during the remodel. They kept me informed every step of the way, and their professionalism, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and execution were second to none. Our hardwood floors turned out absolutely beautiful, and because of this experience, I've already hired them for additional projects. They're truly a dream to work with. To top it all off, their pricing was better than other companies we considered, yet the quality of their work was unmatched. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Soleil Floors to anyone looking for a company that genuinely takes pride in what they do.

Our rep didn't think through the job and asked the day of install about our baseboards then claimed it was a "client change" to the job. I didn't think of the baseboard situation as I don't do this for a living. There sales rep did not do enough due diligence guiding us through our vision. The wood floor itself is great and high quality but the rest was a nightmare. Don't have them do anything other than flooring - their light construction and painting is honestly incompetent and terrible. Lastly, new carpet for our family room. They upsold us a super plush pad then failed to write it up correctly. When I asked why the pad was not correct (after install) they acted like I'm a carpet pad expert and I ordered the blah blah blah 8 pound something or other. They were wrong, got it wrong, I opted not to PAY to fix it so I'll live with it, I guess. Overall, terrible experience but it could be the rep I got. Totally uncoordinated and a lack of communication for what we needed for this project. Very disappointed since we used Soleil as a referral from a friend.

We had the exact measurements but they couldn't quote us an exact price and they estimated about $1,300 - $1,500 dollars, -1 star. In the fall, we finally decided to pull the trigger on remodeling our kitchen. The major elements…read moreincluded removing a load-bearing wall, relocating the water and gas lines, and expanding the pantry. We solicited bids from a handful of general contractors, but only a few responded. Interestingly, the one we ultimately selected wasn't even on our initial list. While browsing for LVP flooring samples at Fantastic Floors, I struck up a conversation about our project. Mazz, the owner, eagerly offered to bid on it. Though skeptical at first, I agreed. The very next day, he arrived with his construction team and cabinet partner to discuss our vision in detail. Just a few days later, we received a competitive quote, signed the contract within a week, and work commenced shortly after. Despite some unexpected challenges from the wall removal, they completed the remodel in about a month--far quicker than the 2-3 months quoted by others. If you're considering a remodel, I wholeheartedly recommend Fantastic Floors--be sure to speak with Mazz for outstanding results.

Super abrasive and condescending to his crew and employee K. Argued with my design choices, did not listen to me at all and seemed annoyed with my questions about product. Also, took a call in front of my husband and me and kept on speaker. Talk about awkward. It was business related but lots of cussing and yelling between the two. The kicker was they quoted me 5000.00 more than the amazing flooring company we ended up going with and they were going to go right over the existing floor. So less work, more money, when I called to inquire about the process because I researched and got other bids, K was explaining and answering my questions well, 1/2 way through the conversation owner took phone and was aggressively talking to me. I said, "wait did you guys just switch?" He replied, "I can explain better" wow. So disrespectful. If you are ok with going over existing floors and dealing with this behavior, have at it, but I definitely can recommend a much better choice. The company I chose was pleasant to work with, cost effective, and flawless from beginning to end. Doing it the right way, by pulling up the floors is the way to go. Peace of mind for sure and warranties work when it is done correctly, should something happen. I will never have to wonder.

They are on time, accessible and responsive, and they do excellent work. We had them put epoxy on our garage floor, slats on the walls, and a very sturdy shelf on one of the walls. We just moved to Central Texas from California a couple months ago. I found Black Diamond online…read moreand the other positive reviews, so our expectations were high to begin with. Initially, we emailed and called about the epoxy floor and possibly some garage cabinets. Kenny was timely and informative throughout, fielding my multiple questions from out of state. We were able to schedule the epoxy floor installation for the week following our move-in to the house. It took about 4 days from beginning to end. His installers are polite and hard working, and most importantly: effective. We are very happy with the finished product, a beige earthtone with little flecks embedded into it. It is very easy now to clean the garage floor of dust, grass, and liquid. So far, we've only had to use a broom and wet paper towels; but we're sure a warm water mop will come in handy in the future. As for the cabinets, those are more detailed and required a lot more back-and-forth communication, which Kenny handled professionally and timely. We found a lot of choices at the Redline Garage Gear website, which helped our decision-making. From a hidden trash can cabinet, to a parts drawer, to a workbench top and included lighting, we are extremely happy with the finished product. The garage cabinets - and the wall-mounted "Handi-Wall" product - have made our garage a functional and attractive workspace. The cabinets and wall-mounts took about 3 days, if I recall correctly, and a nice touch: when they were done, Kenny called me out to the garage as he was helping to hang various items to give me an idea how to organize things. The only challenge throughout the whole process was a few day delay in the garage cabinet installation due to Black Diamond's busy season. Kenny, however, proactively called me to ensure that would be OK with us, and we agreed together on the next best possible date (only a few days later) so that quality would be maintained, which it certainly was. Kenny and Black Diamond provided us with a beautiful garage that is attractive and functional, and he communicated proactively with me throughout a 2.5 month process. We are happy with the finished products and happily recommend him and his team to anyone wanting to finish out their garage.
