The phone number that Chad H left no longer goes to directly to owners, but to a Call Center and the couple women I spoke to said they just started working there and didn't fully understand the process. The appointment was supposed to be between 1pm-4pm. I received a call around 3:30-3:45pm that they are running a bit late, but said the technician would call again when they are ready. Call Center Lady instead of Technician called me back in 4:45pm and said they are running late again and that the estimate would be another 35 minutes. I wasn't happy and she started getting testy and arguing rather than being sympathetic. This is when I realized that this is not the same 5 star reviewed company as it was in 2023. read more

I am very happy with their service and honesty. Originally Chad quoted around $78 for the repair over the phone and he told me he would be able to come over next day btw 12 to 1 pm. He called and came before time told which was fine. He connected wires to the censor and garage was fixed. He only charged me $40 as all needed was connecting the wire back to the censor and replacement wasn't necessary. In the past I had other company fixed the dent and added a metal support across. I used to call these guys back when this biz was owned by the father & he slapped that sticker on my light switch to remind me who to call for service and it has remained there to this day. The service was great then, but it may be even better since Chad took over. I've had to call for various reasons over the years. But the most impressive was when I called when I literally crumpled one of my doors (got stuck on something & kasmooshie)!
