I'm surprised this business has such good reviews. Maybe my experience was a fluke, I certainly hope so. My 20+ year old garage door opener started having issues that needed a professional. Sometimes the door would close completely, sometimes not. I called Chad and asked if he could come look at it. He came out on a Saturday morning and said the door and all the mechanisms looked good and didn't need major repair. He replaced the rollers to quiet the door operation and was on his way. Everything was fine for a week or so, when the problems reappeared, this time worse than before. Again, I called Chad and requested his services. He came out and this time says the entire garage door operation was shot and needed replacement. How could the system have deteriorated so quickly from one week to the next? How was that not noticed the first time? At this point, our faith in his ability was lost. We decided to purchase a new opener ourselves and have another company install it. When that installer came out, he informed me that the springs needed attention and demonstrated why. Chad never mentioned that. In the end, he fixed a minor annoyance but failed to remedy the real problem. I had to get someone else to do that. read more

I've used this company twice for garage door issues and both times Chad is super responsive and even tried to help troubleshoot my issue over the phone before coming out which helps me know that he's in it truly to help people not just make money. Unfortunately the troubleshoot didn't work and it looked like I was going to have to buy a whole brand new receiver unit due to mine being too old he called me back about 5 min later and said that he has a circuit board that should work, thus saving me a ton of money. We just had that door serviced a month ago by another company, the door was on its last leg but the other company said we just needed new rollers. Nope. They installed them incorrectly, snapped the cable and the garage door yanked off the garage opener bar. He showed up on time and discovered that somehow the switch was in a "locked position" I was embarrassed and in my defense I had manipulated the "lock" button thinking that could be the problem. Chad came out today, exactly at the agreed appointment time. The part that was needed for the repair is no longer available locally for the age and type of door we have. He told me in detail how to determine whether the door manufacturer even makes the part anymore and gave me all the specifics about the part so its availability could be determined. He could have easily told me the door couldn't be repaired and tried to sell me a new door but he didn't even mention it until I asked about possible replacement.
