Great job fixing my garage door. Had a broken spring and Chris was able to fix it right away. Also had him replace my rollers and I'm very happy with it. Would definitely call again if needed in the future. read more

More than happy with the amazing job Chris did. Excellent craftsmanship. Not only was he there as scheduled, but arrived early. Also, when sending my online inquiry through his website, I was contacted daily quickly (within 40 minutes) after submitting the message. Chris came home, did an honest job, no hassle and fix my problem. Absolutely will hire again for any garage related issues I may have in the future and recommend to anyone. read more

Chris with All Garage Doors came out the same day and did an excellent job. Not only did he fix the issue with our door not closing properly, but he also performed preventative maintenance while he was there. He helped program our phones and an additional opener at no extra charge. Great service, very professional, and highly recommended! read more

I contacted the company about my garage door opener that wouldn't open. They replied and came out quickly, which was great. They diagnosed the problem, made the fix along with a few other routine maintenance things like tightening the spring and relocating a few misaligned rollers. Soon after they left, the problem returned. I contacted the company and they sent one of the same techs out the next morning who took one look and told me the unit was shot and a new replacement was needed. Now, I was looking at a complete unit replacement after a repair that hadn't solved the problem. I contacted the office manager and she told me she would get back to me. Several days passed and I had to reach out again to request a solution. I proposed paying for the additional work they had done on the door itself and a refund for the failed repair but was denied and offered only a small discount on a new unit installation. I restated my concern but received no further replies. Unfortunately, the initial visit was very promising, but the company was not interested in solving my issue or "Guaranteeing Satisfaction" as their website states. read more

Communication: Excellent Cost: Excellent Efficiency: Excellent Quality: Excellent Highly Recommended! My review is actually overdue for many months. We had the old garage door replaced in Jan 2025. I found All Garage Doors on YELP while looking for some contractor to replace our old garage door. They got 5 stars reviews. Yup, No Surprised!! Everything was easy and stress free since the beginning. I texted and talked to Laura, who was very helpful and understood what I needed in sec. We wanted some kind of doors that was a little bid different from the neighbors, but not too much stand out. I sent Laura a reference photo and she could help checking and providing an estimate in just hours and we could schedule for the next 2 days. The price was reasonable. Normally, I needed to a few contractors before I could get the best price. This time, Laura was the second one I called for the garage replacement and I could tell she was more knowledgeable than the 1st contractor I called and she already gave me her best price. After we agreed, I got a text to confirm and another text when Chris may have shown up a little bit late for picking up the new door. I have experienced many other contractors that never cared to notify me when they would be late for 2 hours or even half a day. In fact, Chris showed up on time and everything was accurate. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He could finish everything at the time he told us and thoroughly checked the new doors installed. He provided us the details explanation and never tried of the questions we had. We were happy with our new garage door and yes it is BEAUTIFUL as the photos. Moreover, both Laura and Chris were Courtesy. One evening, I texted and sent Laura a photo to ask for some help because we had a problem with our garage door spring installation at our home in CA. Laura responded and had Chris called me back right away. Certainly, Chris professionally explained me in detailed about what happened with the spring. They both helped ease my mind about the weird spring that was installed at our CA Home. Thank you for a new beautiful garage door and also for the helps!! read more

Their response was quick and the technician arrived on time as communicated. Price was reasonable and on par with other companies.

The fine folks at All Garage Doors are some of the most professional and personable people I've ever met . Chris and his team are top notch professionals . When I had a problem ; their rapid response was instrumental in my safety and security . When I needed a replacement door ; Chris guided me through the complex decision making process . With his guidance, expertise , and patience I was able to make the best choice for my home . Chis carries a myriad of choices ; so finding the exact style of door I wanted was not a problem . I also thought the pricing of the goods and services to be exceptionally reasonable . AGD , I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with their fine organization- I highly recommend them for service or replacement of all things garage door related. I've used All Garage Doors for two separate installations--one at my rental property and another at my residence--and both experiences were excellent. The owner took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the best garage door available. He clearly explained what was required, offered competitive pricing, and even fixed issues from the previous installation. He was always on time, responsive, and professional. Both he and his employee did high-quality work, and I couldn't be more satisfied. After these two great experiences, I confidently recommend All Garage Doors for any garage door replacement or repair! read more

Chris and Laura are a great team!! I had damage overnight to my door and could not get it closed. Worked on our rental. They were quick to answer and address my concerns. From my understanding the tenants were satisfied.

All Garage Doors did a great job fixing my garage door when the spring broke. Laura answered the phone right away and was very communicative the afternoon that I called, giving me price ranges and speaking very knowledgeably about the types of doors, fixes, and so on. Chris & Mike came out early the next morning and didn't just give a quote, but got it completely fixed on the spot. They were pleasant, matter-of-fact, and completed the spring conversion in 45 minutes. I had first gotten a quote from Cedar Park Overhead Doors, who has been our go-to for garage door work. Just to do my due diligence, I found All Garage Doors on Yelp to get a second quote. When AGD's quote came in at 33% less, I felt confident enough to try them out based on positive Yelp reviews and Chris' 20+ year work in the garage door business, including installing wood garage doors with the aforementioned Cedar Park Overhead Doors (which is a great company that I've been happy with, just costs more). If you're in the market for a new garage door, AGD's quote came in at 10% less than CPO and with a better R rating (insulation) door. Payment was by cash or check. I don't know if AGD takes venmo/paypal or other forms of payment. read more

I called, left a message. Laura called me back pretty quickly. Chris came out to give me the reasonable quote, came back, and fixed my garage door! Great work and customer service! read more

Laura and Chris make a great team! Laura was extremely patient with my research questions. Her focus was on educating me about the right garage door opener rather than making a sale. Chris arrived on schedule, installed the door with diligence and care and left the workspace as clean as it was before. It was great working with the both of them and I'd highly recommend working with Chris and Laura. read more

I called for a service to fix the wall mount for one of our garage door inoperable. And Lauren was very helpful and was able to send Chris to our house the same day. Chris was very knowledgeable and knew what was wrong with our garage door not working. He actually had to replace the mother board and it corrected the problem. He advised us to get a newer model and which we will do. We will definitely call him back to install our new garage door openers. Very reliable and friendly. Highly recommend. read more

Honestly very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. Requested a quote online and got a quick response I couldn't pass up. Chris and Mike were available for a full installation the very next day. Called ahead of time and showed up on time. Walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and got the entire project done in less than an hour. These guys are the real deal. I highly recommend going with All Garage Doors if you need something installed. I'll be sending my friends your way. Thank you guys again for everything. read more

I contacted All Garage Doors through Yelp on Sunday evening, and got a response within 30 minutes. I had quite a few questions and the y answered all of them that evening. Their positive and outstanding customer service was evident from the start. They gave me options for an installation schedule, and we agreed on a day. They showed up promptly and assessed the install and got to work. Their work was professional and aesthetically pleasing and done in a timely manner. I also had another garage door job for them to do, they were flexible and got that done quickly as well. I believe in their work and work ethic, and I believe anyone that chooses All Garage Doors will be rewarded with job well done. I highly recommend All Garage Doors. read more

they got it done but I wasn't happy they slapped an ad sticker on my wall without my permission.

Chris was great, very thorough and helpful. He came and charged a reasonable fee for his time and travel and addressed all of the issues I had with my garage door. Exceptionally good experience. Versus the other company I called out a few months back. The guy came in looked at the door sprayed some 3 in 1 oil all over everything and left tell me the garage door was great and charged me $67 read more

I called All Garage Doors, LLC over the first weekend in April and requested a service call for the following week because my door would not close completely. To my surprise, they had an appointment available on Monday, the day of the Great Eclipse. Chris and Leerick showed up on time and quickly got to work putting the cable back on, serviced the door (cleaned and lubricated, etc.) and repeatedly tested it. They also relocated the photo eyes on the second door so it would open and close properly. The charge for the service was quite fair and came with a 90-day warranty on the labor performed. About two days later, the main door started acting up again. Chris and Leerick came back without delay, reset the opener device and made some adjustments. No charge. The problem reappeared a couple of days later and the guys were did not seem to be bothered that I had to ask them to return once again. No charge. Chris told me that the real problem might actually be the garage door opener device itself and he suggested that, if I have issues again, I could buy a specific opener locally, told me where to find a good price and said that they would come back in and install it for me for $200. Because I feel like All Garage Doors, LLC treated me so fairly in trying to resolve this problem, if I have problems again they will be the first people I reach out to. Thanks (!!!) to Chris, Leerick and Laura in the office. Top notch people. read more

My garage door opener died. I put a request in Sun Night and got a call back about 10 mins later at almost 9pm. We got an appt set up for Tues it was their first available. Regrettably, I let some else come out to take a look which cost me $59 to only be told need a new opener we can do it for another $800. I went out got an opener waited till Tues got a call when he was in his way (Killeen to Cedar park) told him I found opener needs to be replaced he gave me a quote over the phone (which I could get no one else to do) I said the deal, he showed up on time and got to work. Stuck around long enough to hook it up to my car and explain how the app worked too. I have a short list of referrals they will definitely be on my referral list. read more

Quick, fast, and responsive. Prices when up 200% since 2015, but that might be the industry in general.

I never thought the day would come, that I would be so excited about getting a brand new garage door... but the day did arrive. I've had Chris and Laura over to do work for me several times. While my home didn't come with an opener, and the company who installed my units are long since gone, Chris and Laura have been by to take care of my needs. I recently had a jackshaft opener, Liftmaster 8500 and belt driven 8550 installed. Chris and Laura punctual, friendly, and made the right product recommendations for me. My garages work better than they ever have, and they even lubricated them both for me. Couldn't be happier with the service, and I'll continue to use them for all of my garage needs. I've even ordered a high lift kit that they didn't even charge a deposit for. Highly recommended. read more

Very attentive and fast service. I highly recommend Chris for any garage door repair issues including dual spring replacement. Thanks!

If you are looking for great garage door opener repair, Chris and Laura have you covered. What a great couple. This was really one of the best experiences I've had with getting anything repaired here in Austin. Normally it's hard to get anyone on the phone or it takes them a while to respond or actually show up. I spoke to them yesterday and they were out the same day, and in my case, my issue wasn't even an emergency. Their communication is great and they are very friendly. The best thing is that they aren't going to tell you need something you don't...which I greatly appreciate. I dread getting anything repaired as it feels as if you are pushed or being sold something you don't actually need. Chris and Laura don't work that way. They are a true joy to work with and now one of my dog's has a new girlfriend...thanks Laura read more

Chris did a great job with our garage door when we had trouble with a bit of this recent Texas sleet/ice. We were very grateful that he was willing to come out on a Saturday morning and did not up charge us for that. We lost electricity for a few hours during a recent evening storm. The next morning we discovered our garage doors weren't working due to a lack of power. We checked the breakers and used one of the doors manually to get out of the garage. I contacted All Garage Doors through Yelp and accepted an appointment for the next morning. Chris arrived on time and opened our carriage garage w/various tools - there is no access to this garage other than through the garage door. Reset the GFCI located INSIDE the carriage garage (not to code - many thanks Drees Homes) and both garage doors had power after the reset. We were happy the circuit boards didn't need to be replaced and the service call was reasonable - we'd use them again without hesitation. read more

Responded to my quote request very quickly and that is what I needed to happen. Thank you. Keep up the great work!

All Garage Doors (Chris C) is excellent in all ways... His service and communication, quality of work, and follow-up after the work. We had previously used a different 'local' company (in Cedar Park). However, their technicians became less friendly and performed 'shortcut' repairs that did not last. The difference with All Garage Doors is dramatic. I highly recommend Chris C. for repairs or for total replacement. read more
