Very impressed with this family owned business based in Salado. My wife and I just purchased a home in Round Rock, TX needing a lot of TLC. After getting scammed by another garage door company based in Cedar Park in 2017, we were very lucky to find Texas Garage Door Solutions. Travis and his team came out, gave us a quote and the very same day, installed two new Lift Master openers with wifi, LED, and camera security functions. The best part, for 2 garage openers I paid the same prices as what I paid for 1 garage door opener in 2017. I asked Travis how he could afford to do this and he said low overhead and more importantly, a commitment to honesty with his clients. Travis and his team were professional, friendly and courteously. It's rare I write a review but was eager to do so for this company. read more

Texas Garage Doors are simply the best. I reached out to Travis when my garage door stopped working and they were available and ready to come out and take care of it immediately. And appointments are available right away in emergencies. Travis provided a very reasonable quote, thoroughly explained the process, and set an appointment to address the broken garage door right away. The team was courteous, patient, and professional. If you need your garage repaired, please reach out to TGD first! I can promise you will not be disappointed. I will keep their number in my contacts for any future upgrades and will be referring all of my family and friends to TGD. I truly appreciate this company, as they made this process so easy. Thanks so much, Texas Garage Doors! read more

I backed into my garage door and scrambled to find a local repairman to come out and fix it asap. Texas Garage Doors was at my front door no more than 20 minutes later. They worked on my door for less than hour and had it looking brand new again without me even having to order a single thing! Not only did they save us a ton of money, they were fast, efficient, kind, and very easy to talk to! They even gave us (yes gave) a garage keypad they had an extra of and programmed it in 2 minutes. They went above and beyong and we are so thankful they were available and local and we'd call them all over again even if they weren't! Thank you guys! read more

I highly recommend this company! This morning my garage door stopped working due to a broken spring. I called Texas Garage Door and Travis gave me a quote and said he could be to my house within 15-20mins! I wasn't expecting such a fast response. But he showed up as promised with great customer service. He replaced my spring and even inspected the rest of the garage door to ensure everything else was working properly. He oiled the hinges and even replaced the strip at the bottom of my garage. I'd definitely call Travis again and recommend him to others! read more

Our garage door wouldn't open. Turns out the spring was broken. Sent out a request on yelp. Got 5 responses. Checked out 3 of them. Travis from Texas Garage Door was the only one that could come by within an hour. We agreed on a price by phone. He showed up within an hour, as promised. Replaced the spring as promised. Even did some extra things like screw on a part on the garage door that had come loose. Great demeanor, quick response, great work, and a competitive price. Can't ask for more! read more

We couldn't be any happier with the install that Travis and his crew did on our home with a new garage door! They were very prompt to answer messages and had the job done within a few weeks, not months! They came on the day scheduled, on time, and cleaned up after themselves and hauled off the old garage door and parts. The door is high quality and looks fantastic on my home, a much needed update to make it stand out from the cookie cutter houses in the neighborhood! read more

Called as soon as they opened on a weekday and they arrived within the hour. he replaced the broken single spring with more reliable double springs, took the slack out of the chain, and lubricated every part. He then gave me tips on prolonging the life of my garage door. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. If there were more than 5 stars available, Texas Garage Door of Salado would get them from me! Keith Belton, TX read more

TGD is an amazing service! Their team was professional, responsive, and time efficient. My garage had a broken torsion spring that I attempted to replace myself; ran into many mistakes along the way. TGD came by and quickly corrected all the issues and taught me what needed to be done if I ever needed to fix something myself. Highly recommend TGD! read more

Gary came out. My spring was broke. You don't know how heavy a garage door is until you don't have that spring assist. He knocked it out. Looked at the other doors there. I asked him to adjust and oil the others. read more
