Now, I was looking at a complete unit replacement after a repair that hadn't solved the problem. I contacted the office manager and she told me she would get back to me. Several days passed and I had to reach out again to request a solution. I proposed paying for the additional work they had done on the door itself and a refund for the failed repair but was denied and offered only a small discount on a new unit installation. I restated my concern but received no further replies. Unfortunately, the initial visit was very promising, but the company was not interested in solving my issue or "Guaranteeing Satisfaction" as their website states.
