Arrington lock & key were wonderful to my elderly parents who had gotten locked out of their home. After my mother called and told what had happened (house key broke in lock). I telephoned Arrington lock and key and explained to Shaun their problem. It was close to closing, still Shaun had a crew to my parents house within 10 mins. The broken off key was removed and another key was made for my parents. My mother was amazing at these very kind young men, who also were so very very helpful. I was amazed with the kindness and professionalism of Shaun! This company is added to my contacts for any future needs. Hopefully the need won't arise, but if it does I'll be prepared! read more

Can definitely understand 5 star ratings!!! I have already been on the phone letting my circle of older, single friends know to use Arrington Lock and Key for their great service. I locked myself out of my house, but due to an appointment, was unable to get back home before they closed for the day. They agreed to stop by on their way back to shop after final call of day to accommodate me. While here, Tony and Peyton went the extra step to rekey the new lock on my new door, so now one key will work on both locks. Since they were here with their mobile workshop, they were able to make me additional keys, saving me a trip somewhere, plus they tested the keys, making sure each one worked. When asking if they could also ready my backdoor locks, I was given an estimate since it would require additional time for the older locks. I will definitely be calling them back to take care of those locks. I can't say enough good things about their expertise and the care they took to keep debris from getting on my floor. They even brought in their own drop cloth. I consider their prices to be well within reason, especially for their level of service. While examining back door locks, Tony saw the striker plate was off so he took a few minutes to correct it for me. I had been told my house had "settled", so I just had to live with a door that was difficult to shut. Thank you Tony for being the kind of technician who doesn't just get the job done, but does a good, no, great job!!!!!!! read more

The only reason I give them 2 stars is because of the lady in the office being so nice. We waited 1 1/2 hours after the appt time. for the guy to show up and then instead of apologizing the first thing he says is that he is missing his lunch. After waiting almost another 1 1/2 hours I asked him how much longer it was going to be and he responds by telling me that the locks suck. I told him we were waiting for almost 3 hours and he says it takes as long as it takes. Ridiculous! Will never use them again unless it's a different guy but was told he was the only one to do this service. read more

I appreciate the hard work they did. They re-keyed all the doors and installed a dead bolt on the door leading from the garage to the house and made our exterior doors more secure so we feel safer. They adjusted our exterior upstairs patio door so that it closed properly. I has never worked right until now. read more

Very friendly people. They seem to go out of the way to help me get my hard to find keys to old file cabinets and display cases for my business. My daughter went there to get a key made to an old jewlery box she found at a yard sale! Those guys are great! read more
