I believe good things come to those who wait, so wait I did. As promised, Liz called this afternoon. They came out and ended up needing to drill our lock because of the new safety features it had. We also wanted our locks rekeyed to all match, and they were so patient as I went hunting for all of the sets. Rob also made sure all of the locks and door jams aligned. They explained everything and went above and beyond to take care of us, including getting rained on!
