My 1996 vehicle door key broke and the other one went missing. I bought new locks to be installed because no one could make keys for my car. I called the dealer and several locksmiths in my area. Set up appointment and they never showed up, a few never called me back. Finally I was referred to Belton locksmith by another locksmith. I don't like leaving my doors unlocked. I can't even tell you how excited I am that I found out the Belton Lockshop can make the chipped keys and program remotes for my Ford cars. I had been quoted $60 for the chipped key for a 2010 Focus, told I had to have two chipped keys to program a remote and they would have to have the vehicle for an hour and the charge would be $50 to reprogram it by the Ford Dealership. Not true, Belton Lockshop programmed my remote with just one chipped key (took 30 seconds) and then made me a second chipped key...all for $55. Best of all...it took no more than 5 minutes! So now time to take the 2014 Focus remote key to have another one made that I was told would be $220 at the Ford Dealership and an hour of my time. Please spread the word because I know people paying hundreds for clickers and keys and this place can do it so much cheaper and faster! read more

Great Family owned small business. Rick knows his stuff and has reasonable prices and great service (mobile service, he will come to you). He can make new keys to replace lost keys and even program them to the car on the newer vehicles. I recommend them for 1 key or multiple keys on multiple cars for a dealership. read more
