After going through the garage to enter the house I went to my computer and found About Time Locksmith (ATL). I read the reviews and decided to take a change. He answered right away and said he could come by later. He notified me when he was in route and was prompt in his arrival. Following are some observations and why I recommend ABL. First: I appreciate that he is a man of his word and came by as he said he would. Second: He came prepared to resolve my issue without any hesitation or buildup for an inflated repair price! Third: He corrected the problem and took the opportunity to provide me with education on maintaining the lock. Fourth: He said I did not owe him anything!!! My fiath in repairmen has been restored!! When the technician left my car it was with a universal fob and NO key insert. The FOB was NOT…read moreconfigured to auto start the car. The technician said he would return to finish the job but did not. When I called for support the manager referred me to a separate locksmith to make the corrections. Upon arrival he determined the original tech had NOT left a key blank for him to cut. I had to settle for external keys that did NOT fit in the fob casing. The fob had to be re configured to work properly. I paid a handsome amount of money for an incomplete job and poor customer service. My personal opinion is that I will NOT be a repeat customer and will discourage others from using this service.
