Great views of the park, especially during warmups before the game. Food is expensive and not great, but they do have a drink happy hour before the game with $8 beer. I originally ordered the Pollock tacos, but they said they ran out of cabbage. I decided to switch to the birria tacos because I thought the nachos on display were actually the birria tacos (didn't realize there were chips at the bottom, since they weren't labeled). I probably should have kept my order, but I wanted to try the full tacos without anything missing. Luckily, all the tacos are priced the same no matter the protein. They're also one of the better priced items in the stadium, since a lot of restaurants outside price tacos similarly. The birria tacos turned out as good as expected. I had to use a fork because stuff kept falling out, so I know they didn't skimp on the fillings. The fish taco orders I saw also looked like they had a decent amount of fish on them. Seems like each order comes with one salsa, so I picked the green one. It was actually spicy and just the right amount of spiciness for me. There was a huge tomato end piece in mine, though, and I don't think a piece that big would have been in the red / pico salsa. read more

My entire goal for finding and getting food from Edgar's Cantina was to also get the toasted grasshoppers. Once in line though, I opted to also order the "tacos del barrio". Unfortunately, when I went to order the green chile pork version, that option wasn't available... so I ordered the barbacoa chicken instead. I opted to keep the tacos simple (they don't skimp on the meat!), and just had green chili added, as well as a light cheese topping. The woman preparing my tacos also asked if I wanted sour cream, which I said yes to... without realizing that it was just a little sour cream packet, not something added to the tacos at the end of the prep line. Of course, I purchased the toasted grasshoppers too... which come with lime and sea salt on them, I believe. The tacos are generally good - and the grasshoppers are a neat option to try - but the concession area itself has QUITE a long line, and it's clear they're not necessarily well stocked on all items that one might want to order from the menu. Also, because of the long line? They kinda rush through the prep process. Would I get food from here again? Sure... but my first time ordering from here was near the end of the season AND during the game that was pretty much sold out because the Mariners were potentially going to clinch that night (which they did - huzzah!). That's probably not the best idea. Maybe an early season game with a less popular opponent would be ideal. :) read more

Amazing grilled fish tacos!!! Fish tacos are one of my favorite all time, all day long. I've had them all over, Honolulu (Duke's fish tacos are to-die-for), Cali, NYC, and the ones I've had at Edgar's Cantina are pretty darn close to Duke's. I will get these at all the M's games from now on. Super fast service, grilled fish was seasoned just right, the slaw was delicious, just perfection all the way. 3 street size tacos, which I couldn't finish all at once, they were really decent sized, overflowing fillings. We had such a positive experience here at a recent Mariners vs. Red Sox game! Although it was busy the line was moving quickly, and the cashier was super friendly. My mom ordered the tacos del barrio, but asked for no cheese (she's lactose intolerant). They ended up checking in with us again about whether she could eat sour cream and made sure that she had a meal that wouldn't make her sick. The food was good and throughout the experience, which was pretty fast given how busy it was, the service was kind and thoughtful. Would absolutely eat here again! read more

I did NOT anticipate being able to get such good tacos at a baseball game. Granted, you get three tacos for $13. So it's not cheap. But damn were they good. The chicken was flavorful, tender, and not too wet so the corn tortillas don't get soggy. Speaking of the tortillas, they also layer than up for you JUST in case you need some extra support. However, I ended up eating mine with only one. I got crumbly cheese, cilantro, and lots of their "hot" salsa on mine. The salsa wasn't very hot, but everything was so flavorful. And honestly, their nachos looked amazing--so check those out, too! read more

Pricey but that's safeco for you, and if you're hungry you must pick your poison. We ordered the fried crickets for $4, they are spicy crispy and won't disappoint! They offer more than tacos, such as nachos, a complete bar. We ordered the fish, beef, and pork tacos. My favorite were the battered crispy fish ones. They're layered with salsa but it's skimpy. Beef was kind of tough, and pork didn't have the flavor that I was looking for. There are two locations. One has a bar and is located with a great view of the game. Come downstairs to experience one of the best places to be at a seattle mariners game! Edgars Cantina what a great concept for the Mariners to celebrate a legend ..... From the left field corner you can stand of the deck and double fist a brew & taco while enjoying the game. The upper deck is on the 100 level and the lower version is in the underground lair aka bullpen area of the stadium... On Friday game's I think you get more action at Edgar's Cantina than the mariners provide on the field. Now aside from savoring & guzzling giant cans of Mexican beer you can also gorge on carne asada taco's & nachos. I'm not a fan of pump Nacho Cheese but hey it's America. It gets a tad overcrowded from my experience so get there early for a table on the outfield wall . And if your lucky you'll catch a home run ball... So play ball! read more

Out of all of the food choices in the Tmobile park this is the healthiest you can find. Man, today was so disappointing. They normally offer good street tacos, but today (for a sold out game) they only had taquitos or Nachos. I'm lactose intolerant, so I ordered them without cheese and I literally got nachos with chicken on top ... no other topping when the menu specified that it also has Cilantro and Salsa. Even though my nachos where just chicken, they tasted good. They have Margaritas in their menu and when I asked for one, they don't have it. That O should go to the bar next door. My husband's beer was good (The Mango one) My husband ordered no cheese in his, but he received his with a pool of cheese and didn't return it because the line was too long and the service was to slow to miss anymore of the ball game. My husband's machos were also good, but it was a mess. One of our friends ordered the taquitos and her take on jt was that it looked and tasted disgusting. Those Taquitos looked so sad.. I wish I had pictures, but we were so hungry and started eating quickly (if there is a next time I'll share pics) Hmmm would I recommend? Not in a sold out game. Went and tried to order nachos but it felt very rushed and when I asked if any of it was gluten free, they just told my "no but the chips are...probably". No explanation or even checking the ingredients. I wasn't even sure they knew what gluten was. The sandwich tasted the same as ones made at Paseos, however it was very noticeable how there was significantly less meat and caramelized onions.
