I showed her a few pictures but left it mostly to her decision seeing as she's the expert. I was so happy with the outcome. My hair was exactly how I wanted and didn't fall out in the middle of the night or feel stiff from hairspray. My makeup was perfect and lasted all night. I'm so glad that I decided to leave it in someone else's hands so that I didn't need to stress out on my special day. Casey was super nice and gave me tips throughout. Anyone who gets gel knows that should absolutely not happen, especially the same day. I went back the next day and explained what happened. They fixed it without any issues, which I appreciated, and I assumed it was just a curing mistake. However, only two days after getting it fixed, the polish chipped and peeled again in the exact same spot. At this point, it's clear this isn't a one-time mistake. It feels like they use low-quality gel polish or don't apply it properly. What makes this more frustrating is the price -- it was around $110 for me and my boyfriend to get basic pedicures. He didn't even get polish, and I still couldn't get gel to last more than a couple of days. For the cost, I expected much better quality and durability. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
